Clean and fast. Genna was very attentive to all customers in the store. The food was great as well! Try the Malts. They're the best!! But where's the cherry pies?? Waiting on a comeback.

The Aransas Pass Whataburger is the best! We usually have great service and the food is always fresh and hot. We ordered online and did curbside pickup, got home to find one of the burgers was missing bacon. We called them and they said, no problem, come back and we'll make it over. Went back and they actually gave us the whole order again. Thanks for good food and great staff!

Used the drive thru and had the most excellent service with a young lady there at the window reading back everything I ordered and making sure everything was in the bag. Awesome service, they need to keep her. Awesome personality and customer service!! Keep up the great work!!

We're always greeted with a smile and served the same way. It's a happy way to enjoy a delicious meal any way I want it. Please keep Whataburger growing north. So many of us have experienced Whataburger while down south and it's no fun to switch back to MacDonald's, or Wendy's. The food and camaraderie just don't compare.

I'm not a frequent eater here but I went inside and customer service was the absolute best in this area. From my order to the person who brought my Togo food and with the condiment tray in hand , I've eaten at every fast food restaurant in aransas pass and by FAR this place is tops. Can't go wrong with water Burger! I will say just like any other Whataburger if you go late at night be prepared to be in the Drive-Thru for 15 to 20 minutes. Other than that great people with great attitudes. Definitely a great place to grab a quick bite to eat

Great service, my food was fast considering the drive through Line was out to the street. This is a small town and there are 4 fast good restaurants open at midnight, and they were the only ones with a line. Good job!

Very good food brought to your table by a friendly person. Reasonable prices for a nice variety of items. Try the chicken taco cooked fresh with peppers and onions along with the crispy fries. Definitely will be back.

For me this is an out-of-the-way Whataburger. But, on our way to do a job in Rockport, we stopped here for breakfast. Place was clean. Staff were attentive and super friendly. We had a great laugh while there. Was nice to see someone in the food industry genuinely willing to chat it up and crack jokes with customers. Would recommend.

Amazing burgers and great service. We are from Canada and didn’t feel like cooking. Not a fan of McDonalds so gave Whattaburger a try and man was it delicious. The burgers are so huge I couldn’t even finish.

Popped in, on route to Port A. We were served by Dee, she was very helpful. Our order was one Whataburger meal and two cookies. All decent, however the service and smiles from the whole team was great to see 👍

Taking the 5 stars away because twice they were out of the promo items. One today literally started 2 days ago. Speed was not their friend either. Ordered a pick up order and even with an empty drive thru took a really long time. Probably not coming back at this point. Must have been a fluke before.

Always remember Not all Whataburgers are the same. My favorite is Aransas pass. Seems like they try harder. When I stopped by, they were slammed. When I got got my food which didn't take long, my order was right, my food was hot. The young lady that brought it out to me was very pleasant.

Arrived at 11:45 am, no wait, not crowded at all. Ordered my usual meat Pattie’s with cheese, ordered 5 this time. Only two other customers eating inside. Took a bit for my food to come out. A customer after me received their food while I waited. Staff at the counter was very friendly and upbeat. Her name was Joni and she seemed genuinely happy to be at work today. One thing I did not like was that it was freezing inside. My food tasted awesome. Very good.

This is truth. I am just being honest. We were the first to drive in so no one was in front of our order. Order taker couldn't hear us. Order took about 10 minutes. Food was cold and hard. No napkins. No smile. Asked if we wanted spicy or regular ketchup on a Honey Chicken Biscuit (personally, doesn't sound great to me). Otherwise, a well lit place!

You have to be sure to check your fries. They serve them cold very frequently. But they are good about getting you fresh ones if u let them know or request them.

Not as good as they used to. Be By the way wataburger has the worst French fries in the industry. It's surprising considering when they are on their game everything is good until you get to the fries. I suggest seasoned curly fries and or potato cakes like Arby's served but not the sub standard potato sticks they serve now.

Employees didn't seem like they wanted to be at work and were definitely unresponsive. And very , very , very , very understandable And it felt like when I was trying to explain my problem. The employee seemed annoyed and on top of that, when I get out of the store, they'd given me the wrong pack of cigarettes, after I pointed them out and told them 3 separate times which ones I wanted. And when I went back they wouldn't give me a return. And I asked for cash back. She messed up. Put my transaction all the way through so I had to go to the ATM and spend an extra $4 due to this. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I've been going to this Walmart all my life. I hope there's a change. Thank you, God bless.

Service has really gone down hill since covid. Drive thru is very very slow , last two times I've gone through drive thru they got my ordercwrong. Once was given a chicken sandwich instead of a number 1, and other time redeemed reward points for biscuits sandwich and when I got home it was not in the bag.

go to whataburger pretty much every morning & just recently the early bird crew has been lacking very bad. every time i order something is wrong or they forgot something, and im usually going through drive thru & im by myself so i can’t check my food & when i am all the way home i realize they forgot something, so i always have to go all the way back. i wouldn’t go back if they didn’t mess up such big things, like putting the wrong sauces on my sandwiches and stuff. and when i go inside to fix what they messed up, it’s always -20 degrees inside.

