Perfect communication and service. Our waiter Victoria was kind enough to go to further lengths for providing better service and helping us out when we were planning. A birthday for our friend. The food was great and fast. Music choice is also pleasant.

Relatively new place. Great staff and beautiful place as the other ones from this network of restaurants. The food as always was really tasty and if you eat something before like "tequeños" or any plate to share... you must be sure you'll be able to eat all the burger because it's not an easy job. The one at the photo was the "Yankee". Recommend for sure.

Muy buena la hamburguesa Kikiller, el pollo jugoso y el rebozado parecía que estaba comiendo kikos en cada bocado.

Fuimos ayer y la atención de la chica muy bien nos atendió super amable, muy buen ambiente había poca gente y se disfruta mucho. La comida estaba bien (sin nada que resaltar) y el te frío estupendo.

Camareras simpáticas y correctas. Comida bien. Comensales los que toca.

Todo muy bien, la hamburguesa pigma una delicia !!! Recomiendo, los camareros 10/10

La ubicación es ideal y el local es bonito, pero falta personal. Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas con reserva y estuvimos mucho tiempo esperando a que nos tomasen nota, iban desbordados, con una única camarera para todo el restaurante. En el momento de pedir nos informó que no había ensaladas y nos pidió disculpas porque se daba cuenta que el servicio no era demasiado bueno. La comida estaba bien, normal, pero ya no quisimos tomar postre ni nada más por no tener que esperar. Para lo que es, lo encontramos caro. Además, el servicio de delivery da mucha carga de trabajo al personal y hace que el servicio en sala sea más lento.

Fue la primera vez que fui. Lunes 12 a la noche y realmente la porción de nachos era correcta y la hamburguesa tambien estuvo buena. LAMENTABLEMENTE no fue perfecto ya que en la jarra de clara que pedí habían CRISTALES ROTOS EN EL FONDO DEL VASO, lo descontaron de la cuenta sí pero eso hizo que la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. En fin, espero mejore porque me parece algo importante.

Llegamos a una hora cuando había poquita gente, el servicio fue rápido pero no correcto. Al hacer el pedido preguntan que punto de carne quieres, y contesto que en su punto, ni cruda ni pasada. Para mi sorpresa la carne estaba bien hecha, no estaba mala pero no es el punto que había pedido. Entre hacer el pedido y empezar a comer pasarían 4 minutos de reloj, tiempo insuficiente para preparar el pedido a gusto del cliente, desde mi punto de vista. Nos sobró comida y pedimos los restos para llevar, la chica amablemente nos ofreció un tupper para poder hacerlo. Pongo 3 estrellas porque el no respetar el punto de la carne baja mucho la experiencia de comer una buena hamburguesa

Después de esperar bastante rato con solo dos mesas ocupadas la chica me atiende,y muy bien. Dos estrellas al servicio ya que había tres camareros hablando sin hacer nada. El menú vale la pena. Ensalada muy completa, vinagreta rica . La hamburguesa super buena y el postre de la yaya muy denso y grande!

It was ok, expected more gourmet burger experience considering the prices but didn’t live up to the expectations. Overall burgers were tasty (bullet and retro) but not really big. Being used to have burgers living in the Us for many years when you pay 20 eur for a burger and a beer in Spain i thought I would get something else.

I ate at the restaurant close to opening time and it was not crowded at all. There was zero other customers when i got there. The restaurant was a bit small and there were slightly too many tables which could get crowded if many people go at the same time. The servers where slightly slow to serve us but once we had ordered the food came within 10 minutes. The burgers were very nice especially the smash burger. I can recommend any of the smash burgers. However, everything was a bit small and I was still hungry at the end. There were nice looking deserts which i didn't get.

They have gluten free burgers and beer (Daura)! I would try to improve the gluten free bread tho. Service was really friendly and patient. Fine place to come with your friends. They also invited us shoots at the end!

