I was a walk in customer and happened to look around back and the place is filthy!! I took my pizzas home and didn’t have an appetite to eat because of what I seen in the kitchen area!! I would definitely not recommend eating at this location what so ever!!! Also female working by the name Chelsea was very unprofessional and rude..

I Walked in there for a carryout pizza And it was pure chaos. It was busy as hell so I’m sure everybody was stressed out, but it didn’t help that though lovely looking woman at the counter name Chelsea or something was very rude. I’m sure She was probably stressed out, but thats no excuse for acting completely unprofessional to a paying customer. I was a little indecisive because I haven’t ordered there in a long time, but she kept rolling her eyes and making him fly comments, finally i put my order in For a large meat lover,wings, and a 2 Liter, In the rudest way possible she says, are you sure that’s it this time Even my five-year-old daughter said why is she being so rude, daddy? I told her she’s just busy don’t worry about it, honey. The food came out and I had to say it was really good, but just because of the behavior of the front counter lady, I will never order here again and neither will my family or friends. I would rather starve than to go see that rude woman at Pizzahut ever again! I don’t know how they stay in business with that woman greeting customers the way she does

Ordered pizza for delivery. Thin crust to be exact. Pizza.was dry with hardly any sauce & hard like it had been sitting for hours. Very disappointed.

Superbowl evening, so we ordered 3 hours in advanced. At 5pm the order had not been made and staff/manager said they could not promise it would be prepared. I think they overlooked and hopefully not ignored the early orders since we were not the only ones not getting pizza around that time. Went around corner and got Arby's instead. This place is usually good but let us down that night.

The night shift Female Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional to a customer when they arrived to pick up their order! The customer stated that their order wasn’t correct! and was told to go to another location in a very rude yelling tone! if they didn’t want to wait an additional 30 mins due to being behind on schedule because they have to many orders that had to be remade regarding customers complaints. When I witnessed how the customer was being treated I decided myself to go across the street to Little Caesars and just pick up a pizza! I will not order from this Pizza Hut location again. The Management need proper training when dealing with customers!

Pizza Hut in general does not honor their own promotions. I received 2 different emails with 2 different promotional codes. Tried for over an hour on both the app as well as the website and neither worked. Then you ask for a manager, whom I'm told is "Kari Stanton" and I'm told "we don't honor those coupons." Then I contact their useless customer service department who confirmed both codes were valid, but could only offer to walk me through another order. As if that was my first time! Pizza Hut is amongst a growing number of restaurants that simply lack customer service skills as well as tact. So ridiculous!!

Not Important

The last 2 times I’ve ordered pizza it was very cold by the time it made it to me. So unacceptable! Step up your game bc Papa John’s delivers hot pizza from Waxahachie. Will you be a 3 x looser? Not looking good!

Customer Service Matters

This was my first visit to the Red Oak location and I’m not pleased. My little one doesn’t care for slot of sauce so I made certain to order a pizza with light sauce only to get home with a pizza that looks like extra sauce. I’ve called twice so far and been hung up on by 2 women.

Just made my 1st order and went to get something close to home slices, The Big New Yorker was not it. I ordered pepperoni, onion and peppers. What was delivered was this soupy mess of confusion. So paying for something and getting something else just puts me in this mood and they deserve this review. Won't make this mistake again. The entire middle of the pie was saturated in oil, no parmesan on the bottom and it wasn't even cut in 6 pieces. So yeah.

Location continue taking orders while they're 20 minutes behind completely unprofessional. What's worse is the application is telling you that your order is ready. We ordered 30 min ahead of time.... SMH.

Very disappointed. Looked as if my pizza was for the dogs. I would never deliver this to someone. The driver left my food on the ground at my door and left abruptly. This deserves negative 😤

My daughter had already taken a bite but what is this??? I ordered a stuffed crust and there's more bread than anything. This place used to make good pizza now not so much.
