I am giving three stars just because they always have a bad attitude when approaching the drive-thru window. They never ask if I need any condiments or thank me. Also while I was on my lunch break, I decided to go there for lunch just to find out their system was down.

The food is ok, but it's almost impossible to order from a counter. Drive thru or online orders are the best option.

We where the only ones in the drive through and after ordering and pulling to the window as directed. Still the only ones on the drive thru after waiting over 5 mins at the window for someone to at least take our money it just wasnt worth waiting longer! So we went to Jack in the Box, and got our entire 50 dollar order in 5 mins. Wow what a difference!

Was in town for a convention it was late but it was 12:02 so not closing. I ordered a burger no cheese. A large double western with no cheese. They put cheese on it and wasted my $40. I ordered no cheese because it hurts my stomach. I paid with a card that only gets filled from donating plasma. And none of these employees can take the time to read no cheese. I tried calling and no surprise no one picked up. Supremely upset don’t waste your time if you can’t eat certain things they don’t care about reading

Yeah me and my friend went to here during happy hour to get milkshakes, the dude taking the order lied to us and said they would be milky, they weren’t. He just didn’t want to make milkshakes for us. Then when we got to the window well before happy hour ended, he charged me full price for both milkshakes. The drive thru workers are always rude anytime I come here and it absolutely ruins the atmosphere of Carl’s Jr. I get it. Working fast food isn’t fun, but you still have to at the very least, put on a customer service voice. Even if you’re having a bad day, you don’t get the right to be disrespectful and rude to customers. It doesn’t mean you charge people 20$ for two milkshakes when they shouldn’t be more than 10$. Please just go to a different Carl’s Jr. My main issue here is how disrespectful the workers are every single time I stop in at this specific location. I’ve worked fast food for years, insufferable customers are the worst, we were nothing but cordial and polite and accepting of everything that happened. Yall need to do better

I usually visit the one on Folsom Blvd but took a chance on this one due to proximity. A nice woman greeted me through the drive through speaker, answered my questions promptly and well, was easy to hear, and was kind in her responses. I told her I had points to use on the app for one of my items. However, when it came time to order, without warning, I heard a male voice come on mumbling very quietly, barely audible, who repeated an order that wasn’t mine. I had to reiterate everything I’d just discussed with the kind woman, but this dude acted put out by me, and not one word did he exhale toward me when I was at the window to pay. He handed me the bag of burgers silently and the only way I can really explain it is, it felt like I’d randomly gone up to someone’s house, begged for food, and they begrudgingly handed me a bag of free food. I went ahead and politely thanked him, of course he said nothing. I pulled up a little to make sure they were both in there and made right, and they were, but I wanted to scan the receipt for points on my app, so I could eventually get another free burger in a few weeks - but no receipt was in the bag. So I reversed, went back to the window, he opened it with another blank silent stare, I politely asked for the receipt, he hands me one. I get home and it’s one of those smaller receipts with no barcode, just the names of the items I got so no points for me! (I did buy one, it wasn’t all free lol) I’m really just reviewing them today because it was one of those bizarre experiences you walk away from (or drive away from) and keep questioning yourself like, did it actually happen that way? Did I do something wrong? I didn’t think I was rude when the dude came on mumbling but I was surprised and asked him to repeat my order back - pretty basic stuff though. The burgers were great, I will say. Famous Star and a “big cheeseburger”. I guess I’m sticking w Folsom Blvd but I will say they’re very cool there and there’s a reason I know all their names now. Broadway, I just wish the woman had stayed on the speaker, good attitude, pronounced words, didn’t make a guy feel like he was beggin for food.

This is the worst carls jr I have ever been too. I am disappointed every time I come to this one. It sucks that it's my neighborhood carls. The chicken squeeked when I bit into it. There's absolutely no sauce, the sandwich wasn't even warm, the waffle frys were old,soft and chewy. And I had to repeat my order because either it was the english as a second language or she just didn't pay atention. And my drink was still wrong. All for $36.00 and I'm not even going to mention my girlfriends meal. However she said the vanilla shake was great.

It would be great if your restrooms were open to the public, the service was not so great. It would have been greatly appreciated if the door was opened for us when the worker saw us, or he could have politely gestered for us to go around. But instead he decided to ignore us and walk towards the counter. A little customer service and less of a weary attitude would have been nice to deal with.

Made me pay $16.99 for a burger and fried zucchini. Charged me separately for a strawberry lemonade that should’ve came with the combo. And gave me a kid sized cup for my strawberry lemonade. That is an outrageous amount of money for a combination with a kid sized drink. Never going back to Carl’s Jr again.

I was just at the Carl's Jr. on Broadway at 8:00 pm on Tuesday 7/23/24. I used a coupon from their app for BOGO Tuesdays. The cashier bumped my phone while trying to scan the coupon, which made it not accessible for 15 minutes. She refused to give us the discount. We asked for a manager who also told us there was nothing she could do and that we would need to pay for both burgers if we wanted them. Clearly, the coupon was valid and didn't expire until August, and the BOGO terms were visible on the app, which we showed the manager. She wasted our time, and she wasted the food that was cooked and in a bag for us. We left there still hungry, but we won't be going back. The service was terrible.

I want a refund!!!I forgot how this place was as I look at my original review and swore this place off years ago! Just paid for two classic DOUBLE combos and I got a SINGLE patty from what appears to be from a kids meal how small it was! Learned my lesson for real this time! Dry old patties, cheese didn’t even begin to melt! I used to like this place but I’ll never patronize it again! Rude and mean staff, cold old food! My cashier seemed bothered by me asking for a cup of ice water as she ignored my first request then I had to ask again and she handed me a tiny cup with the lid not even on correctly so I spilled some in my lap, glad it wasn’t soda!

Wow, $10 for breakfast meal and can't even make their own menu items correctly. Grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. Clearly not grilled, cheese still cold and not melted. Like I get it's fast food, but this was just insulting.
