First time here, we love it! You can tell they are serious about the dishes from the chicken wings. Will be back!

Ok, So These pictures does No justice on the food and drinks…everything here is AMAZING!! Even the Staff! Super friendly and very attentive. I’ve been so many times I’m officially a “regular” Lol. I recommend the Birria Tacos or Birria Quesadilla (The best in the town) and the Margaritas. The one posted below is the Pineapple Coconut Margarita but my absolute favorite is the Apple Cider Margarita (only sold in the fall ☹️) The only thing I would change is I wish the place was bigger because it gets crowded and packed quick but nothing terrible. I really love this place and I’ve even put my friends on. 10 out of 10 recommend!

This place is absolutely one of the greatest eating establishments on this side of the Genesee. I have been coming here for over a year now and it's always magnificent. The bartenders and servers are all incredible, the atmosphere is awesome, the food is to fight wars for. 11/10, highly recommend

First time ever diner and man am I upset with myself got not coming here sooner! From the cocktail to our final bite of our left overs today it did not disappoint. The current seasonal marg -blueberry, lemon & mint was so refreshing and flavorful I’m glad I got it. We got some appetizers as well, the pork nachos were really good, a must try. I went with 3 different tacos, shrimp, fish and carnitas. I ended up bringing the carnitas home because I was so full. The fish taco was really good, might have been my favorite one, and the carnitas even reheated was so flavorful. I like how each taco is stand alone with its own ingredients and not just a different protein with the same toppings as the others on the menu. I highly recommend checking this place out, the patio is great for the nicer weather we are having as well.

The breakfast burritos for Sunday brunch are just awesome. And don't forget about those great Bloody Mary's with tequila . . . Yummy. Great service, super friendly staff.

Fabulous hot moist spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, tried my partner's milkshake and found it wert. Staff kept the tables tidy and frequently came around to see how everything was and offer a refill on the soft drink. Busy place - observed two lanes for the drive thru plus greeters taking orders from the queued vehicles.

Hello, My name is Reshawn Dennis. I visit the Chick-fil-a at the Port Arthur, Texas Location at 8701 Hwy 69, almost every day. My most favorite drink is the flavorful SunJoy! Every time my mouth gets a taste of this liquid gold, it’s like my taste buds throw a party! I’m so addicted to this stuff… can’t get enough of it! It’s the best! What’s even better is the excellent customer service I receive when I visit there! There is this nice, friendly and courteous young lady by the name of Camilla. She always greets me with a warm smile and even knows my name! One morning she surprised me and made my day by saying, “Good Morning, Mrs. Shawn, How can I serve you today? Can I take your order?” I said, “You know my name?” And Camila just nodded and smiled! I squealed, with utter delight! I do come there a lot, and she has taken my order a thousand times. I love that you train your employees to say, “thank you,” and “it’s my pleasure!’ I can also appreciate the fact that you close on Sundays in observance of The Lord’s Day. Often that means I have to wait until Monday to get my fix….My SunJoy, but it’s a small sacrifice to pay. I pray that The Good Lord continues to let your business prosper and thrive! How can anyone say anything bad about this place other than wish they had more healthier options that taste as well as their standard menu items. The place is great but to all the so called Christians and church observers ( I love you) Emperor Constantine in Constantinople, ( at that time under Roman rule and in order to keep the peace among the many subjects, changed the sabbath day from Saturday to Sunday. It amazes me how those claiming to be truly religious and who have knowledge of this fact, still allow its observance on a day named after Ra the sun god?

Absolutely the best chicken sandwiches available from a fast food restaurant. If you don't agree you and Jesus can duke it out. The lords chicken is a sacred treasure. Those juicy chicken patties with a hint of dill give me the flavor I never knew I needed. Not to mention they got the sauce selection that can meet anyone's needs from Ranch to Mustard to around the world with some Polynesian sauce. You got to love it. Except for on Sundays. Those days I have to suffice for lesser options. That one draw back wont make me stray. I will forever cherish you Chick-Fil-A.

