They always make your food fresh to order. My only complaint is that they literally won't do anything to restock their dq sandwiches. They won't just make you one even though they make them on sight.

Came here today (08/15/25). Ice cream was good as usual but the service was even better. We waited to the drive thru screen for an extended amount of time so we pulled forward to the window. The gentlemen that took our order was very courteous and apologized multiple times for the inconvenience due to a headset that had went dead.

Long review but very outstanding service... We almost always have great service and food, even when they're busy! But this Sunday one of the employees, who I believe was a manager, went out of her way to make my daughter's birthday. We ordered a personalized cake online ( which I now would NOT recommend, call the store and place the order!) When we went to pick it up, the lobby was closed because they were short staffed and said to go through the drive through. I started to worry... So we went through the drive through and explained what I ordered online and was asked to pull around next to the window. The wonderful women, who's name I unfortunately didn't get, came out to our car and informed us that the online cake orders are sent to a Springfield store who was supposed to relay the order to them. My daughter's cake never got made.🤦🏼‍♀️ Just when we said nevermind about picking out some random ice cream cake, she asks my now 4 Year old if she wanted a cake for her birthday. My daughter screamed YES! with excitement. The amazing woman went back inside the store and gave us a beautiful cake that said happy birthday and the colors even happened to go with her birthday theme! Like I said, I always have great service here, but on October 2nd she went above and beyond. Even when they were short staffed!! A HUGE thank you to that generous and amazing woman who I'm sure had quite a stressful day. You made my daughter's day! ❤️

Dairy queen has always been a favorite of mine as they have some of the best ice cream in town. Not to mention the wait times aren't very long and their food has always been good and fresh. And the service is always great.

Great place for a delicious bite to eat. Chicken tenders are mouthwatering especially dipped in the country gravy! 😋 Yum makes me hungry just thinking about it. Their burgers are the bomb with fresh lettuce, tomato, etc.. Service is excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly employees. Overall just a great place. 👍Oh yah and their 🍦ice cream is creamy smooth and delicious 😋!! Blizzards are best, so many flavors to choose from!! ❤ this place!!

Today was very disappointing at Dairy Queen. I got there about 7pm just to get an ice cream cone. there must have been fifteen cars in line. it took us 45min to place our order. they were working very slow it seemed, and they were short-staffed they said. if I would have known that I would not have gotten in that line. there was no way I could get out of the line, because people were behind me and I could not get out. other than that I love Dairy Queen .I've never had this problem before and I will go back.just not at 7 pm.lol

Something was either incorrect, made wrong or just completely a different item. My family if 4 often order blizzards with additional toppings/candy, which we are happy to pay for. There appears to be no system for how to charge for this as I am never charged the same thing twice I have also not yet had a blizzard that had the extra toppings. Actually they aren’t even satisfactory for regular ordered blizzards. Toppings in the first 1/3, cup All vanilla ice cream in the rest. This isn’t an isolated incident. It’s been at least 8 separate occasions. I love the product, however we are just about ready to go to the grocery store and make our own! Thank you for your consideration.

They are always out of ingredients that seem to be very important. Like bananas and hot fudge. Orders take a while. Usually, it's not the cleanest. Staff either look to not want to work or like you are an inconvenience. Really love having a DQ but seems to need better management.

Lobby never open, 5 to 7 employees in the store and sign on the door that lobby is closed. I frequent restaurants in town often and like the fact I can go in and sit down. 2 of the 10 times I have tried to ear in, I have not been able too. The owner should know they are paying people to stand around daily and that they are losing the respect and business of its patrons in town. Please do better.

$20 for an inedible mess. No toppings in blizzards and not mixed at all, same with the strawberry shake. Basically got three glasses of milk. Meal items were ok. Best to go when manager is there never had this issue.

The girl with the synthetic black hair hidden by a hat, always has an attitude problem (working today 8/16/23 around 7pm). The other workers have been fine. She rolls her eyes, and slams the window when asked to get the ranch she forgot to put in our orders. She clearly has no work ethic. Springfield has a much better workers and always has fresh food. Disappointed 👎

Walked up to the counter to see where my order was and there it sat over to the side on counter waiting to be brought to the table but the cashier girl was too busy playing on her phone. My blizzard was barely even milkshake consistency! I asked for a new one to be made, got attitude and it took 8 minutes to get another. At least when I spoke to the manager she refunded the cost but this was just ridiculous!!

Ordered a medium blizzard with extra heath. Paid .99 for extra candy, didn't have one piece of candy, let alone extra!! Also got a large strawberry sundae and there wasn't even a half teaspoon of strawberry sauce on it. $18.00 not woth it!!!! Will go to baskin robbins in springfield for good ice cream!!
