I'm really not sure why everyone is sleeping on Papa Murphy's. You get far more toppings, don't have to overpay for delivery, and since you bake it yourself, it's still hot when you sit down and eat it.

I ordered Triple Pepperoni pizzas for game night with our friends because they were a special price. I ordered in the app. It’s very easy to use the app. It said they would be ready in 30 mins but It didn’t take that long. The service was fast. The pizzas are easy to bake and are always delicious.

It's very convenient to pick-up and toss in a fridge for dinner later. meaning your pizza / food is always fresh and hot. Love that they have sun dried tomato's too. They never hold back on the toppings.

Pizza here is always great. You can add on take-off items. You take it home and let it sit so it rises or put it in the fridge to keep it the same. You cook it when you want it and even cook it a little more like we do to make the bottom crust a little crunchy.

Oh my gosh! So glad we tried this place. Great customer service and great prices. Got the senior discount too. The staff were so courteous, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. And the pizza was amazing!

Ordered online and walked in the store to pick up, was greeted by all the employees, it smelt amazing inside the store (like pizza) and my food was made to perfection. Although there are a few things that could have been smoothed out before product hit market but over all the food was great

This place is great for a quick meal. Granted, you do have to cook the pizza yourself, but pro tip: Preheat the oven to 425 before you leave the house to pick it up. They always have some kind of discount or coupon or promo or loyalty program going. For a half carnivore, half vegetarian household, I recommend a single family sized Papa's Favorite with no meat on 1/2.

They were both extremely dry. It was almost as if there was no sauce or very little sauce. I added some tomato paste to the leftover slices which helped a lot. Hopefully, this was a one time experience, but if it happens again I won't be a returning customer.

First and probably only time for Papa Murphy's. Service was good. Pizza is fair at best. The dough needs work, a lot of work. Comparable to mid class frozen pizza at 4x the price. May try a different location to confirm. Definitely not in a rush to do so. Disappointed as the idea is pretty solid.

The pan burned in the middle. I’ve been buying this pizza for years and enjoyed it every time before. For some reason the center of the pizza burned on the bottom. It was very unpleasant to eat.

We walked in today to order pizza for dinner. It’s been awhile since we had their pizza. So we were looking over menu. Young lady at the counter looked as us with boredom. Like we were wasting her time. We decided not to order anything due to the lack of Good Customer Service.

The Forever Freak

This place NEVER lets us down. Except today. We ordered a family size Cowboy and asked for a portion of it to be no olives. No problem. But it had no sausage or pepperoni on it!!!!! We also ordered a garlic and cheese pizza with veggies and chicken and it had NO CHICKEN. So basically, we baked 2 MEATLESS pizzas for the family and realized this huge mistake after we cut into it. DISGRACEFUL. I mean, REALLY. I hardly ever complain, EVER. But THIS? This is just UNBELIEVABLE. I men, the pizzas were still good of course, but the fact that we didn't get any meat on both of them is irritating to the extreme. Know your job. Seriously. You are getting paid to personalize people's pizza and I get that we are all human and we all make mistakes. But this is just far too much.We BETTER get at least one pizza compensated next time. We will then be aiming to go to the other location on Dessau Road. hey

Nobody else was in the store other than the 3 seemingly useless employees not even busy working. I think they just didn’t want to work right now and the hour wait time will help with that. I loved Papa Murphys and would eat it about once or even twice a week. I will no longer be a customer as this was the final straw. The girl didn’t even greet me and let me think about my order and tell it to her all before quietly saying “umm, it’s gonna be over an hours wait right now”. Never coming again at least to this one.

In the mean time we waited over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. There were multiple people in the back because you could easily hear them. Sorry but I'm in the service industry myself and any of my employees or I help them asap otherwise I know I lost a potential valued customer, that's what happened. Never will I go there again. Your customers pay everyone there. Including the owner(s). Teach your employees better so you don't lose more customers.