Many years ago Whataburger would try to get people's food out in 5 min or it was free. Although that didn't work out for them, their heart was in the right place. Now, waiting 20 to 30 min is the norm at most of their locations. Food is good, but they don't seem to value the customer's time anymore. This particular place was filled with flies at all the tables by the windows.

The ice taste funny they have the drinks separately from the ice they had you a bottle of your drink. The service was really nice but a little slow. They're puddles of water on the floor. Not really …

Oh wow. Food is good but service is really slow ! Early mornings are the worst. Trying to grab a quick breakfast sandwich even if youre the only one in line, takes wayyyy too long most times !

We usually place our order online then go through the drive-through and pick it up. One time we arrived and they hadn’t even begun to make our order and said they didn’t see the ticket… another time we went and found a large long hair mixed into the middle of our fries… So disgusting! The food is usually rubbery and don’t even think about ordering a Monterey melt they only put a few pieces of vegetables in the center of the bun… All in all very disappointed with this location.

Food was good as usual however the core chief working thia morning needs to learn how to do customer service. Had a group of my friends come in and only half of us got to order before he had the cashier stop taking our orders to do other things. Half of us got our food before the other half gave up, went to McDonald's. The guy needs to learn or be let go.

I go here regularly and I order the same thing every time. Every time I order they happen to not give me my gravy. ( I always order a #10 with a large fry and a side of gravy with a large Dr pepper ) I get it when they're busy but on a Sunday afternoon where there's no ppl and they still forget it, it's very annoying and yet I go again and again and still they miss the gravy. To be completely honest all I want out of my order is the gravy with fries because it's just that good. But I get off work at midnight and I'm not going to go inside every time to tell them to give it to me. Please do better.

Rare for my order to be correct. Asked for fresh fries. Got wilted rubber soggy fries. So many times I got home and find the order was wrong. Missing items. Dry meat. Not what it used to be. I miss the old Whataburger quality.

The food is always good here but I waited over 25 minutes for a burger and fries. It wasn't terribly busy, the service was just slow. This isn't the first time I've had a similar experience at this particular Whataburger. But, I'll just have to keep coming back because you just can't get a Sweet and Spicey Bacon Burger anywhere else.

I ordered ahead online because i was going to enjoy lunch before class. I ordered, waited about 6 minutes before said time it's supposed to be done and checked in. After i checked in, i waited for an additional 10 minutes and my name was not called. I figured they were waiting on the whata chicken patties to cook so that it would be fresh. Waited an additional 5 minutes. Nothing..... I went up to the counter and asked if they were working on it and it had been in the warmer for i don't know how long! This place seems, to me, to be going down hill.

Three times in a row I have gone to this Whataburger and ordered the Jalapeno Burger Combo twice and the Flame Burger Combo once and NONE of the three burgers had even ONE jalapeno! Very poor customer service afterwards as well. I guess you think you can do that when you think you're the only game in town for late night dining.

I asked for half fries half onion rings , and was told no. I explained that I was willing to pay for onion rings which was a dollar more. The manager was more concerned with being right rather than kind. The store wasn't busy. There was no one waiting behind my wife and I. The food was good.

During our visit to this Whataburger location, my family and I received excellent service from most of the team. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience enjoyable. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding one employee, Priscilla. Unfortunately, her manner came across as rude and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable interaction during our visit. Additionally, her face mask made communication more difficult, which only added to the frustration. For a position that requires direct customer engagement, such as the front register, effective communication and a welcoming attitude are essential. Based on this experience, I believe she might be better suited to a role that does not require as much customer interaction, such as maintaining tables or assisting in the dining area. We were visiting with our children to enjoy a meal during our vacation, and overall, the rest of the staff truly made the experience positive. I hope this feedback can be used to ensure all customers receive the same high standard of service

Has been a month or so since my last Whataburger. Don't know if I will be back. Burger had so much grease it was soaked through the bun and dripping out of the wrapper. Mustard and mayonnaise amout could of dressed 3 or 4 burgers. Had to scrape off into trash. However, the fries and shake were well prepared. Best of luck to you fellow patrons.

Ok, so I finally made the decision to quit going to the Ingleside location for breakfast before work. As others have mentioned, it seems to take at least 15 minutes to as much as 30 to get through the drive-thru. I waited behind four cars after ordering ONE breakfast-on-a-bun and it still wasn’t ready when I got to the window. This is totally unacceptable and it seems to be my experience every time. Hopefully, they can get it together at this location.

13 minutes setting at the 3rd window to get 2 biscuit gravy whatameals on a Sunday morning at 7am.

The manager made us feel very unwelcomed because we wanted to pay with cash. He should have had enough change in the register for customers who choose too still pay with cash ... Made us feel like we were unvalued customers ...his rudeness and disruptiveness made our cashier nervous , the cashier was unable to put our order in correctly ( because of the managers harsh reaction to our predicament which made for more harsh feelings..

