This is the best food in all of Roanoke. The food prepped actually blessed my food with holy water, the cashier nursed and watched my child while we ate. (He is only 240 months old) and the custodial staff chewed my food for me. The general manager actually cured COVID 19. Excellent customer service.
I've ordered ahead and dined in at this location several times. My order has always been correct. The food has been hot and tasty, and the staff are friendly.
I really enjoyed the beyond orange chicken. Shaped like little hearts so we vegetarians don't have to worry about a mix up! They also have delicious greens to accompany your entrée.
It's considered an American version of Chinese food. It's fast food, buffet style. I had orange chicken and cream cheese rangoon. Fantastic. That was 7.50. I can't remember what my husband had; all total counting drinks was around 31 dollars. He brought home leftovers, which is always a bonus. Plenty of staff, courtesy and all the food smelled wonderful. I saw a couple families with small children (they weren't babies), so the young ones have something they could eat too. We are already planning to go back.
Everything we have ate here has been good. Several different options on quantity of food so you don't have to get one size no matter how hungry you are. Price is good. Service is good.
This store is doing amazing considering that there has been a line wrapped around the building every single time I’ve driven by during business hours. When I went they were out of a few things but that’s to be expected considering that the nation is in a supply shortage and again, there is a line around the building from open to close! The girl taking our order on drive through was so energetic and sweet and was Johnny on the spot with every single annoying question we had. I think her name was Chloe? Please don’t let other bad reviews or bad word of mouth keep you from visiting, but also remember that if you go in the first 5 days of opening and clearly see 60 people trying to get the same food, you’re going to wait for them to have to cook more, they’re going to run out of stuff, they’re humans not machines!
Ok, so I finally went today @ opening, food was really good, customer service was really good, the only complaint is the brown rice was dry, considering it just been cooked. The orange chicken was really good not too sweet,Kung pao chicken was really good and spicy. Would I go back, YES!! 9/26/25. I still recommend this place for having food ready and STILL good!
Ordered ahead online. Order wasn't ready at the pickup time. Waited almost 10 minutes. Was probably peak dinner hour. Food was great. "Bigger plate" plus 2 Spring rolls was enough food for 3 of us for dinner. 4 stars for having to wait. 5 stars for food.
I’m SO THANKFUL that PE set up shop here. I always go through the drive-through and the line is quick and friendly. My food has always been fresh and delicious and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I go here at least once a week and always have a 5 star experience.

With all the bad reviews I saw, I did not want to go 😂 I’ve never had this franchise before so I didn’t want my first time to suck so I just opted to not partake when it’s came up to get food here. I also saw the “owner” replying to all the negative comments in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner so I REALLY didn’t want to go! I have now had food twice from this location and I have nothing bad to say. The only negative I guess I could say is the rice is not for me. I can make better fried rice than that but instead of leaving a bad review for something I personally didn’t like I just order something else. Pretty simple. They move the line pretty quick. I think they do very well with that. The girl that was helping tonight seemed like she was a little impatient with my order but hey, it’s fine. I will continue to periodically get food from here. It’s nice to have a couple different places to go to on this side of town. I hate going across town to get something different for dinner. I feel the prices are fair. Some portions are light but I’m fat so I just think they’re helping me not eat so much 😂 🤦🏻♂️ Popeyes needs to get moving yo!

WOW!! My first visit and I was definitely impressed but the friendliness and the people skills of the young boys that were working there and went out of their way to explain to you and tell you exactly what it was reading and they knew their menu very very impressed Kudos to everyone it was definitely a team effort the place was quiet it was open kitchen and you would never know you're too about their cooking and walking around it was like a fine oil machine inside
If I could give more than five stars I would for the Panda Express that is on electric road and Franklin. The Food is always hot and fresh and the drive-thru is always so fast my food is always there by the time I'm paying for it. And it is always delicious.The guy works drive thru his name is Elliot is so friendly and nice and fast and helpful. I have been there several times and always the best service.
