Great service, big portions and affordable prices. The staff are friendly, kind and courteous to everyone and the atmosphere is good. I was surprised with the amount of food in my order. The cups with drinks are even a good size. I got an old timer burger meal well done with fries and a soda and a water. I also ordered a meal to go. Thanks for the good food. I'll be ordering again soon!

First time I had been there and I definitely will say I will go back. Food was great service was good and atmosphere was nice. Went on a Friday evening and did not have to wait a terribly long time for food sat very quickly as well. Update so I went back to Chili's on the 30th of March for dinner with my sister and my nephew. First walked in had to wait maybe 5 minutes to be sat which is okay they had a little bit of business, we were finally satl into a warm spot we waited at least 10 to 12 minutes before I finally stopped our server Jesse and ask for service. She had such an attitude it was ridiculous. She took our drink order and our app order, and that was the only time I saw her. The general manager ended up taking our actual order, but the service was so horrible that I will not be going back there. The food was okay, but the service was absolutely horrendous. Do not like saying things like this, but as a server myself I seen things in their staff that will make me not come back to that establishment. Horrible absolutely horrible

Wasn't expecting much but the food and service were excellent. Went on a Saturday night. Had about 20 minute wait. Was waited on shortly after we were seated. Food came as ordered and it was very good. I ordered the Anchor Salmon. Just enough spice. I'd return and I recommend this restaurant.

I wrote this place off a long time ago, but decided to give it a try recently. I'm glad I stopped in. The fajitas for two was perfect, and priced right. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was good. The could use a makeover as it still looks the same as it did 10 years ago, but that didn't make my experience any different. Bottom line is, the food was good, service was good, the price was right.

Food was very good. And the chips and salsa were pretty good. Sometimes they're too salty. I will admit to that and sometimes the salsa is very spicy for people that can't eat it. My mom and I went for the three for 10 meal or three for 12 meal and they're always good. It's a great deal for people on a budget

After a long drive we were looking for something that wouldn't disappoint and although the kitchen was a little slow, everything was excellent. The service was good, the prices were fair and nothing came out wrong. Kids meal is good value!

I haven't been to Chili's in a long time and decided to try their lunch menu. Pleasant surprise food was delicious! Chili had a bit of a zing to it and the baked potato soup was good though I prefer mine thicker with more potatoes. Double burger was good and not too many french fries. Some places do an overload of fries, this was just right. Chicken bacon quesadilla was excellent! Chicken very tender and chips with salsa very very light and airy. I would recommend their lunch menu. Only downside to our visit, interior could use a bit of upgrading. Food is worth the visit.

The food was served hot and fast. service was good with no long wait, it got to us in under 10 minutes. The ambiance was good with a very mellow atmosphere.

Not a great experience. Service was super slow, took 20min just to get drinks. I had a burger, it was burnt, the bun was falling apart and missing components. My daughter had a side of Mac and cheese and it looked like soup. My wife who almost never complains didn't enjoy her meal either. Oddly enough our waitress never asked us how our food was. This is why we rarely go out to eat at large chain restaurants, the quality is almost always lower then long standing "mom and pop" places. We won't come back

Unfortunately do not remember our server’s name (she was a small white girl with glasses and I believe braces) but she was horrible to me and my friends. First of all, she gave attitude to my boyfriend when he changed his mind about getting a coke. As a former server I understand it is annoying when customers change their mind after you already do something but it takes less than a minute to fill up a coke from the fountain and they were absolutely not busy. Also to make an annoyed face like that IN FRONT of the customer is extremely rude and unprofessional. Made us uncomfortable from the beginning of our dining experience. Then, for the 1.5 hr we were there, she only refilled our drinks once, and we had to be the ones to ask even though it’s your job as a server to notice things like that. She also did not remove any of our empty dishes that we were done with from the table. I also have extremely social anxiety so I had my boyfriend ask for a box for me, to which she calls me out in front of our 3 other friends and says “You couldn’t asked me, I’m not that scary.” which made all of us uncomfortable. She also forgot to bring me the box for another 10 minutes after giving us the bill. Then she proceeded to beg us for good responses on the experience survey like she didn’t just make us all uncomfortable and give us one of the worst dining experiences ever. I honestly do not feel comfortable coming back and risk getting her as a server again. Side note: I also asked if she could substitute the tequila for vodka in the holiday margarita, she said no which I don’t understand because it’s not a premade frozen marg, and they’ve done it for other drinks for me in the past but also i don’t work there so idk how they’re made so maybe she genuinely couldn’t switch out the tequila for me. But if they could then that’s simply rude and lazy.

TRASH SERVICE AND COLD FOOD!!!! Updating a review from over a month ago Placed a pick up order and arrived on time ended up waiting for over 25 min standing in the store for my food. Food finally came and was completely messed up cheese fries were a cold block of crusty nasty old fries glued together with solid cheese. Mini burgers were rare and bloody and southwest rolls were cold. Called to complain about the order and the manager said they would process a refund as she remember me from standing there for so long. NOW OVER A MONTH LATER AND NOTHING IM OUT OVER $30 from this place because not one person in this store can do their job.

Came in with a pary of 5 at 5pm tonight.. told it would be about 30 minutes. 40 minutes in we were sat which is fine but we order almost immediately as we had 3 almost teenage boys who were so hungry. We wait for an hour and about 15 minutes to get our food. Other than the mozzarella sticks everything was cold burnt and the tenders were not edible. You could not even bite into them. I felt so bad for my son as this was a birthday dinner. 2 hours of waiting for that........ Dont bother. The manager was notified and corrected our bill but for everyone thinking you are going to get what you see on tik tok be ready to be very disappointed!

You want to love Chili’s for what it used to be, but the truth is, it’s not. The food feels like it’s been cheapened so they can still make money. My wife and I split the fajitas which used to be a staple at Chilis. Steak was overcooked and over flavored. The tortillas were hard and stuck together. Definitely not the Chilis I grew up with. Very overpriced! Served was nice, but Service was slow as she managed the bar as well.
