Credo di poter dire che è uno dei migliori, se cercate il vero BBQ americano a Milano. Il cibo è ottimo e fedele allo stile originale. Un avvertimento sulle polpettine al pulled pork e formaggio: creano problemi di dipendenza, quindi fate attenzione!😅 La scelta di cocktail e whisky è altrettanto valida e ricercata. ​La vera differenza, però, l’ha fatta il servizio: una menzione d'onore alla persona che si è occupata del servizio, di una gentilezza e un'educazione rare. La sua professionalità è stata una delle note piacevoli della serata. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had The Brisket, traditional smoked beef breast at least for 12 hours slow & low. The taste is amazing, a very tender beef meat with deep smoke impact combined with the spicy rub and smoked sweet potato puree. Everything is great about the steaks 🥩 and lovely helpful staff 🥰. We arrived so late and they were inviting great. They welcomed with two ginger shots 🥂😊 and some mashed potato 🥔 and beans 🫘 was good . Ribeye steak was great after another time asked to cook because was raw first but they cooked again very good 👌I liked how they cared about customer and didn’t ignore what was asked . Another dish: first we wanted smoked beef but was finished instead chose the mixed grill dish which was very good with grilled steaks and sausage etc. There was a raw Italian sausage separately served for starter but no ! that was not good 😳 Nice rustic Texas themed decoration in Restaurent 🤠🐄

Yeah yeah as all the reviews say, food and service are excellent, nothing to add here. But one thing I want to mention especially: For once I spent an evening in a restaurant where they play some decent music!! Nothing pretentious, no tiktok garbage, just good tunes all evening long. Even the couple next to me was humming along from time to time, so I‘m definitely not alone with this. :) Thanks!

After two weeks in Italy we were craving something more familiar to Americans. We didn’t have high hopes but this place was fantastic. The sausage plate and pulled pork sandwiches are tasty and would represent good BBQ in most of the USA. Turbo Potato was really cool. It has a nice location on the canal and the staff is friendly and efficient.

I'm a regular guest since few years- and i have to say: If you want great brisket, visit the place. It's one of the best places in Europe to get great brisket- and this is coming from someone who is in Texas frequently. I wouldn't say it's as good as a Texas brisket, but it really comes close- so if you're a meat-lover, hop over there and give it a try. The service is awesome, kind and friendly, the food is made perfectly and the meat quality is outstanding. Whenever i'm in Milan this is my placw to go to- for example tonight is another visit planned. Make sure to reserve a table as the area usually get's quite busy, especially on the weekend. There is a service charge of 3€ for bread and a tequila.

Nice restaurant in a great location in the Navigli canal district. Good quality smokehouse / BBQ food. Reasonably priced good quality wine. Excellent service. Some nice touches like Tequila Sunrise aperitif shots and truffle cheese dip. Tried pork belly with Chimichurri sauce and pork ribs, all lovely. Sweet potato fries very good too. Not sold on the potato tournedo side dish though, the idea is ok but they were very thin so dry and broke on touch, so more like crisps. Slightly thicker with a softer centre and it would be much better I think.

The food was great. The price was also fair great wine, in service everybody’s happy and smiling and letting you feel like home, we took the ribeye and it was perfect. Maybe a little bit small but the bread and the starter and the dessert filled us up. Everything was perfect. by I will points we give this restaurant 9.3 out from 10. Came out drunk full and happy

You'd expect this place to be more expensive due to the location and the ambiance. Very cool place with excellent food! In good weather you could enjoy sitting outside near the water. The staff are very attentive and helpful. And the food comes out quickly. After ordering drinks, you will be given a selection of bread, an amazing flavorful spread and tequila sunrise shot! Being named The Brisket, go for it! The meat sample plate would also be good but I needed to try the brisket. It was delicious! Rich smoked flavors and tender as can be. Sides- had to try the Texas beans and coleslaw. Both were very good. The beans were very tomato-based and not too much meat, not typical for Texas chili but I give them a pass 😉 For dessert there are many options, including a nice list of bourbon and whiskey to cap off the dinner. 🍽️

Delicious briskets and pulled pork! I got the “welcome to Texas”. I’m from Texas and this place can definitely beat out competitors in Texas. Delicious sweet potatoes fries and cole slaw. The sausage was a bit bland but the other items totally made up for it. The butter for the bread was so yummy. They only have one type of BBQ sauce and that complimented well with the meat. WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK IF I COME TO MILAN AGAIN. Our waitress was wonderful and service was exceptional.