I should’ve looked for name tags but the service here is exceptional. Two workers really stuck out to me, one juggling the cash register and to go orders and the other working the main food line. My order was done online through the app and it was past the estimated pick up time which is not a big deal at all. They were packed and super busy when I walked in so I completely understand. What really made me want to leave this review is the customer service. The young woman running the register and to go orders was kind enough to offer me a drink while I waited and apologized for the delay. Again I don’t mind waiting but this was such a kind gesture of her to go above and beyond. The second worker that was working the main line also came up to me and gave me a timeline of when I might get my food. Both greeted me and having the communication was very much appreciated. If they are in management positions they are doing a wonderful job if they are not then I hope that their managers see this and know how much I appreciate the service. The food of course was really good so thank you to the cooks as well. I’m so glad this branch is in the Roanoke area now. We will be coming here again and again.

The food was so fresh and perfectly made. I got the sesame chicken and the peppers in it were perfect. I will definitely be coming back again! The employees were very nice and worked with me when I couldn't decide what to get. I definitely recommend eating here.
I have had nothing but good experiences here. Food is always fresh and flavors are consistent. I’m not sure what garnered such negative reviews, people complain about portion sizes and consistency but I come here about 3-4 times a week and have never had an issue. I encourage anyone who reads this to try it themselves and have their own opinion, not basing their decision to come here on other peoples. It’s good affordable food and the staff are great.
Panda Express is absolutely delicious! My favorite items are the Sweet Fire Chicken and Orange Chicken – both are packed with flavor. The crab rangoons are always crispy and tasty, and the fried rice is the perfect side. I also love their tea and lemonades – refreshing and perfectly sweet. Every time I visit, I know I’m in for a great meal. Highly recommend!

The food is good and quick for the price if you go to eat inside before 8:00, after 9:00 the selection is low, you can tell the food has been sitting out for a bit. If you are not in a hurry they will always make you a fresh batch. The staff is very friendly and they keep the restaurant clean.

I don't understand the negative reviews but this location has been my default one since they opened. No issues...food has always been hot and good. Establishment has been presentable. Employees were fine and not rude. I've done both take out and dine in. What I ordered: chow mein and black pepper steak
Shout-out to Sienna and the hard working crew for running this busy restaurant and keeping up with the masses between the Drive-thru, carry-out/delivery orders and the many people dining in all while preparing great food! They run a clean operation, the staff is always friendly and they provide a great dining atmosphere! Keep up the good work!
I just went there for lunch to go order absolutely excellent customer service, food portion & this orange chicken is delicious! I will be back!!! Thank you again to the lady I wish I would’ve got her name that helped me excellent customer service! I ended up ordering 1 now & 1 for later.
Got to try this location for the first time today. I decided to come at an earlier time to avoid the long lines some people have been reporting, and it worked, I was able to easily find a seat inside and the line outside didn’t seem super long either. I got the honey walnut shrimp and teriyaki chicken with rice and an egg roll. The egg roll was nice and crispy, the chicken was juicy and the shrimp was amazing too. The staff did a great job getting people through the line (which had grown as I ate) quickly. Overall it seems like they’ve worked through a lot of the issues earlier commenters have mentioned, highly recommend it.
It's a clean place, the service is fast and the food is decent. Can't complain! Orange chicken is the best entree they have!
I really love their food and the orange chickens are really cool but please PANDA put more effort into your "fortunes".... I look forward to cracking into a fortune cookie after a meal to get guiding advice for my future but Panda Express instead insults my intelligence and genuinely brings down my self-esteem with every phrase printed onto those slips of paper. Losing 1 star JUST for that. 😡
Went there to pick up something for lunch, I ordered in the drive thu, I wanted to get a plate,Then the young lady at the window informed me that they were out of one if the selection that I wanted and it would be 10 minutes before the other item would be ready .Then I made my section to get a bowl instead of a plate.When I got to the window she was out of what I now wanted, I was informed that they only had a little bite of the chicken mushroom. So she offered me something in its place and added to veggies rolls in it place..This was very kind and concentrated for her to make it right.
The was my first visit to this business. The food I was able to eat was very good.The concern I have ..is the VARIETY OF FOOD or the Lack of..it was either too sweet or too hot...Nothing regularly seasoned ,fried or grilled. The service was good and the server even better,she was very polite, informative and efficient.
