We went to Pier 50 Sushi on Arden Way for our parents’ 64th wedding anniversary. This is the spot where Mikuni’s used to be. The restaurant is very big and has a nice, comfortable atmosphere. We ordered the All You Can Eat Course C for $54.95 per person. The menu has a lot of choices and you can try almost everything. All the food is made fresh when you order, not like other buffet places. The quality of the sushi was really good and everything tasted great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this place if you love good sushi and a relaxed dining experience.

This sushi place is a hidden gem! We went with Course A, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The fish quality really stood out. My favorites were the Washington, Sexy Bomb, and Sun of the Beach rolls — each one was unique and delicious. Definitely a spot worth revisiting!

Pier 50 Sushi at Arden Way was such a great find. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully seared, and truly flavorful—each bite felt intentional and well executed. The space itself has a cool, lounge-inspired vibe with a mix of intimate seating and modern finishes that create a fun yet elevated dining atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger over drinks and bites, whether you’re there for a casual dinner or a special night out.  Everything from the presentation of the sushi to the way the restaurant looks and feels really added to the experience. Between the quality of the food and the stylish aesthetic, I’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of what they offer.

The amount of options for all you can eat is worth every penny! Skip the a la carte and go all in on any of the AYCE options they offer. My stomach was so full by the end of the meal! The service was in point and the restaurant is very spacious! Lots of alcoholic drinks on the menu, with $1 draft on Sundays with the AYCE. Recommend this place forsure!

When I tell you that this is the best sushi I had in a long time, I was so impressed with the quality of each roll and the appetizers we chose. It was a to go order and I chose a lot of recommend and restaurant favorites. They didn’t disappoint at all. My favorite was the Monica roll and yellowtail lover roll. Both spicy, yellowtail was so fresh and thinly cut. The crispy rice was so crisp and rich. Will deff be going back, but will dine in instead of take out!

My family has celebrated two of our sons' birthdays here in the past year, and it has quickly become our favorite all-you-can-eat sushi spot. The kids chose it, and I couldn't be happier with their decision. The sushi rolls are tasty—each one is freshly prepared upon request, ensuring a delicious and high-quality experience. The restaurant itself has a clean, modern aesthetic, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff is consistently polite and attentive, always making sure we have everything we need. To top it all off, the pricing is excellent, making it a fantastic value for the quality you receive.

I didn’t know what to expect coming in but the experience started off right when we walked in. The atmosphere provided a great environment to enjoy great food. The food definitely exceeded my expectations and the service was top tier. Virginia was our server and she was excellent. Great communication, great recommendations that shows her knowledge on what she’s serving, and really friendly. Coming back for sure!

We came here on a Friday night and was able to get seated immediately. We got set A, which included all the white text items. The food quality was amazing for an AYCE place. Favourites were definitely the bulgogi fries, chicken karaage, and the Korean fried chicken. The spicy salmon was actually spicy 🌶️. Victoria was an amazing server! Deserves a raise. 🍦

🌟Exceptional Service at Pier 50 – Thanks to Victoria! 🌟 I had the pleasure of dining at Pier 50 recently with my girlfriends and I must say, the food was fantastic and our server Victoria was amazing! Victoria was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed even though she had so many other tables to wait on. She made excellent recommendations, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive! Every suggestion she gave was spot-on, and all the questions we had about the menu she explained thoroughly. She was so patient with us! Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure we always had our next order ready for us before we finished our current dishes. All of the fish was very fresh and delicious. The sashimi was the best part of our meal! The desserts Victoria recommended were the perfect end to our dinner !! Great AYCE sushi spot! No food poisoning, which is a big win for my sensitive stomach. Our group of four had a smooth check-in process with a 30-minute wait, but the waitlist system kept us updated, and the nearby mall kept us busy. Once seated, we opted for the AYCE (B) option, which offered a wider selection of menu items. I highly recommend trying all their sashimi plates and, most importantly, the yellowtail collars—absolutely delicious! Just a heads-up: they do have a waste policy, so be mindful and pace yourself when ordering. The only downside was that it took a while for our food to arrive. We waited about 20-30 minutes for our first round of orders, which felt a bit long. However, once the food started coming, everything was fresh and tasty, making up for the wait.

