The employees at this Jamba juice location we're fantastic. Definitely my new favorite place to pick up a smoothie.

I love how this Jamba has a drive thru! So convenient. Tonight’s order made my day with a sweet message added to the lid. 😊

Great atmosphere. Great attitude. I really appreciate that no matter how busy they get (and I've seen it super busy), the team members keep a positive attitude and get the order out in a timely fashion.

Drink were good, employees are nice. We didn't wait that long in drive-thru.

I went this morning to this location and the young lady that helped me was super nice and gave me time to look at the menu. I ordered a large drink and split it into two cups, and got two waffles as well. Usually the wait is long and I don't always get the best customer service at this location, but today was different. I was second in the drive thru once the car ahead of me left, I pulled up to the window, the young lady smiled at me and just a small gesture like that made my day and made my experience better. She informed me of a reward I had and asked me if I needed a extra bag or a cup holder I politely declined. I had my two toddlers in the car and as any parent knows it can get hectic but she was super patient and kind to me. Also offered me a Peanut butter or Nutella dip for the waffle I never they had. Great customer service Lyric, keep up the great work !

The chunky strawberry bowl was delicious OMG and we also got the orange dream... my sons favorite if u like orange julius type drinks

So it's been awhile since I've gone to Jamba Juice, and I have to say I'm glad I went back! Usually I stick with what I like and not detour, buut I've tried their matcha green tea with soy and if you like Starbucks's Green tea frap then, you most likely would like this one as well! Also the Carribbean Passion is great too, I omit the peach and ask for pineapple instead, due to allergies and I believe it really brings out the flavor boat! Jamba Juice will a great way to cool off during the blazing summer ahead!!

We had to wait a really long time inbthe drive thru line and at the window for them to finish warming/ charring waffles. There were only a few cars in line and no apologies for the ridiculous wait

Even though they say that they are open the dining area is not open make sure you go through the drive-thru are you awaiting quite some time other than that challenges always has great flavors and great customer service so I wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes in the Drive-Thru just be aware

Service is good, but I feel the drive up orders are done first. I wish it went by time order was received.

For some reason they weren’t taking orders at the lobby?! This was Saturday at 5:30 PM. They must have closed their “in-person” lobby orders because of the HUGE drive-thru line they had? Trying to catch up? Not sure, but disappointed that I couldn’t not order at the lobby. It had to be an online order or drive-thru.

We love Jamba Juice! But this location is a little rough. There system is down often, there are usually too many workers in this tiny space, very long waits and many times the drinks are really inconsistent. The customer service is usually good though, most of the kids working are really friendly.

Posting only for the wait time in the Drive- thru. I know they are a new crew , but if i don't comment, who will. We ordered weekday 1:30 ish. And 16 minutes later we got our 4 smoothies. That is a long wait to me. Am i right? Think of it this way. Would you sit at a stop light for 16 min. waiting to turn green? Boo hoo the grumpiness comes out.

Just spent 45min in the drive through on a Saturday afternoon. Very slow and unprofessional. Wasn't even given a spoon for my bowl, which was half melted by the time it was finished. The blueberries still had stems...

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! 6 cars in line and it took 32 minutes. After all the reviews about this problem for years now I cant believe nothing has been done. Employees are friendly but the drive-through is horrible!

I like Jamba and this location with the drive thru but every time I order the turkey sausage wrap its still frozen in the middle. I have called the store 4 times asking them to adjust their cooking times. I've been really nice about it not even accepting free stuff they offer me. Its pretty bad when you continuously tell a business there's a problem and nothing changes.

The teenagers in here running customer service are slow . Had a door dash order at 10 didn't leave till 1040 .

Been coming to this Jamba Juice for a while now horrible place to go the people are always nice that's about it they are always understaffed and if you get any kind of drink that has vegetables or fruit plan On only being able to drink 3/4 of your drink because they never blend them the right way I'm literally drinking one right now it's full of pieces of Greenleaf the size of cornflakes and this happens every time this will be the last time I come here

Always understaffed and the boss seems like he doesn’t want to be there ever he just walks around telling everyone what to do even while they are already doing the task needed all employees are very respectful but the main boss just has a disgusting attitude just needs to be fired or quit pitiful!!!!!!!

After driving 30 minutes to get a cold jamba, I was not expecting to wait an hour in line. Just RIDICULOUS!!@

The wait is entirely too long. I can't count how many times, I've sat there for 15 minutes plus. I've seen countless cars pull out line and drive away. Their back door is next to the screen where you pull up and place your order and I have to say it's absolutely unsanitary. The side walk outside the back door is stained partially with some garbage spillage. Girls at the window shove a huge tablet through the drive thru window toward your face that is displaying what you want to tip them. I'm all about tipping but when I waited for 15 plus minutes for two smoothies, that is not going to happen .. Something need to happen with management/ leadership otherwise their going to run this Jamba into the ground. We beg you, please have someone from corporate come in and inspect.

Being a former employee at this Jamba. I want to let the community know Don’t Order “Fresh O.J” it’s not fresh at all!! 🙅‍♀️. The juice machine they use to make the oj is filthy. The spout the juice comes out of always has build up bacteria and mold 🤮🤮. No body cares , kids work there. I had to get out of there!! I was one of the managers that actually cared about cleanliness and the health of guest!!! They open at 8am on the weekends, I showed up 15 minutes after and they still hadn't opened. The employees were walking around inside but clearly not yet ready. I decided to leave when they were still not open at 8:25am.

They work slow motion and huge wait time, a lot of times the drinks aren’t filled to the top. It smells so bad in there like throw up, and it’s hot and humid. Very rude and full of attitude.