Food servings were generous. Food was a little cool. Taste was great. Meat and vegetables were fried perfectly, especially the vegetables, which are hard to get right. Staff was very friendly. Service was very fast. You don’t get a nice porcelain plate like the website shows, but a paper plate instead. Nevertheless, the ambiance is nicer than a typical Chinese takeout restaurant. All of the good being said, my daughter and I still prefer Dragon China despite the slightly grumpy “Go Ahead” guy. And I’ve come to like my Chinese takeout in a used liquor store box, and the cheapest of furnishings when dining in.
Food is great. I eat there at least once a week. I would eat there more if they had good tea. I love good sweet tea. I end up drinking soft drinks which I don't like to do. I love the string bean chicken.
Food was fine. For dining in, I wish they'd offer a real plate to eat off of instead of the Styrofoam container. Menu isn't as large as a real Chinese restaurant.
Open at 9:30am which is very convenient for night shift, they should be ready to serve what they offer. Very good food, always great food. Only if they had things ready when they are open for service
Panda express is just OK as far as chinese food goes. The way they spice the dishes makes it taste a bit more like some generic chinese, or perhaps frozen chinese. Very much like fast food, which it is. The little hole in the wall spots and sit down chinese places do a better job, dishes have a better flavor. Just not a fan. The service is decent, the prices are average to slightly high. This location is clean but it's fairly new.
Basic fast food fare. The Hot Orange Chicken was too hot and unpleasant.
They are serving the woody, fibrous stem parts of the broccoli that should be discarded. The soda water tap on the drinks station is broken. The server stabbed through breaded entrees instead of lifting and separating. Not bad, but details matter.
Love Panda Express. I was able to cash in some rewards points with my meal. I placed a togo order while we were finshing eating. Now, with that being said,....i wasn't too happy with the person that wrung in my togo order because they stole my rewards points. I said something to one of the employees who was obviously taken up for the person that wrung me up and then a new manager walked up and that employee told the manager about it and what he thought and then the manager agreed with the employee. The employee said that someone who was last rung up that their info was still in the system somehow, and my points were credited to that account. Really, come on now. The real reason is that the employee that wrung me up obviously took my points...plain and simple. If you need free food that bad and that's the way you have to get it, go ahead you obviously need it far more then i do. The only reason why I'm giving this place a 3 star is because of the food. So becareful if you want to enter your points from your receipt.
Usually friendly. The last time I was there I started to order and the drive through attended interrupted me saying "hold on" and then made me repeat my whole order. I know things may get confusing sometimes or whatever, but I don't like responses that make me feel like a burden from the person I'm ordering from. It's just not a positive experience. The food was decent.
If I had to describe this restaurant to someone, I would say PF Chang's food, Subway's atmosphere and seating arrangement style. Generally speaking, this style restaurant is not my forte, as I tend to prefer (Asian cuisine) more of a mom and pop shop. There wasn't really anything wrong with any of it, and a couple of the dishes surprised me with their flavor. Keep the expectations for your experience at "box store" setting, and you can enjoy a flavorful meal that you didn't have to cook.
Tried Panda Express for the second time. Fried rice was not warm and did not have much taste. I would not ever buy the chicken egg roll again. Very little taste. Disappointing second try.
Very nice people but food wasn’t good at all. Was trying to feed 5 hungry kiddos and myself. All of us were upset. Broccoli was raw, noodles were dry and hard. I’ll pass. Hope they improve!!! They have potential.. Come on Roanoke Panda!
First visit at this new location. Very bland as far as flavoring. Broccoli was so undercooked, it was like eating raw from the garden, very tough and hard to chew. Teriyaki chicken was almost flavorless as well, along with a good bit of fat. Noodles and fried rice had no flavor. It was edible, but just had no flavor and undercooked veggies.
