Great rice noodle place inside the mall next to ranch 99. The waiter was so attentive and nice, explained the menu well to customers. Food is great and authentic !
Great stop to satisfying ANY noodle craving you might have. The noddles are soft, satisfy and well cooked. The broth is hot, complex and delicious. I will not they only take cash so either have cash on hand or be prepared to make a pit stop at the ATM!
Their food deserves 5 stars for sure. But their service was aggressive in that they took my American friend dish after he was done without asking if he wanted it to go (he did). But they get 5 stars for great food and cheap cheap prices. The noodles reminds me of what my mom makes and their kidney was really good. Me love
I love how refreshing the broth is and I don't feel bloated after eating it. I got my broth on the side with the wide egg noodle. The ho fun noodles were sold out.
I’m from southern China and I found this place’s noodle pretty authentic. We got here about 12pm on a Friday and half of the restaurant was already full (by 12:30 there’s a short wait already). The staff is friendly. Would recommend.
Amazing food. One of the only places to get Trieu Chau noodle soup in the Bay Area. Family owned and make their own hot sauce in house.
Lovely little restaurant in the mall. Very fast and good service. Great flavor!
One of my go to places to grab food before I head over to 99 Ranch Market. The food here is always consistent.

Teo chew noodle soup was delicious. Generous amount of chicken, pork, fish balls in bone broth that was rich and flavorful. Choice of 6 types of noodles.
I've been to Mi twice now, and both times the owner Ryan has been incredibly nice and offered outstanding suggestions on what to get. The food is fresh, prepared well, and has decent portions. Would absolutely recommend if one is craving noodle dishes. This will rapidly become a regular spot for pre night shift dinner!
We’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid. Still the same people the work there and the same delicious food. I always get their fish cake, chow how fun, and how fun noodle soup, and try to stop by with my family whenever I’m in town.
Fresh noodles! Base food isn't spicy but still has a good flavor. The variety of meats available means there's something for everyone. Friendly staff, seems locally owned. Maybe family?
Teochew noodles are as authentic and delicious as ever. The owner is very friendly. Thank you for keeping the store open. I’ll definitely be back soon!"
Fantastic and unexpected find! Hubby stopped to charge and we stumbled upon this established, but unassuming eatery that was simply fantastic! We had their house bone broth noodle soup and the pork belly - both of which were Incredibly delicious. The 5-spice on the pork belly was terrific. Our server, Ryan, was knowledgable and proud of his family’s business, history and legacy…gave great recommendations. too! So delighted!
Mi Noodles has left me speechless with its exceptional culinary offerings, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. My recent dining experience at this establishment was nothing short of extraordinary. The menu at Mi Noodles boasts an impressive selection of noodle dishes, each crafted with precision and care. From traditional favorites to unique fusion creations, every dish showcased a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that delighted my taste buds.
I happen to find this restaurant by mistake. I walked to the wrong side of the plaza and decided to go in to give it a try. I was so impressed with the won ton noodles with fish cakes, pork kidneys and chicken that I took a family member back for dinner two days later. The owner remembered me. I had pork kidney noodles and Uncle Sammy had beef tendon noodles. He could not believe how good it was and said he would take Auntie Zeny at a later date. The pork kidneys were excellent as I hadn't ordered this dish in a long time. I will let my friends know and spread the word that I have found a noodle place to my liking. The atmosphere is tranquil and the service is excellent. The waitress is there to fill your tea cups without you asking for more. Splendid!
Great food, especially the fish cakes, and friendly service!

Back when I was in high school, this restaurant was called VH! And now their son Ryan moved back to keep it going as Mi with the same classic delicious noodles just like I remember. The “traditional” ho fun noodle soup is perfect if you want a large, nourishing homemade dish with a clear, flavorful broth. Thank you!

I've been a frequent visitor to the Teo Chew noodle place in Oakland, so I was really curious to try Mi. I had the original Teo Chew noodle soup, which comes with prawns, fish meatballs, pork meatballs, chicken, pork slices, minced pork, and pork kidney with vermicelli. We also tried their Pork Kidney noodle soup. The soup base is clear and rich in flavor, and the texture of the noodles is spot on. The pork kidney was not overcooked and had a great texture. One notable difference compared to the place in Oakland Chinatown is that Mi adds fried minced garlic on top of the noodle soup, which I really liked as it brought an extra layer of flavor to the dish. However, I understand why some people think it's a bit pricey. They are cash-only, and two bowls of noodle soup came to around $40 before tipping.

I ordered the ox tail chow fun for lunch. The price was high-$25 but I decided to splurge. I liked that the ox tails were cut small so you can easily eat them. A couple of them were cold inside unfortunately. There were not enough noodles considering how much gravy was on it. The taste was meh… not terrible but not worth $25. The service was very good. If I come back, I would try the soup noodles.

I’ve been at this place for more than decades but since they changed management that they only accept cash only basis so the restaurant owners will not pay a fee to the credit card processing company. Despite of this savings to them that their price of one small bowl of soup or one menu are way too pricey. They even charge extra when you request for a bean sprouts for your soup and this is ridiculous. Other Asian restaurant like Vietnamese restaurant or other Asian restaurant will just give you this for no cost. You can request more if you want and will not scrutinize you. This is a good customer service and not being discriminated. I feel that this place in Richmond Ca is not friendly and you can feel that their customer service is not genuine. They will scrutinize or check your food if one item was not added on your order. This will surely lose your appetite. Good thing that I’ve not seen the woman owner anymore since she’s not friendly at all and got that kind of attitude that “I’m the owner”. It’s not a place that you don’t want to go back there again. I feel that you are intimidated and their menu are all pricey.
Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The portions were incredibly small, especially considering the prices they were charging. For the cost, I was expecting a much more generous serving, but I was left feeling still hungry after my meal. The food itself was fine, but nothing to write home about—it lacked flavor and didn't stand out in any way. I had hoped for a more exciting and satisfying dining experience especially as a teochew person, but it was pretty mediocre.
