I’ve been coming here for a long time DeShawn and Ariana are always great Sometimes the food comes out burned. I’ve had cheeseburgers so burnt I had to send them back even had a manager cook me a perfect one which was very impressive. Other than that mostly really good. I like to sit at the bar have a couple beers eat some food and watch the games I liked it alot but they did one thing recently which was not a very smart thing to do. They put in this basketball machine that is so loud you can’t even hear yourself think. You can’t hear the music It is really uncomfortable to hear this banging so loud. They should have it removed. It’s not the right place to have something like that.

More of a sports bar than restaurant. Side salad was very good, tried new cheesesteak sandwich, average, had chocolate cake, came with vanilla ice cream, very good. Hint on cheesesteak, needs more cheese. They have a huge selection of tap beers and full bar. Parking easy. All around good choice.

I'm extremely disappointed in BWW again. Last summer, we waited with a party of 4 adults, 3 children. Two servers, empty tables. When we were finally led to the table, it was wet- like they'd just ran a rag over it and there was food all over the floor. Very disappointed. Last night we gave them another chance with takeout. I placed an order through the app where it asks for a tip! I felt that the people who prepare the food deserve it, but do not like that it is asked for. My husband had to wait for the food b/c the server was busy watching the game, not even seating those waiting. We live close- the food was cold. The additional sauces we ordered were not included. And the celery...it was old, slimy and not prepped! I threw it out. Riverhead -do better!

The service was the worst in the world. The person who served us (Chris) had no manners from the start; he was pedantic. It was our first time visiting the restaurant and it will be the last. From the beginning, he seemed intolerant and racist. If you don't like your job, just quit. Before offering bad customer service, I don't know how they can have that kind of employee in their restaurant.

I can tell how this place has a poor 3.7 rating. 3:45pm on a Saturday, barely any customers. Front end completely neglected as I wait forever to be practically ignored that I’m there for a pickup, woman took the Super Bowl order over helping me. Even the GM came out and was oblivious to what’s going on in his establishment. I had plenty of time to write this review while my time was wasted. :)

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the Buffalo Wild Wings in Riverhead has been extremely frustrating to deal with. In just the past week alone, they have messed up my order three separate times. Honestly, I’d estimate that about 50% of the time I order from this location something is wrong. Mistakes happen in restaurants, but the bigger issue was how it was handled. I called to speak with the manager, Joe, about the repeated order issues, and instead of acknowledging the problem or trying to help, he told me that their store is “the most accurate store on Long Island.” The conversation was dismissive and unprofessional, and he ultimately hung up on me while I was still speaking. Customer service should matter, especially when mistakes keep happening. I hope ownership or corporate looks into the ongoing order accuracy issues and how customer concerns are being handled at this location.

The “summer moon” cocktail I ordered was just lemonade with mango syrup, the French fries were stale, the sandwich tasted like microwaved fast food, and the service was incredibly slow despite being fully staffed with only 8 tables.

This girl with glasses was an awful waitress. We sat and were ignored for ten minutes. Waitresses walked past us a dozen times. Then she gets to the table and asks what we want. No introducing herself or getting a drink order. She honestly was pathetically bad at her job hence the no tip 👍🏼 Management is trash too to be honest.

I have asked for traditional plain wings, Buffalo Wild Wings so I went back and ask them to make me plain wings, and that they forgotten the fries too but they said that those were the plains wings when clearly even the color is different manger was nasty bout it & didn’t get what I wanted

Be careful eating at this place especially when you are able to see that the waitress looks overworked. Our waitress seemed moody when we arrived . I don’t think she wanted to wait on anyone else based on her greeting when we arrived. The waitress is the one to serve the pout the drinks and serve it and she didn’t care to have taken a cup that was dirty. Can’t blame the cook for it just her . I requested to see the manager it must of been like 10PM and the manager couldn’t care less to show his/her face. Nasty place wouldn’t recommend anyone eating there . Here’s a pic and I have videos too! Dirty cup with lipsticks . Will be calling the health department concerning this incident .

This place is so unorganized. They sat my son and I right away but then we didn’t see anyone for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I went to every server and bartender and no one could help. Meanwhile there were people all over trying to pay their bill or get service. Easily more people could have walked out. Finally got the manager and said they were understaffed. At the same time two people walked out after their lunch break was over and was waiting for their food for over 45 minutes. After we finally got someone to get out order they rushed everything. They gave me a wing that had bones and shards sticking out of it. All the manager did was comp one of the appetizers. This was a Tuesday afternoon at 1:30pm. Can’t imagine what the evening had in store for them. Never going there again.

The kitchen/front end staff just don't care. Everytime I go they keep me waiting 5-10min cause the staff is chilling in the kitchen. They always mess up my food orders and it shows how little they care when I found bugs in my sauce. Everytime I get carrots they look like they haven't been washed at all and look nasty.
