What a great sandwich!!! The bread is amazing, staff was very friendly. I got the garlic pesto turkey sandwich, hot. It is just delicious!!! And a decent price for such a good sandwich too. Would definitely reccommend.

This has become our absolute favorite sandwich place! The family that operates it are all wonderful and friendly, making it fun to come in. Service is terrific! We love the sourdough rolls they serve. Our favorites so far have been the brisket and the pastrami. We look forward to this becoming a regular stop for us.

Today I had the pleasure of having a Pastrami Sandwich that included the Wonderful Sourdough Bread at Sourdough & Company. They included an especially generous portion of pastrami meat in the sandwich. I found the Pastrami Sandwich to be most delicious. The staff, the food, the service and the atmosphere were all wonderful. So much so, that I gave 5 stars in every measured category ………………….…… I would like this to be a one-hundred-percent positive review. Because, I would like to see this business do well in our community. …………………… However, and unfortunately, there is an issue that probably won't bother many people but it does bother me. I am a 73 year old thin-skinned senior citizen. The interior and the tables look beautiful however, the chairs are hard metal. For me, it's like sitting on a granite rock. I do not have much padding on my rear or my back, so I need to have a padded chair. I suggest to management that they consider having the seats and the backs of their chairs thickly padded well. Having uncomfortable chairs gives off the impression they don't want one to dine at the table but take everything to go or perhaps don't want people to stay very long. I'm certain that's not the intention and I'm certain that no one is aware of a situation like mine. So, I hope someone in management gets the hint of this and gets some padding on the backs and seats of the chairs then providing a comfortable dining experience to go along with the very nice atmosphere and friendliness that one experiences at Sourdough & Company.

Stopped in for lunch today, first time here, got the Cobb salad and clam chowder. It was excellent. Salad was fresh and crisp and the soup was good as well. This place is right by my office and I will be eating here often. Staff was also awesome, politely greeting when coming in and leaving.

This place has delicious bread that comes with everything, not just sandwiches. Every time I walk in, the people working greet me. The amazing part is that they always seem so genuine about it, they never seem annoyed about anything, ever! There must be good leadership combined with great employees to create such a good environment. I really appreciate this sandwich restaurant and would recommend it to anyone.

I was 10 minutes late for my pickup order. They waited to fill my soup container until I arrived to make sure it was still hot when I got home. This kind of thoughtfulness is impressive and much appreciated. Thanks!

Excellent clam chowder bread bowl. The sweet tea was good. Fast and friendly service. The turkey sandwich was amazing. Really good food. Best bread bowl I have had since Mo's in Oregon! Will be back for more delicious food!

Great service and food. Tried their Chicken w Pobano pepper soup and it was delicious. My two friends and I all enjoyed our sandwiches and soup. They have a great variety of sandwiches and a different soup every day. We will definitely be going back.

An above average sandwich shop. The bread is phenomenal, but the sandwich fillings leave me hungry... and that was after paying for extra beef with my French Dip. If you are a sourdough fanatic, you will like this place; just don't expect a large portion...

This was the third time I've had a sandwich there and the first two times were great. But this time though the bread was dry and stale, Tomatoes were really bad kind of mushy and not really ripe and flavorless. They really need to make sure to get the quality correct every time

Costs have been raised to a point we cannot afford to eat at this location any longer. Two medium drinks and turkey sandwiches was $32.00! You wait in line, pick up your order and a TIP is asked for on top of a exorbitant price.

I went today for the first time at the Rocklin branch and I have to say, I'm absolutely disappointed. For almost 13 dollars my sandwich weighed nothing there was barely any protein in it. I got the tuna salad like I always do there. They put the thinnest layer of tuna on it I've ever seen. I will not be going to this location ever again! Taste like a mustard spread on bread couldn't taste or see any protein!!!!!

It doesn't take that long to make a sandwich but when you can't work and talk at the same time it makes it take FOREVER. I watched the lady that made my sandwich finish her conversation while holding the bag with my food in it. I'll go back ONE MORE TIME to see if the customer service improves. If it doesn't I'll be going to Panera instead in the future.

A few minutes later, a man and his little son came in for a sandwich and she told him they only have one type of sandwich! He questioned her in disbelief that a sandwich place has only one type of sandwich! Then they left, and I saw her roll her eyes!! The amazing thing is, the owner was right there and never said a word to correct the situation. If you run a business with employees that have attitude and lack of customer service, please expect not to be in business for long. They for sure lost a few customers last night. We were finished with our meal at 6:55. We left and will never be back.