Got a few things to say about this location. My wife loves Panda, and regardless of the food quality or portions, she is going to keep sending me back. We have been Regular Patrons of Panda Express in Littleton Colorado, for 15 years, and this location here in Roanoke since July of this year. About 2-3 times a month she wants Panda's Orange Chicken with Chow Mein. Not sure what is missing, but the Chow Mein here is a different color than any other panda I have ever been to, and lacks consistency. The Orange Chicken is Rock Hard about 33% of the time at this location. I have Similar Portion Grudges as other reviewers with this location. For the price, I never feel like I get the 'Usual Portions' that we have been getting for the last 15 years. There is always a stack of people waiting for food at this location, as 1/2 of the items are out and being cooked. But there is also always a line to the door in the dining room, and a line around the back in the drive thru. It is absolute Chaos in this store, There are drive thru servers cutting in front of dining room servers taking all the dining room food. This last Thursday, I was 3rd in line when they put out a fresh batch of Orange Chicken. In the time it took for it to be my turn and say my order, I got the last scoop and had to wait for more to be prepared. When I got home, it was hard and Crunchy. After all these years, I am used to bad Panda every once in awhile, because every place has bad days and good days. But, the bad days are getting more and more frequent, and we are just about done with this Roanoke Location.
Lately the quality of this location has been decreasing since its opening not too long ago. Many times the service is very slow, they prioritize the drive-tru area. Their prices have increased and lately they have been giving such little protein that its not worth it anymore, on top of the fact they charge 50 cents for a cup of water!
Went up there twice. First time ordered the family meal and the rice in the fried rice was uncooked then went back to have it replaced and the second batch was undercooked as well. Come you guys everything was perfect there when it opened even a little bit after. What happened?
I have never been more disrespected by portions in my life. I know that is out of the staff's control, but it tasted like plastic and filled 20% of my stomach.
I don’t have a lot of experience with this place except for 3/4 times since it opened last year or so. The food is ok but the chow mein noodles and fried rice are dry as the desert and not very good. Which means they are left out under the heat lamps too long or the recipes are severely lacking in something.
12 on a Thursday, packed as expected. My first visit, really excited. Immediately noticed young man in drive thru was handling cash then food on the line with no gloves, back to back. So then I noticed no one was changing gloves after answering phones, taking money, etc. Elliot made our food then took our cash then went back to food. I didnt want to be loud so I told the employee closest to me that they needed to change gloves after handling cash and his response was “SO TELL THEM NOT ME” rolled his eyes and slammed the food down. Cool, no teamwork. Dined in, did anyone change gloves? nope, not once. After he raised his voice at me I really didn’t care to enjoy the visit.
The food is good, but they are always out of menu items. Unless you want orange chicken, there is at least a 25% chance they are out of what you want. Im tired of having to make a list 4 items long in case they are out of something.
We were there yesterday around 4:30pm when we walked in all entree bowls were pretty much empty(should have been a sign) There was some Kung pow chicken so I ordered it very little chicken, lots of sauce and peppers, the rice was even lumpy. My wife ordered orange chicken but had to wait about 15 minutes to get hers and when it did arrive it was cooked so crisp you could hardly eat it. The whole meal was absolutely horrible. Today I have been sick on my stomach much of the day. Needless to say we will not be back.
Place was packed. But I ordered ahead. No place to get your food so you still have to wait a long time as if you hadn't put in an order 30 minutes before to ensure it was ready. I won't be headed back there anytime soon.
Ordered ahead. They weren't busy and still hadn't even started on my order. Took 20 minutes past my scheduled pick up time as they slowly worked on it. They knew in advance and hadn't dropped anything with a longer cooking time. They had no flow. They kept giving out samples to people as they dawdled on my order. One guy saw what was going on as he waited for his overdue order and asked for a manager only to have some hushed answer about no one being there. If you want Panda Express i don't blame you. Its great food. Just do yourself a favor and skip Tanglewood. Valley View beats Tanglewood hands down!
I’m usually satisfied with Panda Express every time. Unfortunately this location is giving Panda Express a not so good opinion anymore. I thought maybe panda has cut back or something but no, it’s only this location that does it. This is not the first time this location has done this, I’ve just waited 3 times to now say something. This is the only location that skimps out on the portions. Next time I see this I’ll ask for half off the price for the main entree portion. I travel for work and eat Panda in different areas. Do better as you’re the only location around here, where I live!
