Sunday lunch after a horseback ride. Recommended by a local couple. Very home-cooked food, with vegan options available upon request, like my mushroom linguine. Everyone was really friendly. The waiters were always helpful. If I ever get the chance again, I'll stop here again.

Atmosphere. I was at a very simple trattoria but the food was plentiful... the appetizer was endless... consisting of 6-7 dishes of cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables... then my two friends also had the first course... also plentiful... wine... water... very good local liqueur... clean bathroom... they accept parking cards outside the ZTL zone... total 94 euros for 3... and you can't finish the food... seating inside and outside...

Nothing exceptional, the starters were quite good, the fish mediocre, the portions generous but the quality poor, especially the meat tough and sinewy. Even difficult to cut, the rib eye was too sinewy and spicy. Service fast but not accurate.

A restaurant in the center of Romano di Lombardia. The place might be nice, but the chaos reigning among the waiters is absolutely unacceptable. Only two people take orders and bring dishes; the others are "supposed" to only set and clear the table. I say "supposed" because in reality, they're running back and forth with one dish at a time, disorganized, and they don't clear the table when a new customer sits down, nor do they take orders even if you ask. You never know how long it will take them to take your order because there's no logic in the way the dining room is managed. They brought our first courses without clearing the dirty dishes from the previous table. Once you've ordered, the dishes arrive quickly and are good, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone on a work lunch break; there's too much uncertainty about timing. We were there on a regular Wednesday. I hope they change the dining room management system: it would be enough if the waiters could manage about ten tables each, always and only those, without running back and forth everywhere, and everyone knew the menu, and the service would be much better.

Terrible experience. We came for lunch and chose the lunch menu. The food was average and the wine good, but the service completely ruined the experience. We waited 20 minutes just to order the main course, another 10 minutes for salt to season the salad, and the dishes all arrived at different times. By the time I started my main course, my wife had already finished hers over 15 minutes earlier. The side dishes didn't arrive with the main courses, but were significantly delayed. To make matters worse, I don't eat liver, but my steak was clearly cooked in the same pan. It had a strong liver flavor, was also overcooked, and I was forced to leave it almost entirely. The coffee we'd ordered was completely forgotten, and, even worse, no one took responsibility for the situation. Whenever we asked for information, the waiters simply replied—often rudely and unjustifiably—that the dishes were "being prepared." It was truly frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that this isn't an isolated incident and could happen again. Finally, the older man who answered the phone when we called to make the reservation was also very rude.
