I recently tried a few items from Domino’s including the Peppy Paneer Pizza, Malted Vanilla Thick Shake, Triple cheese bites as well the Vegan cheesy garlic bread. The Peppy paneer pizza and the thick shake were the standouts for me. Overall, a tasty experience with some good vegetarian and vegan-friendly picks.

Lately, Domino’s Rockdale has really gone downhill. They’ve been delivering food that is overly greasy and poorly presented, like this. It tastes like dirty, rancid oil. I’m very disappointed. Not to mention, they always send a different soft drink size than the one I ordered, and when I questioned it, they said they would give me a discount on my next purchase. I’m still waiting. Congratulations, Domino’s, for the terrible service and bad food.

I gave it 5 stars before because the pizza’s are always delicious and staff were always helpful n understanding but today I tried ordering a buy 1 get 1 free pizza from uber eats I like my pizza thin crust but my friend doesn’t like it so I called them and asked them to do 1 in thin crust n other in normal because they didn’t have that option in the app but he said no he can’t do it when I did the same thing couple days ago and the staff at the time said ok without any hesitation I didn’t wanna argue so I said ok since I already ordered but my friend won’t eat it but anyways I work in hospitality industry too and the request I made is not that hard at all or costly I think because we get to choose our crust and most people who work in hospitality do understand and co-operate so I’m just very disappointed today so I dropped my ratings hope I or anyone else won’t have to face similar situation again with this review, thanks!

Genuinely way worse than your average dominos. Customer service is next to nothing, food tastes expired. You could almost taste that the food is not regulated at all.

New owners and the pizzas became much smaller. Also much less meat on the pizzas (carnivore and Capriciosa)We know well because we were buying from the same store weekly for years. Sad to see the quality and quantity drop. ***** Replying to the owner after seeing their message below: why would I need to further contact the store for issues that I have already mentioned here? The next natural step would be for you (the store) to take pizzas back to original size and also bring back the “Carnivore” pizza that you removed from the menu. Thank you

Worst customer service, employee behavior was rude, and pizza taste was really bad.

Have ordered from this place a few times. Lately the service and quality has been underwhelming. I live less than a 1km away but I order delivery out of convenience. I wait over hour for it to be delivered. Doesn’t even taste good, sits in the warmer because they don’t have delivery drivers. And in typical fashion the shop owner will put generic response but won’t actually address the problems. Care factor is zero because they know people will still order from this type of franchise regardless. Which is disappointing. To further add to the disappointment, apparently they didn’t have a 1.25l Pepsi max so upon delivery they gave me 2 600ml Pepsi max. So I also get less on my order and I just had to cop it because it’s all they had. This place really deserves zero stars. There is alot to improve as I cannot imagine it can get worse.

Very dirty. Very slow. Very poor service. Not good at all. Would not really recommend Now I realise why everyone goes down the road to i love pizza. Pizza took 45min. Even though it was pre-ordered.

Terrible customer service. I ordered thick salted caramel and fries. The fries arrived cold, and the person at the counter was laughing and goofing around instead of taking my order seriously. I asked about the salted caramel, but she just laughed and went to the back. I waited a long time, but it was never made or brought out. I ended up leaving without it. Extremely disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.

This was hands-down the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was completely cold. The pizza looked like it had been thrown together carelessly, with barely any toppings and a soggy crust. Absolutely disappointing. Domino’s, rubbish pizza.

I mean, I know it’s fast food but come onnnnnnnn. I ordered the godfather for the various toppings but you can count the amount of toppings on this pizza on 2 hands. It’s ridiculous. I waited an extra 15 minutes too. Very very very disappointing considering I paid $14 for this. I might as well have paid $7 for a cheese pizza.

I understand this is fast food chain and you won't be expecting 5 star service from them. But guys say SORRY when you mess up with order. I ordered 2 peri peri and one should be double decadence crust. I returned home ready to eat pizza and then I figure it out that one of them is not peri peri but bacon beef with barbecue sauce. And I won't mind eating it for a change but I don't eat beef. I called them and explained what happen and in response they are asking me"WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO?" Guys!!!!! You made a mistake you give me what you need to do. And then after asking with his MANAGER. He asked me to bring the wrong order and he will give me right pizza. It is raining heavy outside how am I suppose to come just because you messed with my order. It was my dinner. I have been ordering with them for almost 6 years now and before as well they never refunded my money when electricity went out and they failed to deliver my pizza but this is the limit of messing order and then not even a single word of SORRY and maybe next time mind your tone when you speak to customers. Do you think these are eatable? It's completely burned. Staff should have known this issue when they gave these pizzas to us. Please avoid this branch and go to another shop, pizza shop is everywhere. --- Gave them feedback yesterday via their online form, no reply so far. They quickly respond on Google map but never try to fix this issue, just pretending they are working on it by posting on Google map.

Pizza topping did not reach to the edge of the pizza. Not enough topping at all which meant the whole meal was dry. Major disappointment as we have had a New Yorker from Domino's in the past and this is NOT it. Meatballs delivered as 14 NOT 15, chicken bites where chicken bullets - dry and over done. Delivery person needs training on how to work a lift!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They should not own a franchise.
