Honey Baked Ham

We picked up our ham the day before Thanksgiving. The line was insanely long. We thought we would be there for hours and surprisingly it only took us 45 minutes. I will definitely order again for Christmas

Great customer service. Great choices on menu food is served fresh. This place not only sales ham for special occasions they also have a dine-in service. Located in Upland, CA off the 10 freeway by the home depot on mountain.

This Honeybaked location has the best staff and food is always great. Staff go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one and are always happy to suggest something delicious. I keep going back with a smile everytime I think of them. Their daily specials are a huge hit for budget friendly guests and on top of that, you get SpotOn rewards points that can earn you free food. What more could you ask for? My kids and I love it!!!!!

I'm grateful that the customer service representative was patient and kindly. She waited patiently for me to look up the order (that I had wrong!) and explained to me that sometimes the online menu and the in store menu do not match. After that, she helped me pick the right meal. Thank you very much!

Called twice and received impeccable customer service both times! Both representatives that I spoke with made recommendations regarding what would work best for me and helped me in making my final decisions. I could hear them smiling through the phone. I would definitely recommend them again!

A great place for great sandwiches. They make their own mustards and sauces, very friendly, fair pricing. The only nitpicking complaint I'd have is that it's a small place and sometimes too packed during lunch hours.

Love this place! I have been coming here during holidays for the past couple years. Their food is amazing but I have to say that this store and the employees here are absolutely awesome. Every single time I have been here, standing in line (this line I was in I clocked it at an hour) has been worth it. The employees are sociable and kind and sweet and all have a wonderful smile on their faces (I can tell through their masks). There was even a girl going around and sanitizing while we were in the store. They are always organized and they are ready to get your orders. This is what excellent customer service looks like. And I would stand in line every time to get my order. Thank you so much The Honey Baked Ham Store for making my holiday meals so much easier to accomplish...especially when you have children. • 2024-04-10 I ordered the Tavern Club Combo Meal . It was delicious. There was a good amount of ham on my sandwish, and the Rye bread was very fresh. The potato salad was very tasty, and the green salad was of good size for a side dish. I had a special request order, (no turkey) and it was filled correctly. I like that they have the comments section aviliavbe for special requests. I also liked the fact that they placed a paper barrier between my sides and the sandwaish to keep the bread from getting soggy. My order was filled promptly and with care. I would recommend the Honey Baked Ham Company in Riverside Ca to my friends and family.

Outstanding service. We prepaid for their small honey baked ham. And we had reservations to pick our ham up. I am a Vietnam veteran, and I am disabled. We showed up about 8 minutes early, and we were told to wait by the front door, and a young woman took our information from my smartphone, and we had our order. We normally don't have a ham for Thanksgiving but decided to have a change . It was well worth our trip.

Thought I was early... not so much. Monday before Thanksgiving, at about 1pm. Line stretched to S&F. Yet, the line moved quickly. I was done in just over an hour. Safety protocols in place, with immediate cleaning between customers at registers.

I went here for turkey for part of my Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was delicious but the way they had it to be picked up the day before Thanksgiving was terrible. They opened at 6:30am the day before and we're open until 8:00pm and the line to go in and get your turkey was ridiculously long. I waited in line for almost 2 hours. They need to come up with a better plan. I doubt I'll go here for part of my Christmas dinner.

I love the email deals of the day! Originally found this place when I needed a turkey for Friendsgiving and after 2 years returning for their lunch specials. You can eat in or order out. Always has friendly service.

Absolutely LOVE their whole smoked roasted turkey for Thanksgiving. It is so flavorful and boiling the bones makes a excellent base for porridge. I don't mind waiting in 1-2 hour long lines for the smoked turkey.

Their holiday fare is great & lots of options. Lunch options are limited & couldn't figure out to order online. They are 1 of the few companies without an app.

I love the food and service EXCEPT when holidays come..... Why is there only one line?. At the Anaheim store they have a reservation line with express check out through the Tablet while they pull your order. Why have 4 cashier when you know you get busier the later in the day. I would give 4 stars but holiday service is crazy. Work smarter not harder.