En dos ocasiones había comido en el local hace ya mucho tiempo y muy bueno todo, hoy pedí a on linee y la hamburguesa muy mala, no se podía comer una mezcolanza de carne quemada hecha un asco a la basura la lance, las patatas frías y crudas y la Coca Cola caliente No creo que hayan segundas oportunidades, gracias

Vigilad con este local. Hace 4 dias leí una review de intoxicacion y casualmente he tenido el mismo problema el pasado Domingo. Mi pareja y yo compartimos nachos y cada uno su hamburguesa. Pasadas 24h estabamos vomitando y con diarreas. Hemos pasado una semana bastante mala. Llevo bastantes reviews a mis espaldas, asi que podeis confiar en esta mia. Una verguenza. Que sepaís que si vais, podeís salir mal parados

Las hamburguesas han empeorado, la carne estaba fría y el bacon no tenía sabor. El plato del niño llegó después de 20 minutos y tres veces después de que lo volvíamos a preguntar a los camareros, y cuando llegó estaba quemado! No volveremos nunca más!

Servicio en decadencia, la chica que nos atendió no sabia ni si seguían haciendo las carnes al punto, poco hecha o muy hecha, mas de 40min esperando por solo 2 hamburguesas cuando apenas habian personas en el restaurante, para empeorar llegaron frías como recien sacadas de la nevera, obviamente se lo decimos a la camarera para que hagan algo, y nada, simplemente un paso por el microondas y de vuelta a la mesa, hamburguesa por fuera caliente y por dentro fría, mi pareja pidió su Kevin Bacon al punto y se la trajeron muy poco hecha y fría, en resumidas cuentas lo único bueno que le queda a goiko es la limonada

⭐️ 1 Star (Only because -100 isn’t an option) This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. I’ve been to countless restaurants across different countries and cultures, and I have never felt compelled to leave a 1-star review… until now. GOIKO absolutely deserves it and then some. Let me be clear: this place is not just bad, it’s a disaster. The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn’t care less if we were there or not. We waited 23 minutes just to place our order, despite trying multiple times to get someone’s attention. Then we waited an additional 47 minutes for the food to arrive. That’s over an hour in total just to eat a basic meal and the place wasn’t even busy! To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was beyond disrespectful. I’ve been to themed restaurants like “Karen’s Kitchen” in the U.S. where the rudeness is part of the act and even that was more tolerable than this. At GOIKO, the staff weren’t joking. They were just plain careless and unprofessional. Honestly, I’d rather give my money to someone in need on the street than ever step foot in this place again. They don’t deserve your time, money, or patience. If you value basic human decency and customer service, stay far away from GOIKO. Avoid it like the plague.

This is my experience as a courier. Goiko is the worst restaurant to take deliveries from. I understand when you have a restaurant and it is weekends or holidays, usually it is busy. Restaurants like Goiko, which take deliveries and eat-in, even more. Believe me, 20 years working with restaurants and bars, I know how tough it gets; it is hot, it is stressful, and sometimes you dont stop for hours. It is, however, unacceptable that your servers give us so little attention. It's not about the waiting time that is normal. We know things take time to be cooked. It is about having 5-10 bags on the counter and some on the kitchen counter, 10 couriers outside, and none of your servers paying us any attention, not even looking to say "one second ill be there soon". They leave us outside for over 20-30 mins without opening the window, leaving us hanging there WITH THE ORDERS READY ON THE COUNTER. We are the end point of your service; although we are not your employees, we take your food and are an important part of your customer's experience whenever ordering Goiko. You leave their orders on the counter 30 mins, they will arrive cold no matter how fast we go, and from our POV, to lose 40+ mins in one delivery because of how long you make us wait, means we may lose 2-4 orders on high demand hours depending on our luck. That is what pays our week's work, and you seem to have employees who do not understand that or simply do not care. Please be better. Otherwise, it will come to a point that couriers will stop accepting your orders (which is already happening) or even worse.

I am commenting this experience as a courier. This is the slowest delivery restaurant in Sabadell. They are so understaffed and do everything very slow. Sometimes we have to wait 30 minutes for the order. Even when the order is ready and it's waiting at the window we call for their attention but no answer and order will wait there and get cold till they have the time to attend to you. This has been a problem for years but they probably don't care to solve their problems so I'll just leave this review here
