Ordered online exhausted after 13 hr shift. Picked up instore. Asked if meal had 1ueso on it cashier said yes. Got to my car opened meal, no question. Walked back inside, cashier told me I need to go back outside and get the meal bring it to her to verify. She was very rude and changed her voice sarcastically when soeaking to me. I told her I opened it its in my driver seat, im exhausted and irritated. I told her she can walk to my car with me to verify but im tired. She asked if I want the manager. I said yes. Manager was excellent. I explained to him the issue and offered him to go outside and look. He politely told me he can just get me the queso. I appreciate good management. I would suggest the other workers get trained better in customer service. Its alot of money to spend on food and to not get what you paid for and spoken to like a liar sarcastically is ridiculous. Im glad the manager handled the situation properly. Thank you young man.

Often have bad service. Got food poisoning an hour after I ate their and the manager tried to gas light me saying yooou can't get food poisoning until 24 hours later, which, with any sort of research you'd find thats not true. Just tonight my mom picked up an order for Uber and she got major attitude from them.

Every time I order their steak at least half (if not more) of the portion is straight up fat.

worst bowl I've ever had at any chipotle. just look at how she this lettuce is. must be at least a few days old. when I complained to the chipotle app, they sent me to a chatbot and refused to let me communicate with a real person.

We walked in and the restaurant was a complete mess. The trash was over flowing and the floors could had used a good sweep. When we got to the order counter, I ordered a salad and then was told that they were out of dressing. Ok so I said I'll just some lemon slices, but they said they were out of that as well. Ok I was bummed but I get it. Went to use the restroom and it was just as bad as the outside, completely filthy. Needless to say I lost my appetite. And wished we would of gone somewhere else.

We ordered our meal through Uber eats. Uber did well. Chipotle’s kids meal is something to be had. Check the pics. They use a fajita tortilla for the quesadilla and a scoop of rice and a cutie that looks bad. All for the low price of $4.95. Well, couple hours later I go to eat my leftover and opened the taco I had ordered extra steak and guess what… no steak. That is why they get one star.

I got two salad bowls, both having the lettuce look and taste dirty. I would not recommend this place, unless you like your lettuce on what looks like and tastes like straight from the ground not washed.

I asked if the Pico de gallo was spicy or had any onions and the employee said not. When I eat it I was in pain because I can’t have spicy at all because I just had a surgery making it painful.

When they talk about the Chipotle stock crashing and how the service and food have gone downhill, this store would be the poster child of that sentiment. First issue, every employee has a headphone in one ear while barely able to listen in the other. Second issue, all the proteins were watery. Chicken and steak had more water than the beans. Third issue, asked for fajitas and employee casually says we don’t have any and expected me to just move on. I say I can wait. He says we are short staffed and don’t have any. All while in the back four employees are joking around and listening to their headphones and one of the employees casually begins to wash bell peppers after I asked for fajitas. Keep in mind it’s 1:30 pm and they finally got around to prepping fajitas. Fourth and probably not the last issue, the store was messy and lacked any basic customer service. Avoid this location.

My children had not been to Chipotle before and I was raving about how much I loved it. I was extremely disappointed with my service and portion size! My daughter ordered a burrito and it was so small and extremely wet. I asked to get a rewrap because it was dripping wet. The guy even looked around as if he didn’t know what to do but still just wrapped it. It leaked all through the bag onto my car. So disappointing. My salad bowl also had a pinch of lettuce-

$15 for a burrito the size of the palm of my hands and the guy working has an attitude as if you prying money from his paycheck if you ask for lettuce 😆 last time ever eating here

The last three times I've come down here at 9:00 at night they are literally out of staple ingredients like rice, cheese, sour cream, chicken, steak. I tried to call ahead of time and could not get a person on the phone to figure out if they had ingredients in store. Their AI would take an order for the ingredients I wanted but then I got here and they were out of the ingredients. Third time's a charm....... Shame on you guys for wasting my time and my gas money multiple times.

Chipotle has really been going down hill. Gets worse overtime. Won't be going here again! Got two chicken bowls and they were not even full. There was a big chunk of empty space in the bowls. Also it was pretty much all rice. There was hardly any beans or chicken in it. I picked through counting the small chunks of chicken and could only find 7 small chunks in one bowl and 5 in the other!
