Stopped by after watching a movie at the theater next door. Ordered the bbq cheese steak. The bread was warm and soft with some bite to it. The meat was tender and flavorful. The ratio between meat, onions, bbq sauce, and cheese was just to my liking. Not to mention, the service was great. Would come again for sure.

Honestly I haven’t even gotten my food yet. I have to congratulate the service. The employee had a genuine happy feeling despite how busy it was and the phone call she got during my order. Unfortunately you don’t get that very often at all these days. Thank you CHEESTEAKS!

The rolls are so soft and hold up so good for the cheesesteak sandwiches. The sandwiches are packed and have been really good. Thinly sliced the way I like them. They have lots of ways to offer them. From steak to chicken and even vegetarian. They have a few different types of fries regular cut, even waffle fries and have chili and garlic fries too. The do have bacon cheese fries as well. They do have a low carb option for the beef or chicken. Comes as a salad. Pretty good and not so carby lol. They serve up some hotdogs big beef ones. The wings are amazing. Crunchy and perfectly cooked. Have 3 flavor options. Bbq is the only flavor we get everytime. The employees have been super kind and helpful. Still many years later the service and food hasn't changed. Definitely a great spot.

Soo good! I’m pleased to see this small business doing well in natomas! Great customer service, first of all. And, the food is delicious. They get cheesesteaks right! We come here often (or get delivery). The fries are really good too! You won’t be disappointed to try this place.

This place uses east coast made bread. Believe it or not it's much better tasting. They offer different types and styles of cheese being stacked and heated or melted like a spread. So both sides of the streets of Jersey

THE BEST CHEESESTEAK I HAVE EVER TASTED Philly Cheesesteaks are among my favorite hot sandwiches to eat. From the time I happened upon this spot which is up the street from where I stay, I’ve been HOOKED!! The Bacon Philly Cheese comes with grilled onions and two long pieces of bacon on top. It tastes like it could have more bacon chopped up and added into the steak because the bacon flavor is all through the sandwich, but besides that: the steak is thinly sliced and cooked to perfection, the bread is always soft and fresh, the flavor and quality of cheese sauce is on point! I have zero complaints. The Bacon Philly is the only flavor I have tried out because it’s just so delicious I find myself craving it and I don’t want anything else at those times, but one day I’m gonna try one of the other options. They have a Pizza Philly, and an assortment of other kinds including Chicken Instead of Steak if you want. If you love Cheesesteak then this is a place you gotta try!

Visited here a few days ago with my family and we all absolutely loved it! The food was so delicious that I've thought about it all week. Lol I believe we got the classic cheesesteaks and shared fries. Everything cooked perfectly and the bread was toasted but still soft and definitely not burnt! The cashier was also super bubbly and sweet! She even let us fill out 2 year olds cup with ice and water that wasn't available at the soda machine. 5 stars all the way! Can't wait to go back! Keep this place alive!! 🏆

The onion rings are nice and crispy plus you get ranch included with that. The food is always fresh, the cheesesteaks are stuffed and I love how they combine the meat with the cheese when they cook it. It is a must try. They have a nice variety of menu options. Nomin was super sweet and I appreciate her being patient with me and helping me throughout my visit. I hope this is helpful ;-) 👍🏽

Service was good, the owner was patient with us and recommended us their best seller. We waited less than 10 minutes for our meals. It came out piping hot! Super yummy 😋 definitely going to come back for more food.

Update: 7 months later still quality still consistent and top notch service!

My family thought the food here was good. I got the small Philly with pastrami. I thought the pastrami was gonna be inside the sandwich but it is a topping. They cooked the steak nice and soft. The flavor was good with mushroom and provolone cheese. Bread was nice and soft. Everyone else go the chicken steak sandwich and liked it too.

Went here on recommendation from a co-worker. I ordered a #1 and #3. One for myself and my husband. He is an east coast man who loves his east coast food. These sandwiches were great. Bread was fresh. Meat was tasty. Perfect amount of onions, peppers and mushrooms. Hubs gives a 2 thumbs up!

Food: the taste is good--the sandwich is big enough to make you full, but they don't have gluten free bread or lactose free in their products. The fries taste good but hard to chew. They have sitting inside and outside -- they have restroom too. They don't have vegetarian option.

The bread was good and there was enough cheese which was great and the jalapenos did have a little kick to them which I loved. However, the overall sandwich otherwise gave me a 'meh' feeling when I was done. There was nothing special or unique over original about the way it was done. It tasted just 'fine' but I would go try a new place before I'd go out of my way to have another one from here. Fries were also basic and did the job. Again, the meal was fine overall but when it was all said and done, it just felt like the basics are covered and there's nothing special about this stop.

Have to give this place an Official 4 Stars due to unable to offer or honor US Military/ Veteran Discount. With many apologies from the cashier will unofficially give a 5 Stars due to service and the apology. A good bite to eat especially next door to the Regal movie theater.

Meat was hot & tasty. A bit pricey for just a sandwich. Dining area is akin to an abandoned A&W, bleak. More of a takeout place

Meh. Hard bread, not much cheese, dry meat, flavorless. Got the original chicken cheesesteak and the original regular cheesesteak, along with fries. Fries also meh. Not good. But the service was friendly and very fast (so fast that it couldn't be fresh).

First time getting a cheesesteak sandwich for my mom and she spit it out unfortunately she said it did not taste like steak at all! She couldn’t identify the meat. Since I picked the order up I can say the owners were nice and restaurant clean unfortunately the most important aspect failed miserably I wasted $13 on a sandwich and tipped $5 smh oh well

I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and had to cancel my order and reorder. Manager called and I tried to explain what happened. She was very disrespectful and hung up in my face. This is so sad because I work in the same plaza and love ordering from this location. Very upset about this interaction.

I feel bad for leaving this review because the people who run the place are nice but, the food was subpar at best. I’m a foodie and I love a good philly cheese. This was not it. The meat was terrible and flavorless, the cheese was worse than school lunch quality. The bread however was good. The fries were overcooked as well. I would never recommend to a friend or to anyone who I even remotely cared about.

Very nice people but bland and basic cheesesteak. Absolutely no flavor, meat was cheap and thin. Not good quality. Bread was good and soft. Fries very basic, and cheesesauce tasted like imitation and not creamy at all. Waste of money unfortunately. The couple who ran it was very friendly. Just bad bad food.

Please do not eat here especially your children! I order a cheesesteak that wasn’t too bad and about 4 bites in I hurt my tooth biting into it. I immediately spit it out and find chunks of white hard plastic in my cheesesteak! Im not exactly sure how their running the kitchen but that was very dangerous and it’s sad because the people who work there are really nice. What a pleasant first time eating there!

I was going to give 5 stars for the food and service until 2 men were allowed to enter the restaurant without masks on. They ordered and waited inside for over 5 minutes while their meal got prepared. MASKS ARE MANDATORY AND RESTAURANTS CAN BE SHUT DOWN FOR NON-COMPLIANCE. It makes me really sad that this family owned business cares so little about their family and their customers.