Just an fyi for you guys make sure to ASK for your TO GO silverware with your TO GO order otherwise they won’t give it to you even if you waited 30 minutes for three items, Then when we called to speak with a manager about it she got extremely defensive and rude then proceeded to hang up the phone. This happened at 12:10am when we called.

Whataburger is usually great but this one was terrible after waiting for a good while in the drive thru got our food and it was cold, trying to order food and an employee was outside fixing to wash down inside lane of drive and kept interrupting as trying to speak to the order taker all to say use the outside lane, like seriously that could not of waited until the order was finished? Went to the Aransas Pass whataburger on the 24th. Went inside to just order a medium frying and small coke. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. Walked to the counter and waited a few more minutes before anyone showed up. Gave them my number back and told a lady (I think she was a manager) told her what was going on. The last couple times I have gone to Aransas pass Whataburger it hasn't been very good. The burgers are sloppy and the veggies are not fresh. Whoever made the burgers mine had a big heart of lettuce on it and the tomato was stuck to the top of the bun. Never had this problem before and I don't know what is going on but they need to watch who is making these burgers

Unfortunately my experience was bad all around this time at this whataburger and it is particularly directly due to the way the manager on duty handled the situation (vannessa). Normally this whataburger goes above an beyond and yes the drive thru was busy which is why I understand why the food wasn't fresh fresh but majority of the chicken was also very small like to the point their was no chicken in the bites just breading! I ordered 9 peice bites and a burger and all I wanted was fir them to remake my chicken an Normally it's no problem if it's not fresh but instead of taking the meal back an droping it fresh because what i assume is due to "food cost on their end" she only brought me 4 chicken bites to "replace" my 9 chicken bites! And this was the manager and she wanted to roll her eyes like it was all very unprofessional, I have no problem buying something but I would like what I payed for, and so I went back in to buy 1 chicken strip because i was already upset about what they just did to my first meal and the chicken strip was funky but they did replace it an give an extra one which I appreciate but only after i had to say something for the 2nd time. Then when i called asking for the managers name on duty that assisted the situation because she didn't handle it right just to have them hang up on me after only saying it's on camera, so I called back cause they didn't tell me a name just for the person too say she was the other manager and being rude saying their suppose to be "bite size" it was Bread bites not even chicken bites they were so stail an small like it was completely unprofessional not mention everything else and then continued to say again its all on camera and that the other manager is vannessa an then hung up on me. This was one of the absolute most unprofessional experiences I have had with a fast food restaurant and its sad to say I literally left yalls establishment in tears!!

This location is the worst Whataburger experience I have ever had. Took 35+ minutes in the drive-thru line to get a lukewarm chicken sandwich, cold fries, and a Root Beer instead of the tea that I ordered. I asked for my receipt and they gave me someone else's. Employees did not seem to care that customers were waiting and it felt like I was an intrusion in their evening at work with their friends. Would never return to this location.

Extremely slow service. Told my wife they couldn't make the chicken sandwich, couldn't get the meat to a safe temp, so they switched her to a burger. Then they served my sister in law her chicken sandwich.... So either they lied to us for some reason or served my sister in law unsafe food..... Either way, not good. Several orders weren't quite right in our group, and other customers were complaining of similar issues with wrong orders and long wait times. I do not recommend going to this whataburger.

By far the worst Whataburger I've been to.

The staff are rude always automatically wanting to try and charge extra after they FORGET to put the bbq sauce that I specifically already order an pay for or vice versa for the gravey in my chicken basket and its supposed to come with gravey already!! The young girl with big smile and long black ponytail always acts like she can't read a ticket or have common sense, the staff needs to properly read their tickets! This happens too much that it seems like it's done on purpose at this point.

This place is mediocre at best, terrible. everytime I send my daughter for an order there's always something missing, their curbside needs atention. The manager just sitting in the back doing nothing like always, I won't be back.

Consistently have to wait over 20 minutes for my order, even when placed online ahead of time. Frequently wrong order, stale and/or soggy food. Requested the store manager to contact me twice to discuss my concerns, even through the corporate office and never heard a response. I’ve heard good things about this chain, but this location is a joke. While there aren’t many options in this town, I still strongly recommend to avoid this location.

We have NEVER had an experience like this at this store. I ordered and paid. Waited about 5 minutes was given my shake. My wait was 25 minutes until I got my food. Shake had melted. Food was cold. I asked for a replacement shake and it took another 4 minutes to get that. We never get that type of service in the daytime. Mgr better be checking on the night crew.

Food is always cold, they take long in getting your order even when not busy, and my order is always not right or complete I have to constantly call management and complain about online to go orders it’s the same story, I wish whataburger was like back in the day with hot fries thicker patties and service was quick.

This place is complete garbage. They have not once gotten my order right. The prioritize the window even before curbside so food is always old and they take forever. The managers suck horribly. Especially the lady who was working around 830 pm on March 30th 2024. You can't be rude and can't hang up on people and expect to move on with your life lady. Seriously, drive to Portland or to ingleside. Hell Gregory has hella customer service and food is always fresh. This place is literally the worst.
