I cannot begin to explain my displeasure for this Taco Bell location, many times I have placed orders here whether it’s small or whether it’s large it is never right. One prime example is when I got a cheesy rollup that had no cheese in it. How do you mess up a cheesy roll up, sweetheart?

Walked in. Touch screen machines didn't work. Representative would not take my order! And there was not a soul in the store nor in the drive up. And just gave me a blank stare!\nNever again!!!!

This place is a joke they can't get orders out or even complete simple Uber pick ups. What a waste, everyone's high no one cares and there's no management present. It's a disgrace. I know it's not a five star restaurant but this is probably the worst one I've ever been to.

1 Star — horrible rude unhelpful costumer service! Poorly made food I had one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life at the Taco Bell located at 308 Lindsey St, Bridgeport, CT 06606. I waited 45 minutes for a simple #11 order placed inside the restaurant. I ordered with a female cashier, who passed my order to an employee named Rafael. Before ordering, I asked to use the restroom and he rudely said, “Don’t have that key,” while immediately unlocking the door for another customer right after. Once my order was placed, Rafael refused to make my food for no reason at all and just stood there. Other employees became visibly frustrated and began arguing with him in front of customers, saying it was his responsibility while they handled drive-thru orders. During this time, multiple customers who ordered after me at the front counter received their food before I did, which was beyond frustrating. After waiting over 30 minutes, I had to beg for my food, which was humiliating. One cook apologized to me but still refused to make it. A female cook finally stepped in and argued with Rafael until he made the order. When it finally came out, it was terribly prepared. I asked for a refund due to the wait and chaos. Instead, I was offered “extra chips,” which weren’t extra at all — they were already part of my order. This place was chaotic, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. Employees openly argued, customers were ignored, and basic service was nonexistent. I felt unwelcome and embarrassed. Save yourself the time and go to literally any other Taco Bell. Or better yet go there and make their life hell by making them do their jobs, either way here’s a review.

Went today around 11:30-12. Absolutely NO ONE was inside or the Drive-Thru for my food to take up so much time. The employee's here are beyond unprofessional and lazy, the employee didn't even want to take an in person orrder from another customer and told him to go to the Kiosk. (It wasn't even busy) The Co2 at the soda machine was FLAT, so on the safe side I tried to drink some Gatorade from the same machine and it was LUKE WARM, I spit it out. This location is straight trash.

Same thing repeat again. This Taco Bell location is a complete joke. I ordered 2 cheesy bean rice burritos and one of them didn’t even look like a burrito - it was just a messed-up blob. When I opened it, it was disgusting: one side was nothing but dry rice, the middle had cold, dry beans, and the other side was just cheese and sauce. That’s not a burrito, that’s laziness wrapped in a tortilla. The people working here clearly don’t care about what they’re serving. It’s sloppy, unprofessional, and honestly insulting to pay money for food this badly made. And what’s worse, this isn’t the first time - I’ve complained before and nothing changes. Management clearly doesn’t care either. Avoid this location unless you like throwing money away. 2 year ago Order from kiosk machine. Waited for 30 mins. I went august 30 approximately 5pm...4 staff members were sitting at the dining table relaxing, then when I walk in they get up scatter, nobody ask for my order. Got take out in the restaurant there’s four of us we only ordered two meals. We waited for thirty minutes and I asked when they think the order would be done in a nice tone and the women working gave me attitude the workers were rolling their eyes and laughing the whole time we were waiting. They were going so slow and saying they were short staffed. The reason they are so short staffed is because they don’t accept any applications anyone sends in. Mind you it was four drink cups and grilled cheese burrito and a potato bowl. It took 40 minutes. Even just with the short staff it shouldn’t take that long

Wow, is honestly all I can say. Truly a huge disappointment. I ordered 7 items, received 6. Had a modification to a burrito, by replacing the beans with potatoes. The burrito had beans in it🙄 And the potatoes in the taco were burnt beyond recognition! I thought they were steak bites at first look! Smh and because they were so burnt, they were also hard as a rock. Called the store 2 times and both times it ranged until voicemail. Seriously, if you don’t like your job quit. Instead of playing with people’s hunger.

If I could leave a negative score I would! We ordered a STEAK chalupa combo (2 chalupas and a taco) and we got 3 BEEF tacos. We received a Pepsi instead of a root beer. The steak quesadilla wasn’t even melted or together. The “nacho Bellgrande” with EXTRA BEEF there was no extra meat or the onions added at all and i make better at home nachos than this is just chips with lettuce! Aside from the disappointment and wrong items, there were many up charges we gladly paid for but then didn’t receive. I get that it’s Taco Bell, but this is seriously ridiculous. If I created anything like this at my job, I’d be fired.
