I am so done with shrinkflation and recipe changing. The coffee is way too sweet and the donuts and buns are smaller than I remember. They're not soft and fresh and don't leave you with that satisfying feeling. I'm done?

Ordered new brown sugar oat latte ..paid $5.18..and got medium coffee with brown sugar flavor which I could have gotten for free.. didn't feel like driving back but always check your drink before you leave the store or drive through window!

The last couple iced coffees I have bought have not been tasting good at all. Not sure if the machines are not being cleaned properly and that is what is causing the bad after taste, or it is just the person making it. The speaker on the drive thru also doesn't work and you can barely hear the person taking your order and repeating it. The last few drinks I bought have been undrinkable. Not wasting anymore money here.

Today, I went into this Dunkin Donut and specifically asked is this address 9506 Philadelphia Rd and I was told yes by an employee. I asked for my food and was told that you ordered at the wrong Dunkin Donut…. How can you work at an establishment and not now the address. ??? I had to drive all the way back down the highway 13 min out of my way. I was never offered anything for my trouble just a “ I’m sorry “ I’m moving on with my day…..

Just bought a dozen chocolate covered donuts and they were extremely stale . The oil they cook the donuts in is bet old and over used Outside of using a knife and fork to eat the stale donuts I still can’t get rid of the nasty taste and smell . I wouldn’t buy anything from that Dunkin’ Donuts in rosedale .

I ordered half a dozen doughnut, the lady who was serving me she was so rude. She didn’t even ask me what kind of donut I want and she started filling the box. She was very rude and she had some attitude

I’m truly not a big fan of ice in my drinks due to teeth sensitivity. As I was cleaning out my purse today going through receipts I realized Duncan charges me $.25 because I asked for little ice? I guess they figured the average consumer would not notice $.25. I know I didn’t. I now know Dunkin is losing a customer.

Sat in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes and never got waited on. Mind you this was around 3 PM so they were definitely still open. When we finally got tired of waiting we drove up to the window and the guy sees us and waves us off. Never approached us or opened the window. Just waved us off. Terrible customer service, you need to fire this guy because clearly he can't do his job right. Regardless I will take my business elsewhere.

The food was terrible. The bacon was like beef jerky and inedible. The food was so cold that the cheese wouldn't even melt. The manager acted like he couldn't see any reason why I should have a problem with old cold food. He didn't want to give me a refund. He just kept staring at me and saying but I don't understand what is wrong with the food and why you want your money back.

I was a regular customer until 3-8-19. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and cut in half like always. Bill came to $2.64, I gave the cashier $5.00. The cashier gave me $.36, she walked away came back took another order, never looked at me again. I received my bagel and it was not done the way I asked it to be done not cut not toasted. I went back in to complain and they never came back to the counter. If you are going to overcharge me at least get my order right.