The last 3 times I ordered broccoli beef, I was given literally 1 tiny piece of beef. I figured it was just a mishap. I'm not going to spend 20+$ for a couple of meals just to be given 1 chunk of beef. I was ecstatic that a panda express made it to Roanoke, but you can keep your business at this rate.
Won a BOGO on their promo and the app wouldn't accept it. Contacted them and they said I ordered the wrong size plate. Promo doesn't state anywhere you can only get a certain size, just that the free plate must be equal or lesser value. Paid full price and the food wasn't even ready on time. This location is just awful. Three orders, three bad experiences. This past one was my last one.
We drove here because it said online that they closed at 10 pm. They close the dining room at 9 pm and then have very limited items at the drive thru. They really should update their hours online. We proceeded to get food in the drive thru, and then when we asked for forks, they said they didn’t have forks! The staff are extremely rude. Hopefully the food makes up for the lack of hospitality. Doubtful to return…
The noodles was so disgusting and dry. It had too many Celery pieces for me. The chicken was good but they only put 5 little pieces in the bowl. I will need we eat there again
If you say you sell beyond orange chicken you need to sell me the BEYOND chicken, people have allergies, food restrictions, and it's not cool, my sister threw her guts up because it was regular chicken, Do. Better.
I came to get something to eat got therr at 10:30 and the doors were locked meanwhile its suppose to stay open till 11 pm that is bad business they need to charge their hours if they are going to be closing at 10:30 and. not 11
First off, the lady making the orders was rushing me to pick my sides. They didn't have hardly anything to choose from. The lol mein was sweet which is odd, the only thing I really enjoyed was the ice cold root beer. Won't be returning. I had to come back and add bec of the rude reoly from the owner. Yiu people are disgusting with the attitude u carry on your shoulders for someone to own a business u should have a more professional attitude. Its no wonder yall get treated the way you do.
Food is just not good. PE never has gourmet Michelin star food, but this is 1 star out of 5 on a scale of Panda Express I've had over the years. Food was dry, cold, bland, had basically no sauce on it, and seemed kind of old. 1/5, would not recommend. Didn't give me food poisoning, so I've had much worse. I'd eat it once a year if it was free
First time eating at this location and was very unimpressed. Only one of my entrees (out of 3) was semi edible. The noodles had obviously been sitting out all and were dry rubber. I was only able to force down half of one of my entrees before my stomach started to hurt… other locations are amazing. I hope this one can step it up. I would not recommend until they do.
We placed an online order before leaving the house, placing the pickup time 30 minutes out, so we'd have time to pick up Wendys for our girls who are not fans of Chinese food. At pickup time, I go through the drive thru and was told I needed to come in. I go in, and my order is not ready. I continued to wait for 40 minutes beyond my pickup time. Meanwhile, customers are getting their food at the drive-thru, and walk in customers are receiving their food quickly, and sitting down to eat. I inquired about the status of my order 3 times, and was told they were "working on it". Eventually I told them I needed our order or I needed a refund. At that point they assembled our order and I received our food 45 minutes after the pickup time, and 1 hour 15 minutes after ordering. There is no one there assembling the online orders! I would have been better off just placing my order at the drive thru. By the time we got out of there, the Wendys food was cold and their Frostys completely liquid/thawed. We will not be returning.
Sold out of 1/2 of their options by 5pm. Excessively long waiting times, with people waiting in their cars so long that they came in to ask where their food was. Waitress was incompetent, rude, and obviously didn't want to be there. She even stated they didn't do plates when we ordered a plate of food. Pretty sad when the whole serving style is centered around filling a bowl, plate or bigger plate. When restated we wanted a plate she instead put the bowl back and pulled out a miniature Chinese noodle box. After this She then skipped over me and went to serve the next person in line. We complained and then walked out on here along with additional customers. This store has potential to be great but severely lacks management and some staff seems descent where others are incompetent.
