It's Popeyes. When you want that, you want it. It's in a seedy part of Reseda, no shortage of homeless people milling around and the place reflects that. We've picked up takeout there several times, it's reasonably consistent, but you will find chicken of various ages mixed together in your order. In other words, some that just came out of the fryer crispy and fresh, others that has been sitting under a heat lamp, possibly for hours dried out and chewy. The side orders are reliable, exactly what you'd want.

The employees there are friendly. The time I waited to get my food was not bad either. Unfortunately the quality of the food is poor and I think it's stupid that I have to pay extra for biscuit that was included in the combo previously

This place is incredibly bad in all aspects!! Every time I have a pick up order from uber I hate to pick up from this location!! Incredibly slow, I’m actually waiting more than I can make while waiting for the food. The worst restaurant among all restaurants in LA, I do delivery all over town. Dirty, Slow as hell, not really welcoming, not really cool employees. No restroom. 0 starts out of 5 PS: there is no point just replying standard comment to every bad review, you actually need to do!! Or shut your place down don’t disappoint and waste people's time

This Popeyes location is horrible - I’ve tried this location several times and most time than not, I’m skimped on the tenders, I’m provided the wrong drink, or the biscuit is built like a brick. Tonight is the last straw though. I ordered a tender combo but my tenders are as hard as rocks. I’m not even kidding, you can’t even bend the chicken in half. You can’t even bite into the chicken AT ALL. For some reason the food quality at this Popeyes location is always lacking. The chicken specifically is what’s bringing this place down and that’s the main dish. Owner, if you are reading this, this location is losing you a lot of money. Customers, if you are reading this, the location on Sepulveda and Saticoy is waaaaaay better. Yeah it’s a longer drive, but this Popeyes is never getting another cent from me again. You guys suck.

It's a very diverse neighborhood yet all the employees are Hispanic Latino who mostly communicate in Spanish. No employees of other races or other ethnicities no diversity. I'm Black American I had to wait 20 minutes for only 4 pieces of mild chicken didn't offer nothing free no alternative. Hispanic man walk in behind me they told him it was a five minute wait offered to give him a free drink for the five minute wait didn't offer nothing to me and I waited 20 minutes and I visited this location numerous times and I've noticed that they treat Hispanic customers with more loyalty over others Racism at its finest I won't ever return

This the worst Popeyes in los angeles. Disgusting inside and out. I placed my order and the guy behind the register failed to mention that they were out of chicken and it will be 15 to 20 minutes for more chicken to be ready. In my first ten minutes I saw a person come back with his to go order saying that he got undercooked chicken. I then when to ask where my order was? it's been 10 minutes. Only then was I told it will be another 10 minutes since they are cooking chicken. Unbelievable. I asked for my money back and said that he should have notify me before taking my order that it would be a 20 minute. This kid couldn't even say give me an apology. But no worries. I forced him to apologize. I took my money and will never go back to this roach infested location again. Its hard to believe it's real Popeyes Chicken.

They should change their name to Popeyes fried pigeons. Every tuesday they have a deal for $2.99. The food taste great but the portion is small. I have been a customer for years and I can't help but notice the changes in their portion. It's sad that we're not allowed to put zero stars.
