This is a place you have to try. we ordered a thin and crispy pizza they accidentally cut it square cut and they gave it to us and brought the correct one. They are amazing great service awesome food.

Take it from two foodies and tough critics when it comes to pizza, this place makes a great pie. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. We called in our order for pick up and the customer service was spot on and thorough. Now, onto the pie. Folks, the pizza here is outstanding! We ordered the thin crust with old world pepperoni and pineapple and it was a 10! It was super thin and crispy (ask for "well done"...trust me, it's a choice on their menu and gets the pizza super crispy) and the old world pepperoni had a TON of flavor (they also have a traditional pepperoni but we opted for the old world style). We also ordered a Greek salad that was the perfect pairing with the pizza. It was loaded with all the goods (tomatoes, feta, olives, onions, peppers, etc). Highly recommend this spot. I'll definitely make this a regular go-to.... Cheers!

Marcos is always good but this location never, ever, EVER puts a detectable amount of alfredo/white sauce. Even if you order double the amount or specifically ask for it again in the order notes. Idk. Everything else here is great, maybe they put alfredo on and it just disappears when cooking. Maybe the shipment of Marco's alfredo sauce got in a massive wreck with the McDonald's ice cream machine repair truck. Who knows. All I know is that I like a saucy pizza and am always disappointed with the amount of white sauce I get. Other than that, good pizza. Great pizza!

For a Marcos pizza, this place is pretty good and consistent in their service. I always get my pizzas just the way I ordered them and in a timely manner. The app gets me decent discounts. It’s not the best pizza ever, but it’s still a pretty good pizza. We get it all the time.

For a Marcos pizza, this place is pretty good and consistent in their service. I always get my pizzas just the way I ordered them and in a timely manner. The app gets me decent discounts. It’s not the best pizza ever, but it’s still a pretty good pizza. We get it all the time.

The pizza is pretty good but we had a couple issues. For one, the time estimate said 6:52 pm and yet I got an email at 6:41 pm saying it was ready. I’m glad it’s made quickly but that messes up my pickup time and the pizza staying hot. Secondly, we got a large ham and pineapple and it barely had any sauce. My wife’s pregnant and hates dry pizza so I had to take the brunt of it. 😩

Marcos Pizza has been our favorite pizza for a long time but our experience recently - very disappointing. Our pizza came out of the oven. We watched as 3 girls tried to cut our pizza. They were not wearing gloves and they would pickup the pizza with their fingers to look under it to see if it has sliced. So we had 3 faces hanging over our pizza and different girls tried to slice the pizza. When home - the pizza was medium warm and was not sliced through. Very disappointed.

In the picture you will see that roughly 70% of the pizza does not even have toppings on it nor does it have sauce. I called directly to the store to try and get them to have a chance to make this right, the young girl that answered the phone said that she was the shift leader, and basically that I was out of luck since DoorDash delivered it. However, the pizza box was sealed by the store, and the seal was not broken. Therefore, this should have been caught well before it left the kitchen. So now I have to argue with a third-party delivery company because a cook and shift lead Let this pizza leave the store. This is a waste of money and hopefully management at the store can make it right since the shift lead would not.

I’ve been a regular customer for years, but after my recent order last week, I’m officially done with Marco’s. I ordered two The Big Cheese pizzas — both were contaminated. One had a visible strand of onion right on the slice, which completely killed my appetite. The other had a strong smell of peppers and even had a pepper seed baked into the cheese. I didn’t order onions or peppers, and I despise both. This was a $27 order, and I had to throw most of it away. I submitted a complaint through their official site — no response, no apology, no refund. It’s been almost a week of complete silence. This experience genuinely put me off eating for a couple of days. If this is how Marco’s handles quality and customer service, then I’m out. Go somewhere that actually cares about their food and their customers.

Sad to say that they messed up my pizza order back in July. Nobody told me there was an expiration date for the credit. I called back because I was in the area to get my pizza and BOB was rude and pessimistic and quite frankly tacky with the experience of either letting me know he was going to honor the credit or not unfortunately they did not honor the credit which is fine with me. The pizza is OK it’s mediocre. I just thought since I was in the area I would get the correct order for the pizza that I did order and he did not honor it. It’s too bad so sad. I feel bad that they’re that hard up for money