I placed an order via DD, which stated I had to place my order within 16 minutes in order to be delivered. I did. I received a confirmation text that Panda Express CONFIRMED my order at 9:19. At 9:45 I received a message from DD advising Panda Express doesn’t process orders received after 9:30. And then they REFUSED to answer the phone. This is a complaint about Panda Express NOT DD. I was so excited for them to come to Roanoke, but their operation is TERRIBLE. this is not the first horrible experience from them. Update your hours of operation. So now I have to wait 3-5 days to receive a refund. $130.
What is going on with this location? All of the broccoli was raw, uncooked, unchewable. How do you manage to make beef and broccoli with raw broccoli? Meaning, not that it was undercooked, it was not cooked at all. There were maybe 2 small pieces of beef between the hard broccoli in the bowl. The orange chicken was chewy and hard to bite through or swallow. The brown rice is just awful, not even sure why they use that type, it's flavorless, and that's when it's cooked fully, which it wasn't, so it was crunchy. This was just a complete fail all around, and this is my second time attempting to eat here. This location just opened and already needs better management and oversight by the parent company.
We got dinner there tonight and I took 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru. Then our food was incorrect and we had to go back in to get it changed but they still did not get it correct. We were missing a whole order of cream cheese rangoons and only got 2/3 in the other one. Then when ate the food, the noodles tasted like freezer burn. Overall it was a bad experience and we will not be coming back.
Ordered a 3 meal entree an a 2 meal entree this would be my 1st time eating at this location I had Panda Express at the airport the day before in Charlotte fost time and it was great wish this could be said about Roanoke V.a...The Veggies were not cooked fully The meat tasted like it had been there for several hours they mixed old with the new And the noodles were dry the saddest part is that you can't call and complain Within the 1st ring it says this number is not accepting calls I was confused because this is a place of business you can't come back when you live minutes away 15min. Away without traffic Sent an email through the website for Panda Express customer service no one got back to me and it was quite difficult. I'm sure I'll post & still this million dollar company want respond
Ordered off of DoorDash tonight, 10/26/2022, and went to take a bite of my food and found the longest hair in my mouth. After this I checked it and found multiple more hairs in my food. I know it’s no one’s hairs here because it’s a different color, as well not the dashers as he was bald. Tried to call the store, but “not taking messages at this time” and hung up. I have GM experience, am servsafe Manager, Food Safety, and Proctor certified, and believe that food safety needs to be a number 1 priority and issues like this needs to be resolved.
I won't be back here. It was cold and dry noodles not to mention the wrong ones. For it to be their newest dish they need to learn to do it right. Definitely won't go by what a picture looks like no more . First time trying Panda. I guarantee it be my last.

I went to pickup an orange chicken meal for my wife at work with my kids in the car, come through the drivethru to pick it up and immediately have an employee with an attitude telling me to come inside to pick it up even though I have small kids. Standing my ground, I pick my food through the drivethru and drop the food to my wife and they completely messed the simplest order up…an orange chicken meal with no orange chicken. Absolutely the worst food service I’ve had in Roanoke my short amount of time living in the area. Will not be returning.
5p on a Thursday, great price for 3 entrees/side but portions ridiculously small and noodles side were horrible. Dried out and hard. Limited menu imo. First and last visit.
Eating the spring rolls was like eating whole cloves of garlic,absolutely horrible. The beef broccoli with rice was even worse. That wasn't beef! Dry and unacceptable. I'll NEVER eat there again and I've shared my experience with friends and family. Some had a similar experience but didn't want to take the time to write a review
We order from here quite often because my 2 year old absolutely loves the chicken and mushrooms. Every time we order we ask for sauces (plural) of teriyaki and sweet & sour. We order three meals to feed everyone and each time we get 1 sauce of sweet & sour and 1 sauce of teriyaki. Don’t order for delivery. You will get hosed every time. Sad.
The food was fine but we won't be back. We have eaten at this newly built Panda Express quite a few times without issue. However, last night our family of 4 went to grab something after an evening of appointments. Our baby needed her diaper changed and I went into the restroom to change her to find that there is no changing table at all. This is completely unacceptable.
