We took advantage of their two gyros for six dollars. Their drive through is open and they have other specials going on. I enjoyed our Gyros and could make them better but for three dollars each I found them satisfying to share with a friend.

This Arby’s is one of the very few left in the Bay Area/Northern California region. Located on Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park, it sits at the edge of a shopping center next to Chili’s and Walmart. The restaurant has its own parking lot including handicapped spaces, and is wheelchair accessible. They offer both drive-thru and dine-in and they accept EBT which is very convenient in this economy. I ordered the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich (~$7.99 before tax). It came with a good amount of meat and was filling. I recommend ordering their famous au jus sauce as well. It pairs perfectly with the sandwich and elevates the taste further. The fries, unfortunately, weren’t great. They were over-fried and didn’t really taste like potatoes. If you’re vegetarian, note that there aren’t any designated vegetarian meals, but there are some options: regular or curly fries, crinkle fries, potato cakes, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño bites (contain dairy), and desserts like apple or cherry turnovers and milkshakes (also contain dairy). The atmosphere inside was peaceful and quiet, which is nice, but it would also be nice to see a busier, more lively restaurant. It would be great if the cashiers occasionally asked how customers were doing, rather than keeping the interaction strictly transactional. It would make the experience feel a little warmer. Although they were still polite. I enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations, the clean interior, and the comfortable booths. The condiment station has what you need including Arby’s Sauce and Horsey Sauce, which is unique to Arby’s. Overall, this Arby’s delivers a solid, enjoyable experience for roast beef lovers. The food is consistently good, the environment is clean and calm, and it’s one of the last Arby’s standing in the region. To the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad, I recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

It's fast food. Good for fast food. Get the app. Buy 1 get 1 free on weekends in the app. That's why we stopped there. Potato pancakes are the best thing! Better than hash browns at most restaurants...seriously.

The food is their typcal fare. The service was okay, but their accents made it really hard to understand them. I finally had to point to what I wanted. If the owner is serving a large Mexican speaking community them the choice of employees is perfect, though having someone who speaks understandable English (not pigeon English) might be a plus to their establishment.

I got a Greek gyro last time it's was pretty good overall. The pita was a little thick but everything else was really good it's a recommend more things to come

Any time I get a chance to eat at Arby's, I have to take advantage of it. These are nowhere near me, so it's only on special occasions that I ever get to visit one. I will always go for the two for $6 deal. Two classic roast beef sandwiches with lots of horsey sauce. And I was so happy they had the orange shake. The highlight of every Arby's visit.

Arby's is good yeah. I highly recommend the French dip or the classic roast beef and cheddar. Don't forget to ask for your arby sauce. They're having 2 / 6 special right now oh yeah.

UPDATE AS OF 1/13/26 I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND OR A CALL BACK AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I filled out their online form multiple times as well as called a bunch of times. It's the same answer each time. I get told I have to sit and wait for a call back. It's been almost 1 month since I ordered a milkshake that I didn't recieve! And this business has the audacity to reply with the stupid link that goes NOWHERE. I already filled out the form multiple times. At this point Arby's is robbing their customers and I'm going to look into actions I can take DO NOT order on the ap at this store. Even if the item is unavailable, it allows the order to go through. I got to the store and they were out of the apple pie milkshake I paid for. The guy said I have to contact customer service for the refund. It's been a week and every time I call they tell me I can't talk to the refund team. The phone agent is the one to send an email, and I have to be patient. They can't give me a time frame when my concern will be addressed. I just have to wait and hope I get a refund for an item I paid for that THEY didn't have. I've never had such a hard time getting a refund for an incorrect or missing item in my order from any other fast food joint. I recommend Burger King or McDonalds or literally any other fast good joint if you want to make sure you get refunded if your order is wrong or missing items.

Terrible customer service... I went to this location at least a couple times a week. I ordered my food through the app and went in to eat with my Family. On this occasion after spending 30 minutes trying to get the app to work with no success we decided to go in and order. Nancy the manager admitted that the error was on their part but still refused to honor the same discount the app would have given me. Nancy's refusal to take care of a customer and honor a 10% discount has cost them every dime I would have spent with them in the future. I submitted this issue through Arby's customer service about this location and it said I would be contacted. 3 weeks later and no contact. I guess it wasn't important enough for Nancy's Manager or franchise owner to call and make it right. Oh well there's plenty of other places in the area with better service.

7/2/25. The gentleman at the front was very pleasant and went outside to wipe the dirty outside table off. When my order was ready, I reminded the woman at the counter that it was dine in. The food was in a to go bag. She acted like she didn’t hear me so I mentioned it again … she then got very snotty with me. I told her she didn’t have to be rude. She told me to go ahead and complain, so here I am. I doubt I will visit your eatery ever again. The outside tables are always dirty. I sit out there because I have my dog. When I asked her name, she said Nancy, though I doubt it. She is Hispanic (20’s or 30’s) and has tattoos on her arms and somewhat overweight.
