Food is always good and fresh here. They seem to be a little stingy with queso cheese so keep an eye on that if you like more. Grilled smoky meats and fresh veggies. Can grab a beer if you like. Quick quality food and you can even eat your meal outside in covered patio seating. Been going for years now and they are pretty consistent.

Always enjoy the food here but management needs to step in on staffing. They’ve been understaffed the last several times I’ve come in over 6ish months or so. Hire more people for the sake of your existing employees who are doing the very best they can. I’ve only ever seen 2 people working at a time and that’s just unacceptable at this type establishment.

I just got my food I put in a online order and it said it be ready by 12:38pm and when I went up to pick up my food it hasn't even started on being made my food wasn't even done being made until 1:00. I was expecting my food to be done and made by the time I got up there. There was only two people making food for the dining area and my order was the only online order on their screen. Please do better on having more people to make food especially when it busy like this.

Food was cooked properly. The staff forgot some minor opening shift tasks so I had to ask for napkins and they handed it to me with dirty hands. I'm not going back but the food seemed okay.

This was my first experience with Freebirds. I did not really care for the food much at all, but the two young ladies that worked on Sep 15th around 2:30 made the experience worth wild to me. They provided amazing customer service and made the process easy for me. They were also patient with my coworker and her young child.

I really wanna love freebirds I do but this location is always out of something. And the customer service is hit or miss. No queso for nachos I had to write this review because huh. The employees are often overwhelmed by the crowd and not prepared. This could really be a better place if more effort to prep and be ready to give the customer what they need! If you are offering specials people are gonna wanna to get those specials. We didn't create the idea yall did. Please please do better!!

I’ve been here more than enough times to know the timing on dark meat…I’ve come the last 5 times and no dark meat; it’s always an additional 10 minutes which is very mind blowing especially how far I drive with traffic…please do better‼️

I seen this restaurant on IG and so i had to try it. I am a foodie 😋 So I had to go and check it out. I was so disappointed when I seen this place. The restaurant was dirty and the food was so old. Everything looked like it had been sitting in the pans all day. My wife looked at me and said "I'M NOT EATING HERE!" So we left....

Dined in this location for lunch today. As we walked in there was a huge cockroach by our feet that was just stepped on (by the tortilla press area). The food was great as usual. We then went to look for a table to sit at and the tables were DISGUSTING and the floors had food all over them. The women’s bathroom was filthy and smelled horrible; Trash overflowing as well. We informed a male staff member of this and he cleaned one table area up by us by slamming the chairs, the broom, shaking his head, and had attitude because he had to do it. Again- food was great but environment has to improve or locals won’t be back.

DO BETTER FOR YOUR WORKERS! It was FREEZING cold in this establishment. Come to find out, the heat has been broken for TWO MONTHS. The poor girls nose was bright red because it was so cold in here. The service and food was great, but I cannot believe this company has let these people work without heat. This place was empty when I came in. It is too cold to even be comfortable eating in here. I toughed it out and ate quickly.

This was my first time there. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. The food was extremely cold and old. Everything was out or about to be out. The soda machine area was trashed. Things were everywhere. I had a young lady help me that was new and she was like a dear in the headlights. She tried with what little knowledge she had. The burrito is definitely misrepresented and the up sell for the chips and dip is a total rip off. Had I known I would have been paying $5 for a sauce cup and chips I would of passed. The overall taste wasn't great but it wasn't the worst. I truly believe this will be my first and last time with them.

Aside from having a not-so-great experience getting my food 30 minutes before close. I also found TWO long black hairs in my queso!!!! Extremely disgusting. They also have terrible customer service, and all of the toppings were on the back counter to “choose from.”

I walked in 50 minutes before closing to order food for my family. Didn’t get greeted when I walked in and the employees immediately went to the back and stayed there while I stood there and waited for them to take my order. The poor cook looked helpless as he was cleaning his station. He could’ve went and got the person to take my order, but did not. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience as I am pregnant and was craving a freebird bowl.

I feel awful for having to write a review like this but guys, this is extremely dangerous. I picked up take out for my family, husband got a chicken bowl and I got a chicken burrito. Both of them had completely raw and cold chicken pieces in it. My husband didn’t realize it until he had 3/4 of the chicken. He warned me and when I checked mine had raw chicken as well. $45 (plus tip) wasted. I can’t even go back to the restaurant to let them know because it’s later in the evening and we live too far to make the drive. Please be careful ordering from this establishment.
