I grabbed dinner here last night. Great customer service at the store. They acknowledged me right away, were speedy, friendly, and thorough. Offered plates and napkins. Which was great since it slipped my mind. And the food was fresh and delicious.

Nate delivered my pizza with exceptional customer service. He was careful with my pizzas and other items. Pizzas were made with correct amount of toppings. Hot and fresh pizza. Perfect cooking time. Delivery charge is steep but beats driving through traffic after work. Great spot for dinner.

I used the app to order for carry-out. My order was ready when I arrived and I was quickly served. The store was very busy but the staff were efficiently cranking out the pizzas. My order was perfectly prepared.

I want to give them 10 stars but it is sad that star upper limit is only 5. And I love the employee's kindness last night.

I have to say I was having a rather rough night and when my first online order said it was delivered and it wasn't here I got pretty upset. But I called them and in 4 minutes they remedied the situation (It had already been like 30 minutes after the initial delivery said it was happening) I am pretty sure I was refunded, and they also still sent me the food. The food was really good too. I hope they continue cooking everything like that. This review easily could have been a 1 star for the mess up but they were perfect in fixing the situation and gave food that was hot, and yummy.

I don't usually review fast food places. But on this occasion, my pizza was delivered with a missing topping. After a quick call to the store they offered to remake and deliver a new pizza. The new pizza was made and delivered rather quickly. I was very happy how they decided to correct this mistake.

be careful when ordering. I thought I was using a coupon, picked up my pizza... did't realize i had paid full price until i saw my credit card statement. I talked to the store, but they said the online was separate and couldn't do anything. don't get in a hurry. one click will cost you.

Consistently well made products, friendly staff, and competitive pricing has earned this Domino’s an excellent local reputation. I rate this establishment at 75% as their menu is broad enough to satisfy most appetites but it is not a dine in location. While I have had better pizza at other locals, for this remote town it stacks up well against the competition. My largest complaint has nothing to do with consumer experience, but lack of corporate empathy for the hard working employees. The store has large windows facing west, causing the strong desert son to shine into the eyes of the employees all afternoon until sunset. This location is an area of unusually high UV radiation, which is extremely uncomfortable and dangerously detrimental to eyesight. Additionally, this also causes the store to bake in the desert son. With summer temperatures sometimes reaching 120F, the HVAC system cannot compensate, creating sweatshop like conditions. Corporate refuses to allow any tinting or shading to be installed to mitigate these conditions. It is a testament to their enterprise that they continue to produce quality products under these conditions.

Service is good, they dont take long, but they can't cut a piece to save their lives. Have ordered from here a few times now and they can't seem to find the center on a pizza, If you order from here get it uncut and do it yourself at home.

this stores pizza quality is 50/50, half the time pizzas are fresh and tasty and others dried out and toppings overcooked. i called the store after getting my pizza on the 13th. the guy that answered said i will have a credit for another pizza on my next order. tried calling tonight 9/16/21 and the store has no record of any type of credit. Anything this store says or promises make sure to get in writing. they just tell you what you want to here to get you to shut up and go away.

Pizza is great. The reason my family is only giving 2 stars is because It took forever. I checked the app and it said he left at 6:11 and got here at 6:25. I normally wouldn't complain if that was accurate but he really arrived at 6:50. On top of that we didn't receive our whole order. It would be one or jo starts if the pizza wasn't good.

If negative stars was an option that would more accurate! I had aquired enough points to get 3 free pizzas which somehow equalled 22$ because i added a topping or 2 on 3 medium pizzas, not to mention they were offering the get it to you car in two minutes or its free when my timer got to 10 seconds left they stopped the timer and i sat another 4 minutes waiting for my items. I asked about the promotion they said they dont honor it..i said well what is the point of having the dumb timer anyways. But i guess a free pizza isnt free anyways!!! I even called the owners # no response!

Domino's is not my favorite pizza, but I enjoy the other options the have. Two weeks ago I ordered from here. My driver showed up at the door with the wrong order. After my order had been tracked down and given to me, I found that the sauces I paid extra for were missing. I called the driver and let her know that I was missing them. She said she'd be right back with them. My family and I decided to wait to have our order completed. After 20 minutes had gone by, I called the facility to check what was happening. The manager gave the excuse of being short staffed and then said that the driver was on her way. I understood this, as things like this happen. Fast forward to today where I ordered from them again. Like last time, I added sauces with my order. The driver came to give me my order. After handing me my food, he said that he had forgotten the sauces, and that he would be right back with them. He seemed like he was new at the the job, so I thanked him and let it go. After 20 mins, I called the establishment and the same manager I had spoken two weeks prior , again gave me the same excuse of being short staffed. She then stated that the driver had told her about it, but had been helping her at the establishment. Again, she said that he would be there soon. After another 10 minutes of waiting, my food became cold, and I became tired of waiting what became a total of 30 minutes. I called the establishment and spoke to the manager again asking for a refund. To which she replied with the excuse again that they were short staffed. I told her that it was not my fault, and that it was the same excuse I was given two weeks prior. She then gave me the excuse that I was far out. While I'm not close to the establishment, I'm by no means out of the city limits. I responded to her that I get that, but my problem is that that driver didn't go there and come straight back, completing my order. She said that she would have the call her Manager, and that she'd be right back. She came back with a very rude attitude, stating that I'm being given a refund "all for not getting my dollar worth of sauces." I could not believe that a customer service representative would give me so much attitude after being so patient. The fact is, I did not get what I ordered, and should not have to suffer for things that are our of my control. I will not be ordering food from here again, and if youre reading this review, I would suggest that you don't either. But if you still decide to, just hope that all you've ordered is delivered, and that you don't have to deal with that rude manager.

After placing a $100+ order online an the online function allowing me to set up delivery, I was called within 10 mins an told that they did not deliver to our area an the order was canceled but they could still make it & RECHARGE me for a pickup order, i had to ask the man to cancel the tip for delivery also because he didnt think it was nessasary. I opted for pickup an was told the first total would be given back in 3 to 5 days (yay) so after charging over $300 for pizza, once we got there they completely forgot over $50 worth of chicken we had after saying it was in a box. After calling, they said they could give me store credit for the chicken but not a refund, and we could still come pick up the chicken (15 min drive each way). We drove back for the chicken, and once we checked it, the chicken was barely sauced & from an 8 piece, we only got 5 pieces of chicken! Now we have store credit that will never be used cause honestly the pizza was over cooked, barely sauced an not worth my time or money. I'd recommend frozen pizza from the store over this place any day. Quote from my grandma "this pizza is lousy" "worst pizza I've ever had and I've been around to have some pretty bad pizza"

Domino’s day shift 7/26/24 . Little boy’s ! How about you don’t tell your customers how long it’s going to take for their order to be ready , and then get mad and yell things at them when they’re walking out the door . Because they expect their order to be ready when they were told it would be ready . Then we could all be happy .

Took about an hour. This staff should not take a random 55 pizza order when it means putting all others on the shelf. Needs a manager that knows how to handle a 55 pie order and address other orders. The 26 inch xtrav I paid 24 for is a joke,!!! Domino's has gone down hill. Worse domino's experience I ever had. A 0 should be an option for this place rating!!!! I was at the store the whole time for this takeout
