Lucky donuts has some of the best donuts in the redding area. The chocolate glazed are by far my favorite, they are so airy and the chocolate is always just right. The family is always very friendly and helpful.

Not bad for a local donut shop. They are reasonably priced, but by no means the cheapest. Quick service and good croissants. They don't over-ice the donuts, which I like.

Best place to handle your sweet tooth and munch cravings. Doughnuts last a couple days. Best Doughnuts I have had in shasta county so far.

Amazing Donuts! This donut ( also serves select coffee and infused drinks) café, is indeed "Lucky". Always fresh, well-made, and absolutely deliciously made. They bake a couple things you can't and don't find in other donut shops! Shhhh.... Although you do find a mojority of classic types, their ability to deliver(provide) outstanding customer service, while busy ensuring their baked goods are , in my opinion, some of the best I have had, makes Lucky Donuts my choice of Donut Shops & well worth the visit :-)

The donut was scrumptious. We also got the stuffed croissant. I've never had a croissant so soft it melted in your mouth until this one! Definitely recommend!!

HANDS DOWN!!!! THE BEST DONUTS IN TOWN!!! I had never been here until today and I’ve lived in Redding for 20+ years. (I’m kicking myself right now) but I was in a desperate search for maple bacon bars. It’s my daughter’s favorite donut and I had bought her one the night before and showed it to her. But then I ate it!!! So I had to hurry the next morning to get a replacement before she woke up. But every place in town was out. So I called Lucky Donut. And asked him and at first he said they were out but that he would make me some and how many did I want? I told him all I wanted was two and that I did want a half dozen donuts total (of various kinds) and he said gimme ten min. I showed up in 15 min and he had 3 bacon maple donuts waiting for me and literally one of the best old fashioned and crumb donuts I’ve ever had EVER!! Whatever they are doing is insanely good and I’m so shocked I’ve never been here before. But they get a 12/10 for me. It’s a must try.

I stopped in this morning for a hand picked dozen donoughts. Service was great. I thought pricing was very good as well. The doughnuts were outstanding. My customers said Lucky Doughnuts was the best in town and I have to agree. Don’t miss a chance to give these a try.

I have so much to say about Robert and his shop Lucky Donut's!!! The best donuts ever!! Robert and his wife run an amazing business and always give us the best service. We live clear across town and drive all the way here every Thursday just for the donuts. His donuts are so delicious and fluffy. If you want good food and service this is your place!! 🍩🍩🍩

I'm going to take an unpopular stand here but I think this place has better doughnuts than Jacks. Maybe it depends on which ones you get but what I had was really good. The lady working was super nice too. This will be my new morning stop when I get doughnuts for the office.

Hands down the best donuts in Redding! Light and airy, unlike a lot of other donut shops in the area that are heavy and greasy! The shop is run by a super friendly and cheerful family. I drive from Anderson to get Lucky donuts instead of just getting them somewhere close by!

The yummy soft doughnuts are to be expected with most doughnut shops. This one though also has amazing coffee and fantastic prices! The owner's wife and daughter are so sweet although the man is not quite as charming but he still makes an awesome cappuccino. The place is clean. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the really sweet other lady who works there sometimes... she's awesome but doesn't know how to make coffee and on one occasion charged me too much for a coffee (which I didn't protest because I was running late already). Overall the place is great but the family that owns it needs to train their other girl a little better. I try to only go in when she's not there.

I enjoyed the red-eye coffee, and they have delicious donuts!

I think their high rating is bogus, and probably entered by themselves and friends and family, because, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you want REALLY good, quality donuts, go to Jack's Donuts in Anderson, or if that's too far, then your next bet will be the Donut House on Cypress in the Safeway shopping Center....cheaper too!
