One of the few Whataburger's that actually cook their tortillas for their breakfast tacos. Thumbs up to this place for doing it right! Can't go wrong with this Whataburger!

I ordered the "Buffalo Rancho Chickano Striper Sandwitch", it was amazing. The "waiter" didn't let me take my order number home and it made me contemplate suicide because im white and privilaged. my friend spilled his Dr Fanta on himself. Final verdict: 7/7, would eat again.

In comparison to Whataburger in Edinburg you all did amazing. The food was hot and the fries were freshly made... We really enjoyed our hot meal.

Service was courteous and quick we were out of there in seconds, The location is a little hazardous though be careful on the left turn.

Best burgers overall compared to McDonald's, Burger King, or Jack in the Box. Service is exceptional and friendly. Great family environment.

We stopped with a large group, about 41 people. It was right in the middle of lunch. The crew did an outstanding job, taking orders and serving all of us along with their regular lunch crowd. Fast, friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Even though they were busy, the lobby was clean. Very good place to eat.

It's Whataburger. A chain restaurant that's usually good with the occasional order that's either cold or messed up. I'm usually happy to go here. Usually happy with the food. But with the 1/5 chance of a bad order I try not to eat here.

Good as usual. If they would only listen when you tell them that you don't want certain things on your burger.

Decent food. The breakfast is better then lunch menu to me. Grilled chicken sandwich is to really good. I hate that they think keeping the clients frozen is a good idea. These places need to turn up the heat..and not freeze their clients.

Food was great and no problems with my order. I was passing by Roma and decided to stop here with the family. Like I said before food was great it Whataburger. But my one issue was all the smoke you could see inside the resturan. I don't know if their extractors weren't working properly or what. I am not from Roma so I don't know if this an every day thing or not.

Adequate breakfast. Slightly larger portion of eggs than McDonald's, otherwise very similar flavor. But they often don't provide utensils.

Often times when it is a busy day and there is a young staff on the current shift, it is common to go home with the wrong order. I under stand this is a very popular establishment, but this is a common theme in this establishment.

It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes amazing but never fails to let you down. Staff needs to pay more attention to orders

The taquito of egg, sausage, and cheese was delicious but the fries were horrible. I would figure they would be fresh since I ordered via the app 35 minutes ahead of time.

3rd time in the year that we go there and 3rd time that I receive my burger cold, the bun and cheese were cold, not even melt.

It was hot when we went in there and they took for ever to give me my food . but i love the whataburger in Houston tx Harrisburg blvd. The best .

20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, ice cold buns, soggy fries, no ketchup & no napkins. Take out order. Meanwhile 6-7 cars went through drive thru & manager just sranding around. 3rd time this happens in last 30 days

Got some food from Whataburger in Roma,Tx french fries where cold had to turn around and return them. Spoke to Manager although he took the cold french fries back and gave me some hot gold and crispy french fries. It was an inconvenience to have to turn around and return. I am not a person who tries to take advantage but he should have done a little more to make it right. If the manager would have offered maybe extra free fries I probably would have refused them and would have thanked him for trying to make it right. Bottom line is that if your the manager the buck stops with you he needs to be on top of quality of food and making more of a effort to make it right with the customer.

This Whataburger is on a downward spiral, since approx 6 months ago, new staff is noticeable and so are the long lines, long wait time, poor attitudes, and cold burgers/stale fries. Something is wrong with the food 1 out 2 times. I don't know how much worse it can get before management takes action. The long wait is now 100% of the time, and the mishandling of lane a and lane b is ridiculous. Such a shame.

Stopped by while traveling. It took a staff of about 6 to serve a meal for 4 way over 15 minutes. Only to other small families were there. However the staff served their own lunches in less than 5 minutes. 😏

The absolute worst. If I could give 0 I would gladly do so. Why? Because the workers always get my order wrong, lazy, snobby, take your pick. and take FOREVER. I've waited for an HOUR at the drive thru and STILL GET THE ORDER WRONG.

#Roma I just want to know why we can't use the 2nd lane in the drive thru when there is a lane a mile long after 11p.m. I order my food online and still have to wait in drive thru lane. This is just messed up.

honestly the lady was just giving me attitude like if i’d force her to work there. i asked to change my drink and instead of a drink i basically got a large cup full of ice.

Every time I come to whataburger the staff is extremely rude like I’m taking up their valuable time ordering food. Like isn’t that a part of your job? If you don’t enjoy it, why work in customer service? I’ve ordered my burger, very plain and simple, I can explicitly say No cheese and I’d still end up with cheese. It’s unfortunate because I try to be understanding considering most of the people running the establishment are young but when I send my order back I’ve never even been told if there was anything else I needed or If I could use help. I believe it’s not the fault of the workers, they could just be trained badly or are having a bad day but it’s one thing to let it interfere with customers, especially if they’re front of house. I think the issue with their food needs to be corrected. I have an onion intolerance and the amount of times I’ve bitten into wandering onions is insane. I wish i would enjoy my food without having to worry about that. It’s very sad to see because when I was younger it was my favorite place to come, especially after a long day of school, but now everytime I come back from college and want whata, it’s a gamble of whether or not the food will be done correctly or if it will be fresh at all. They definitely need some reestablishing or retraining to some degree. Do better! Especially if people are spending their hard earned money in this economy!

Placed a mobile order, and the cashier couldn't find my order. Was asked if my free burger was with coupon but it was with my points. Second ordered a large onion rings and didn't receive them. Thirdly burgers were done with sloppy placement of ingredients. Fourthly, food was cold and was not good at all. Very Bad in my opinion.

Ants were covering my order. Cleanliness should be checked upon this store. Now I am afraid my home will have an infestation after it was recently sprayed 🤦🏾‍♀️. Should went with my gut and cooked at home but wanted to treat myself.
