Good location, pretty speedy with the line even for the 8 min rule. Customer service isn’t always top there, after you place your order your just expected to know where to stand and who to tell the rest to without direction, but still a good location. Always clean.

This is the second Potbelly I've gone to and it's good. Although I'm not much of a sandwich person I liked my sandwich. Also, I eat a lot so my little tear at this place is it's not that big of a sandwich. Then add to it that the price is pretty steep for a sandwich I'm not too big a fan. However, the service and the people were good. Very friendly and they worked fast once I got up to place my order. The restroom was also clean. No urinal, just a single stall toilet restroom.

Normal sandwich. Place was completely empty when we arrived and we ordered through the app. The wait was a bit long for a mobile order when we could watch them make the sandwhich when the place is empty. They sticker they use to bag the order is very powerful. If you are afraid someone might've tampered with your food, you will definitely know. Got the Italian and it was a pretty normal sandwich. A safe place to go if you need somewhere reasonably priced to eat.

I love this place in general, the location is good and food is great IF you place your order in person. For some reason every time I place the pickup order I m given a smaller amount of my toppings or in this case half my toppings were missing. I did call and they made me a new sandwich no questions asked but was still lacking my *extra hot peppers. Other than that if I place the order in store it comes out amazing each time.

Like so many other reviews here, this place has taken a dive. I will not be back. Long-term customer here. Many years. Work at a nearby large employer. Hadn't been in a while. Went in today, food, quality, price, "service"--all terrible. Long slow line. Messed up the order of the guy in front of me, and the woman in front of him. Worker handling a huge tray of meatballs into the oven (?) hot liquid spilling all over the counter and floor. Gross. No eye contact from literally any worker in the store. They look down, ask minimal, muffled questions. Mine was upset about some other worker's long lunch break, mumbling under his breath. "whatcha want on it?" Everything but mayo and pickles. More complaints to co-workers. Oops, outta lettuce. Comes back with a huge bag of not-fresh-looking, pre-cut lettuce. "whatcha want on it?" again. Told him, again, everything but mayo and pickles. He makes it, hands is across the counter, silent, no eye contact. Found out later it has, of course, only mayo and pickles. For $11. No comment--not a single word--from the cashier. Once a good lunch option. Trash now. Never again.

We aren't from here but the guy behind making the sandwiches is extremely rude and acts like the customers are bothering him. Was excited to try. The food is great but his attitude ruined the experience 😒

Service has taken a noticable dive. Some of this is clearly training, but a lot of it is attitude. If you order more than one sandwich, expect a struggle to get basic toppings right. The side-eye and huffing are complimentary. There was also obvious annoyance that they had to actually work—one employee had been goofing off, lost track, and then got irritated that he had to pay attention to the order.

Ordered catering for 11:45 pick up. Our lunch is at 12. One of our provider that this lunch was for leaves at 12. Got there at 1150 and food was not ready until 1215.

Workers were very slow and did not care that people were waiting to pay. I also asked for unsweet tea and they said they were making it. They never made it or put it out the entire time we ate here. Definitely the worst Potbelly location we’ve been to.

I order from Potbelly regularly and the food is decent, but the service is horrible. Just today, I went to pick up an order I placed over the phone, because the online website was down. I had to deal with Mo, who was extremely rude and not helpful. He gave me the wrong order, and when I advised him this, he was very hostile. I won't be returning to this location strictly to not have to deal with employees like Mo.

Very rude person working the register. I walked in, and the first thing I was asked is "Are you getting something small?" Then after I told him I wanted a strawberry shake, he said okay, "to go" 0your total is... completely taking away my choice. You are open until 9 pm, not 8 or 8:30. And to top it off after there is a hair on / in my shake.

Placed order online at 1:27 said order will be ready at 1:42 arrived at 1:38 board at pick up showed order still being processed at 1:44 board showed order was ready and on the shelf but no order were on shelf. At 1:47 asked about order and staff member looked around as if order was hard to find and was told it was still being worked on. I like most people was on my lunch break and simply didn’t have any extra time to spare due to attendance policy at my Job. I was expecting timely service especially this being my first order and first experience with this company. When asked for a refund because i couldn’t wait any longer I was told it would have to go to the district manager for approval so who knows if I’ll get my lunch money back, went hungry my entire lunch break and the rest of my shift and lost my lunch money. I know i should have just went to Jersey Mikes instead of trying somewhere new at least I would have at least gotten my food or money back but to lose both is just incredible dissatisfaction. No kind of apology or real assistance. Waiting 20 mins for a simple sandwich and to have to leave empty handed was very upsetting. I should have just went with my first instinct.