We had a large party and this was our first visit to pier 50. Fina was our server and did such an amazing job. We really did have an amazing experience and she was so kind and patient. Food was great and the menu had great selections for sushi/proteins. We def enjoyed our time here and will be back !

Pier 50 Sushi is a solid spot for all-you-can-eat sushi. The menu is huge, with plenty of options to choose from, and the quality of the fish is really good for the price. The shiro salmon stood out as fresh and flavorful, and they even had a tuna belly special, which was a nice surprise and definitely worth trying. The service was also great, our server was really sweet and attentive, always checking in and making sure everything came out quickly. Don’t skip dessert, the affogato was a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, great value, good quality, and a very enjoyable AYCE experience. Add yourself on the waitlist because it took about an hour.

FERNANDO THE WAITER IS MY GOAT!! His service and friendly demeanor brightened my day and he is by far one of the most kindest and caring worker I know. He was always attentive of our table, he got things for us in an efficient manner, and when we asked him questions he never hesitated to answer. My experience with his professionalism combined with the tasteful, fresh, and varietal food made this pier 50 my favorite sushi restaurant. It’s a bit pricy but i ate my money’s worth while enjoying the service given.

This was my second visit to Pier50 since it opened and it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful atmosphere. Perfect for date night or a fun outing with friends. Our waiter Fernando made the experience even more enjoyable by being funny and attentive.

Literally the best option for AYCE Sushi! Quality is exceptional and the service is on top of it! They always make sure you're happy and that you've ordered enough and don't have to sit around and wait for your next order. Drinks are regularly topped off. Nice decor as well.

A great spot for all-you-can-eat sushi. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. They had a lot of great items on the menu. I was really happy to find a sushi spot that serves baked mussels. The service was a bit slow, but our server was very kind, helpful, and apologetic. I went with my boyfriend and we will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place.

This location is elegant. Staff is always great. I have been here many times due to the bento boxes being an amazing deal, with so much food, and delicious. The katsu is my fave and the veg tempura is outstanding. I have found that anything else, such as the other lunch specials comes with good amount of food but this and the all you can eat options are very bland. The BBQ albacore was just meh. Not the greatest cut of tuna and a little dry. I get sauce on the side. Comes with 5 pieces.

There was no wait time for lunch - probably because it was pouring outside. The menu is extensive, but our server graciously explained each section. You can order 10 orders or 5 different fish items at a time. Even with this limit, the servers came by our table to take the next order at a reasonable pace! There is a QR code on the table if you need the menu on your phone. If you don't want to do the all-you-can-eat option, the a la carte prices are listed on the menu as well. They had three different tiers - the most expensive one will include all items at $54.95 per person. There is a 100-minute time limit, and parties of 5 or more will have gratuity automatically added. We went with the middle option course B, which was $45.95. This option gave us the nigiri and sashimi and a additional few appetizers. The dessert is still limited to one item per person. Overall the fish was good. The nigiri fish to rice ratio was the highest I have ever seen. The little rice ball under the fish was so small! I loved that they had yellowtail collar - this might have been my favorite item. Other notable items included the XXX sauce, agedashi tofu, and hand rolls. Our server recommended the Neptune Dazzler roll, which was pretty good. Spider roll is still one of my go-tos because of the soft shell crab. I got affogato for dessert, but this was so disappointing. They added corn flakes, which I would have asked them not to if I had known. The drink didn't taste like espresso at all. They serve the affogato in a Japanese tea mug. Note to self: pass on anything scallop (they serve the little tiny ones) and try udon next time! Don't get affogato next time, ugh Overall, impressive service from an AYCE and quality is not too bad. The service was excellent. Everyone from the hostess to our server as well as all the food runners were fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive. The food itself was pretty solid. It wasn't the best sushi I've ever had but everything tasted good and the rolls were made well. There is "all-you-can-eat" sushi but not really all you can eat because there are items that they limit to 1 per person. Technically, not all you can eat but we went with the lowest tier because we didn't see the point in getting the higher tier with the limitations.