I went to try out the Panda Express in roanoke Virginia today. I was really excited because I haven’t been to this location yet. When I went in there I was so excited about the options they had. However the kid who was taking my order had no patience. He was very rude to me from the beginning and had a major attitude. When I asked for a plate he gave me a judgmental up and down look (clearly looking at my body) and whispered “fat a**” under his breath but I could hear. I didn’t even want to finish my order. He continued to give me nasty looks and have an attitude. I decided to take it to go because I no longer felt comfortable there. I’m pretty sure his name tag said Jonathan. I am embarrassed by this situation but mostly sad. I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to this location which is upsetting because the food was pretty good.
🚨🚨🚨GO 2 AGOGO INSTEAD🚨🚨🚨 The place is filthy, soda counter was sticky , garbage over flowing, tables are not cleaned you have to do it yourself. Floors are dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. Food is Mediocre at best, over priced and luke warm. I have no idea how they stay in business The People were friendly though🤷♀️
The food is real decent and it's supposed to easy to pick up, but it's not worth the trouble. Did a pick up a few weeks ago and they completely screwed my order up. Filed a complaint and got a coupon, so I thought I'd try it again. I ordered through the website so their wouldn't be any confusion on what I wanted. Went through the drive and they couldn't understand that it wasn't a door dash order. They had me pull up and wait while multiple people came and went through the drive through with orders. Literally watched people standing around inside doing nothing while I waited. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but this just seems silly. Can't reccomend anymore. Don't know if this is a management or employee issue at this point.
My husband & I had never been here so we go in not knowing what to do. 5 people where standing there talking an laughing looked at us but said nothing. Went on with their joking. I said do we seat ourselves the young guy looked at me very rudely an said yeah after you get food then he went back to his joking with coworkers. So we looked for plates an didn't see anyso I ask him where are plates he reached under counter got a plastic box an held it up. I said you know what, it appears we are bothering you all , an you are very rude so we will go next door an get pizza an we left. NEVER WOULD I GO BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
So I always wanted to try this place. Finally did and yuck. The rice had no flavor. It had an after taste that was not authentic to Chinese cuisine at all. It definitely tasted American made. Yuck. And there was a black guy who handed my order, I didn't know but I asked for duck sauce, he Said it was sweet and sour. And then I could hear the white girl in the back talking smack trying to make fun of me not knowing. like I'm supposed to know wth they have or not. I asked for chopsticks and he gave me that and 2 more sweet and sour, then I get it home to my kids and it was DISGUSTING. I make wayyyyy better fried rice than that. I will NEVER eat there again. Poor customer service bc they rather turn their nose up to me for being in there bc they wanna gossip and play around. And plus the food was so bland, the chef was not chef-ing. Just trash food and I spent a lotta money there ordering for my kids and it was not a great experience. It was clean and display of buffet was lovely tho. That's about it.
Waited in line for 15 minutes because apparently people who order online are more important than customers standing right in front of them. Watched 3 employees make multiple to go orders before addressing the line of people. Each staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, there wasn’t even a manager on duty to speak with and would’ve expected better from a chain establishment like this one. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who actually wants decent customer service.
I would not go to this location. I got there a few minutes before they closed and they refused to serve me. I was even willing to get anything that they had available and they just flat out. Refused to serve me. I’m usually an advocate for panda express. but after the service, then how I was treated at this location, I doubt I’ll be back and I definitely won’t be back to that location. So if you’re craving panda express choose any other location.
Good food, great price, horrible customer service by Maryam at 3:42 pm 7/29/2025. Tried rushing me thru my order and had a hateful attitude. Won't be back if you keep her around.
Absolutely terrible, you ask for a box of beef and broccoli it’s 92% broccoli and 8% beef. It’s also like $13 for a box which is small by the way, so they end up giving you essentially none of what you paid for. The boxes come leaky too. Half the time they don’t give you forks. The manager is very nice though I do have to say.
I ordered at $18 plate of food on UnberEats and paid total a little over $30 for them to send me a table spoon full of chicken & Beef and two pieces of Broccoli. The rice was not fried rice. It was just white rice and the lo mein was a handful dry and cold. They are crooks, I’ll never order from there again. You can’t trust places like this to do the right thing unless you are there in person. This looks like a kids meal. I had surgery, and ordered food and this is what I received. Never again
