Awesome little place for a pork sandwich. Great if you want a tasty bite, good price, and a beer. Sounds odd, but the water bottles they sell have great tasting water.

I recommended the le originale sandwiches. The juicy grilled pork with mustard, apple candy and raisin is unstoppable 😋 Try to buy as take away. Walk a little more to Piazza Navona. Find some seats and enjoy the best meal with great view 👍👍👍

Super good and affordable sandwich shop! Porchetta is one the must things to eat while visiting Rome and Barretta Pesce e Porchetta's porchetta sandwiches did not disappoint. It could've been a little bit more moist for my own liking, but overall a very good and solid porchetta sandwich!

Good! An amazing piece of porchetta is on display visible from the street. The menu is simple and this is a perfect lunch spot. I had the Nocino (€7), which was porchetta with pecorino, salsa verse and sun-dried tomatoes. The sandwich was good, but a little dry.

La porchetta non era di ottima qualitá, e il pane non era particolarmente buono.

Avevamo grandi aspettative per questo posto ma tutto è andato verso la direzione opposta. Panini piccoli e carissimi. Carne di qualità, per carità, ma niente di speciale. Locale piccolino, pochi posti, consigliato più per l'asporto.

Forse non sono abituato alla porchetta romana, ma non mi è sembrata niente di particolare. La carne era un po' secca ma il pane era buono. Troppo caro per quello che si riceve. Anche il vino lasciava a desiderare. Sicuramente la vetrina con il muso del maiale cotto attira molti turisti che vogliono provare le brezza di assaggiare qualcosa che loro forse trovano "esotico". Il locale ha delle sedie un poco scomode, poco spazio per appoggiarsi e l'ho trovato un poco sporco: per esempio i cestini erano strapieni di spazzatura e delle cartacce erano addirittura per terra (erano circa le 7, quindi prima che inizasse il servizio). La persona che ci ha servito era molto seria, forse avrà detto 3 parole: "salve, si, 20€". Non sarà un locale che visiterò la prossima volta che sarò a Roma.

we ordered the Pantheon one and the one with Balsamico. we agreed that both were good, but too dry because it was all pork and little sauce. we recommend asking for more sauce. in addition, it was not heated long enough.

I know this restaurant from watching a Youtube video from an Italian youtuber who ate at this place. the place is small and simple. I ordered Porchetta Panini which was added with cheese and dried mushrooms. The first bite, the bread did feel crunchy from the crust. However, i felt like the heating of the bread was not hot enough, so not all the crust felt crunchy. Then in the middle of the sandwich it tasted very salty, I don't know which part could cause the salty taste, but I am sure is not from Porchetta. Overall I will give this panini sandwich 4 out of 5 because I think if it is prepared properly it will definitely be tastier.

Ampia scelta di possibilità di degustare la porchetta, piatto forte dell'attività. Buona croccante e morbida al punto giusto. Ma tagliare la porchetta con i capelli lunghi e il ciuffo sugli occhi che continua a spostare, denota poco igiene e rispetto per i clienti da parte della proprietà.

Ci sono stato il 24 aprile 2019, panino con porchetta da 5 stelle..... Ho preso anche 1 calice di vino bianco ...buono ma 7 euro per 1 calice di bianco mi sembra proprio una fregatura.Non si fa così!!!

We popped in on a Wednesday evening for two porchetta sandwiches. There was no other customers inside or being served outside. Should have been a warning sign…4.7 out of 5? This guy is tripping…We walked in there, the guy behind the counter seemed to get annoyed by the fact that customers have actually walked into his dead shop on an evening when every other place around him was blowing up, being extremely busy. He rewarded our presence with two extremely dry and terrible porchetta sandwiches. I have had them many times in the past in other places, but nothing like this. Plenty of dry meat, couple of drops of pesto, little bit of grated cheese and one dried tomato, between two dry slices of bread. That’s all there was…then we asked for a beer and a glass of wine which is clearly stated that they do, but our man couldn’t be bothered so he said they only do it by the bottle. Wow. 0 stars. Close up your shop and go home. You can be miserable there. Avoid like the plague