Il locale si presenta bene è molto curato e i camerieri molto accoglienti. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato molto buono. Abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: empanadas, pork balls e bone marrow e poi 2 welcome to texas e 1 brisket con i contorni a parte di patate dolci, cavolo verza e patata turbo. Non do 5 stelle e forse avrei dato qualcosa pure meno solo per il conto che a mio avviso risulta troppo caro. Il coperto 3 euro è eccessivo e anche 6/7 euro per un contorno di patate è decisamente troppo. Non abbiamo preso il dolce ma se l'avessimo fatto sforavamo le 60 euro ciascuno. Personalmente se devo spendere cifre del genere preferisco andare a mangiare una bella fiorentina da 1kg e mezzo ma non metto in dubbio la qualità dei prodotti che usano per questo alla fine ho deciso di mettere 4 stelle. Nel complesso posso dire che vale la pena provarlo ma non so se tornerei.

Questo ristorante è un’ottima scelta se volete provare un ristorante di carne buono e alla mano. L’interno è molto piacevole e spazioso, il servizio attento e il cibo molto buono. Io ho provato la tartare che mi ha stupito molto e le patatine dolci che erano davvero squisite. Molto buone anche le empanadas come antipasto. Consiglio di prenotare soprattutto nel weekend.

Nel complesso buonissima esperienza! Il personale di sala è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza. Cibo di qualità molto buona al giusto prezzo. Peccato le poche birre alla spina. Assaggiato anche un cocktail a fine cena, miscelato bene ma la presentazione avrebbe potuto rendergli maggior giustizia. Sicuramente l'entree ancor prima di ordinare aumenta la percezione positiva dell'esperienza. Da provare

Ci siamo ritrovati in questo locale in una fredda serata di gennaio. Siamo stati accolti in maniera cordiale dal personale di sala (anche senza avere una prenotazione). Ci hanno fatto accomodare e ci hanno subito portato un entrée offerto dalla casa, ottimo inizio! Abbiamo assaggiato alcune specialità della casa. Il cibo è buono e ben preparato, il personale capace e accorto alle necessità del cliente (anche con la sala piena non ci hanno trascurato per niente). Menzione speciale al loro brisket: carne tenera, affumicata a dovere, speziata in maniera equilibrata e da gustare appieno. Buona anche la picanha e il pulled, ma nulla a confronto del brisket che stra consiglio a chiunque passi in zona, non ha nulla da che invidiare ai più famosi (e blasonati) brisket texani. Prezzo in linea con il posto e la qualità della materia prima. Torneremo sicuramente a mangiarne ancora, anche perché non siamo riusciti a fare le foto ai piatti ;)

Locale suggestivo e ben tenuto, ben tematizzato e curato. Personale molto gentile, cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo (suggerisco le fantastiche Brisket Empanadas e per chi va la prima volta, anche il Welcome to Texas che raggruppa un mix di tutti i piatti tipici...davvero un'ottima idea per chi vorrebbe mangiare tutto). Gli ingredienti sono davvero ottimi e fatti ad arte...si nota davvero la cura, l'impegno e l'amore con cui tutto è selezionato con cura ed ottimamente preparato...mi spiace di non aver fatto nessuna foto...ero troppo impegnato a gustarmi i piatti! Molto gentile, cordiale e "alla mano" anche il titolare Lucas. Complimenti!

Locale molto bello e servizio spettacolare. Quasi tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato è stato buonissimo. Le patate turbo non mi sono piaciute per niente ma penso sia questione di gusti. Non è economico ma allineato alla concorrenza.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. While the brisket was a bit dry and bland, we much preferred the ribeye and sirloin — they were tender and melted in our mouths. It's also a kid- and dog-friendly restaurant, which we really appreciated.

Visiting in Milan with a group they decided they wanted BBQ. So we came here, the atmosphere was great the restaurant was very nice. I’m from Texas and have been smoking Briskets for 8yr and this was not Texas brisket. The bark was very soft very sticky. Not a traditional SPG combo. It also did not have the hardwood smoke flavor from post oak. I gave the brisket a 2 out of 10. The pork belly needs work as well no flavor and very dry. The pulled pork was ok the pork ribs were very good soft fall off the bone and a good flavor. The BBQ sauce needs adjusting . It’s missing the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. The sausage needs work and may just location limitations. But it didn’t flow with the meal. The peppers were a good accent. I added some photos of what real Texas bbq looks like
