We ordered the pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Both were very good. Would recommend.

I stopped in for a few slices after seeing my doctor, who is next door, and I am glad I did! The pizza not only looks delicious, it is insanely delicious! It's some of the best pizza I have had on Long Island! (and I have had a lot, haha). This place is under new ownership, and the owner is so nice you can tell he really cares about the customer experience and delivering amazing food and quality! Also, given what prices for slices lately have been, the fact that you get such large slices at such fair prices for such good pizza is really nice. I highly recommend this place for great slices, and I am sure the rest of the food is great, too. I will try it soon.

The Grandma pie and garlic knots are insanely delicious. We ordered them for the second time last night and they made the whole family happy. There are a million pizzerias on Long Island, but this one is special. We got a plain pie too because that's my husband's preference, and he said it's his favorite on the island too.

I thought I would try Poppop's Pizzeria due to the excellent reviews. We had multiple pies ordered for a party. We ordered a Cheese pie, Margarita pie, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Greek Salad pie, Marinara pie and a tray of garlic knots. How well your parties are usually determined by how well the food is. I had a lot of compliments that the food was amazing and everyone wanted to know where I got the pizza. Thank you for making my party a big hit. I would absolutely recommend Poppop's Pizzeria to anyone. Great food, great service, very friendly staff. We received a lot of compliments and definitely would go back.

Just tried great new pizzeria in Ronkonkoma. Really clean place. Family owned and operated very friendly. Pizza was delicious. Had Margherita pie nice crispy. Very good sauce with chunks of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Crust was thin and cook well. Definitely go try it out.

I live in Houston but I happened to be on a Work trip to Long Island and I wanted to try Authentic NY Style Pizza. This place hit the spot! I actually found it by using ChatGPT 🤯. Super friendly Pizzeria with outdoor seating and the Slices were Excellent! 😎

Great pizza and personality is what to expect at poppops. I stopped at this jem for a slice. Wow, I am so grateful I did. The pizza looked and tasted amazing. The desserts were hard to resist. Absolutely must try. The proprietor, I believe, was Darren, i am not sure, but we had a fun conversation he was a hard worker and focused on the customer needs. Old school values and fun to talk with. A true breath of fresh air. If you're near the ronkonkoma area, take a quick detour and say hi. No matter what you choose, I'm sure it will not disappoint. I can't wait to go back and try the heroes and dinners.

Edit 8/27/23 Poppop's has new owners so pls take older reviews with a grain of salt. This place is the best pizzeria in the area. They are fairly new but food is top notch. Everything we have ordered has been great. We go about once or twice a week. Owners and staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.

I was pleasantly surprised at how GOOD the pizza here was. I got the margherita pizza twice and it looked and tasted absolutely AMAZING both times. I would definitely suggest going here for pizza. I haven't tried the other pizza offerings yet - but they are probably really good too! If I was Portnoy, I would give it a 8.3/10 (he gave pretty much everything on LI a 6/10). The sauce was really nice and flavorful; the dough was thin (which I prefer) but had a good, unique texture to it for NY pizza; it held itself together well and didn't have too much flop. This is now my favorite local pizza joint.

I found the chicken parmesan that looked divine and lived up to it's delicious looks. The dough was airy but crispy, definitely hand tossed and made with passion. If you stop in, check out their dough museum of art! One was a snake, a snail and I think I saw a cat. Service and food was authentic, pleasant and made me happy!

Probably my favorite pizza spot around! Their specialty pies are phenomenal, we usually get a buffalo chicken pie and a meat lovers pie and they're always delicious. And it's definitely fairly priced compared to everything else around.

Fantastic pizza -came in with the family on a whim and got a regular, white spinach, chicken bacon ranch, and vodka margherita. All of the slices were top notch, and the owner gave us a nice deal. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE. My wife ordered a Cauliflower pizza with broccoli rabe & sausage. Crust was not even cooked. Crust was so soggy that it couldn’t even be picked up even after trying to reheat it. We will Never Ever order from this garbage place again.
