The one reason I like coming to this location, is there's hardly anyone in here. And on the rare occasion that there is somebody that's there it's quiet and mellow it's not like you have a bunch of kids screaming or even juveniles running around defacing the place it's just people want to eat. I like coming here cuz the food is delicious the service is so fast and the people are friendly, what more could you want. You really have nothing to lose by coming here and everything to gain.

We received coupons in the mail for this place and decided to try it. I was very satisfied with the taste, and just as satisfied with the customer service the cashier (Daily) provided. Her friendly attitude made this first experience a memorable one.

I’m vegan and it’s rare to find a broiled tofu bowl that’s flavorful and the veggies are crunchy steamed. They offer 4 sauces you fill in small containers yourself. Love their food.

The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. The order was correct and done in a timely manner (it was a pretty big order). My tofu bowl was yummy.

Im giving it 3 stars since I always come to this place but it seems like theyre getting lazier and lazier. They gave my chicken like this, its burnt. They clearly had it already cooked and heated it up on the stove, for too long obviously. Cant believe they would serve food that burnt.

The food is decent but the customer service is absolutely horrible. The people working here really need to work on there edicit and how to treat customers

Strange to go into a business where the front entry doors barely open. The bottom of the doors are dragging on cement. I asked guy at counter how long they had been like that and he said he had only been working there a month. Well, I guess that isn't too long for doors not to be fixed. ..

I'm writing you with great concern for the service I experienced at the store on 4051 Inglewood Ave Ste. 105 Redondo Beach, CA 90278. I ordered the chicken plate with brown rice with veggies and onions. I told Catalina (employee) I did not want ANY BEEF. Moreover, A few minutes later Catalina called out my order #73, i checked my order like i always do because I DON'T EAT BEEF. Sure enough there was BEEF on my chicken plate 🤦🏾‍♂️🤢🤮. I showed this to Catalina and she apologized and stated she would make me another chicken plate . I got my order, what I thought was the RIGHT ORDER. Once I got home and started to eat my chicken plate. I couldn't believe my eyes... THERE WAS BEEF UNDERNEATH THE CHICKEN. I was perplex and not mention... Angry. How could this happen. When Catalina just told me they would make another chicken plate. I returned to the Flame Broiler store in Redondo Beach and expressed how I was totally unhappy at the lack of consideration on my CLEAR instructions... "I DONT EAT OR WANT ANY BEEF ON MY PLATE". Catalina gave me a full refund however, This type of customer service or LACK OF... is unacceptable. I would like to know... What is management going to do to ensure I will not experience that type of blunder again?

Halfway through, he stopped packing my order and went to take the order for a customer who came in after me. Completely disrespectful of my time and shows no consideration for delivery drivers 😞

The food hadn't been touched - it has to be thrown away anyways - but this is typically the "honest mistake" vs half the food eaten and getting more scam. The customer was told to go get the person who originally ordered the food. When they came in the staff continued to refuse to correct it. All for a scoop of white rice over brown... As in less than 15 cents to correct when they probably would have thrown out the rice anyways because it was during the slow shift. Food was okay for the price and location. Sitting, a la cart area, and floor were clean... but again this was during the slow hours of the day.

Expensive for nothing, the bowl and plate have almost the same portion sizing. Prices have increased 40% and the food is trash. Such a rip off it’s not even funny. My meal costed more than the guy behind the counter makes an hour!