I went here with a friend. We got the queso and salsa for the chips. The salsa and chips were not complimentary. They had a special of ground beef and cheese wontons, these were over cooked and one was completely empty. I got the shrimp taco and the candied jalapeño beef one. Both were very good. I got a side of rice of beans and it wasn’t my favorite. The rice was a little crunchy. Our drinks were good and our service was great!

Went there after pride and was craving huevos rancheros. Friendly vibe, food was different, but good, my only minor complaint is that the food could have been hotter. It wasn't busy when we were there. I got huevos and my husband got chicken and churros. We will definitely go back again. Great selection of drinks.

The food was quite good and the staff friendly. The cowboy candy taco was the best one of the tacos. The chips were really tasty! Four stars instead of five because there just wasn’t enough spice or heat (except the cowboy candy with the jalapeños). The salsa was sweet and a couple of the tacos could use more flavor. Also, a cut of lime to squeeze over everything and some bottles of hot sauce on the tables would have helped the flavor profiles overall. Still very good and worth a trip!

Very good Mexican food with a homemade feel. Flavors are great, and the hot sauce selection is excellent. Portions are small, so get a side dish. I have heard it can be busy but lunchtime on a Wednesday had plenty of seating.

Sat outside with a group of 9. Server was amazing, even with a cast! Food was packed with flavor, heat, and the drinks were quick and delicious. I would give the food 5 stars, but the tortillas were soaked through, and served cold.

The food taste and quality are very good, and the workers are very nice. The only downside is that sometimes, when ordering through the drive thru or even inside, they will mess up your order and give you something else. Other than that, it's a good place to eat.

Long wait, but over all the food was great. I picked up my meal in the drive thru. Asked for wheat toasted bread. They forgot to get me the wheat bread. But I didn’t notice until I got home. Still enjoyed my meal though.

The worst chick fil a drive thru service I have ever experienced. The staff seemed to just to go through the motions no real joy for their job. They were disorganized. A truck 3 vehicles behind mine received their food before the suv in front of me, myself and the 3 vehicles between us. The staff walked around carrying drinks and some food but didn't know exactly where they were going. I travel a lot and come to Port Arthur a few times a year. I will not return to this Chick Fil A because of today's experience!

I placed a mobile order, but no one asked whether I had one when I arrived. I was told to pull up and ended up waiting around 30 minutes with no update. It wasn’t until I rolled down the window and asked about my order for the manager finally came over and asked what was wrong that the issue was addressed. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.

They keep getting my order wrong and it just makes me lose my appetite because how frustrating that is especially that new worker at the drive thru. I’m sorry to be that person but it really does put a bad mood effect on my day.🫤

This location has gone downhill substantially in the last 2-3 months. I don’t ever come on here to write reviews, much less bad ones. But the last 3-4 trips here have just been surprisingly terrible. Service is slow and extremely unfriendly. I have had chicken sandwiches on two visits in a row that have more batter than they do chicken. It’s really crazy because I have noticed no difference at other locations.

Received horrible service placed a mobile order here 30 minutes prior to picking up. I get in the line the girl told me I need to go to the second lane when it was a car already behind me. Talking about she couldn’t take my order to pull up in second lane for them to get your mobile order. had 3 girls pass my car up and never greeted me through the drive thru then a guy finally came out and told me my order was just placed told me to go park next to the bushes.

We visited the Port Arthur location tonight and the service we received was horrible. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Once the food was delivered to us we noticed the fries were soggy and the four spicy chickens were old. We immediately returned the food and asked for fresh food and we explained we didn’t mind waiting. We were obviously put on the back burner because we had to wait almost 20 minutes or so for our food. I called the manager and she said she was waiting for our food to cook because she was getting us fresh food. I explained that she served almost 10 cars already and we still have not received our food. She then brings us the food. The food was not fresh, again. The manager gave us a brief apology and two coupons only to give us old food again. We are not pleased at all of the level of service received. Chick Fil-A is known for their top notch customer service. Tonight we were highly disappointed. Our experience was TERRIBLE!!!