I reserved a ham a week before Easter and told the girl the sides I wanted and she said I can pick them when I picked up the ham. Well they had none of the sides I wanted when I came in. The sides I got were terrible. Mash taters were watery and tasted like instant, can't tell what kind of gravy it was and yams, not a fan. Our ham was frozen and no one said a word about it. Very very dissatisfied with the whole dinner. Spent 108.00 and wasn't worth 10.00. I hope this is corrected so no one else has this same experience.

It cosisted of 4 pork ribs, 1small side dish, a small garden salad, 2 rolls, and a soft drink. Boy, this sure wasn't anything to write home about or even recommend to an ENEMY. So not good! The little riblets tasted as if they had been boiled and smothered in some type of barbecue sauce. And they didn't taste very fresh either. I chose ambrosia salad as my side and it was quite stale and of cheap quality. The garden salad was mostly 2 or 3 different kinds of lettuce. Could use a bit of variety here. The salad dressing was probably the best tasting thing about this salad, but was on the skimpy side. Really stingy! And, seriously, $8.99 for a tiny 4 ounce coconut rum cake. Egads!!! You couldn't pay me to buy food here again! I'm very well aware of Honey Bake's renowned reputation for hams and the like. But that in no way changes my opinion. I was taken unfair advantage of and served a wretched meal that was grossly over priced.

I pre ordered a ham, but had to wait in a line with 85 people (I counted) for over 45 minutes to pick it up. In the meantime, employees were on break out front eating pizza. They even hired a security guard for crowd control. There is no piece of meat worth that. Never going back!

Just opened my ham and it is very burnt. Christmas dinner is ruined.

I'm saddened because I love this location but today was a bad experience. Right before closing today 9/24/22 I called and inquired about pre sliced ham which the lady told me they did sell. I went in at 4:50 and got 1 lb of presliced ham and was rushed out because it was almost closing. Upon arrival at home I realized my ham was EXPIRED and now the store is closed so now I can't return the ham. They are closed on Sundays. Hopefully Monday I am issued a refund or a replacement.to eat expired pork is gross and I hope they start to check their expiration dates more often.

I ordered online for Thanksgiving. They happily took my money and confirmed my order. Came at the time to pick up anf they were closed. Been here for a few minutes and it seems im not the only one that got screwed over.

Every year for Christmas I ALWAYS purchase a ham from The Honey Baked Ham Company. This year, I pre-ordered on 12/03/25 and paid in advance for a 7 pound ham $84.00. When I arrived on 12/23/25 to pick up my order, they ONLY had a 9 pound ham available for $105.99. They made me pay the difference (considering I didn't have to due to their error). Once I got home and unwrapped the ham it was extremely dry & overcooked. Everyone was disappointed. I'm so upset I won't NEVER-EVER return again. Overpriced, Overcooked and very disappointing..

Ordered online for pick up. I ordered beef BBQ ribs. I went to pick up today. Got home and saw that my order was wrong. They gave me Pork BBQ ribs. My family don't eat pork. I called them and they told me to come in and they'll exchange it for me. Went there again, drove another 1 hr just to get to the store from where I live. When I arrived, I was told they don't have beef at all. Never did. They just have a system error that's why it's showing that they do on their website. They could have just told that to me when I called earlier so I didn't have to drive an hour to the store and another hour again to come back home for nothing. This is my first time buying honey baked ham and will probably be the last.

Whomever is responsible for quality needs to their eyes checked. This review would have been a negative if it was possible. I encourage all those whom are looking for this product to find another location. This was not the first quality issue with this location, but this is the last for us.

The ham was mostly bone and I wont ever do that again. Very disappointed and huge waste of money especially when you cant feed everyone. Don't waste your money

It said it was 7lbs but package said 6 lbs and the whole one end was solid fat, so about 5lbs total. Ok cause it was so bad. My first, and definitely last Honey Baked ham!
