TK Noodle is a popular spot for inexpensive and delicious noodle soups, especially the #3 with pork skin. Customers appreciate the large portions and fast service, though some note that service can be inconsistent. It's a family-friendly place that many have been visiting for years.

I got the #1 which is the rice stick combination noodle. The most popular item on the menu or even the #3 which they just add 5 wontons in it but I like the #1 which is what I used to get when I was a child. If you live in Sac TK Noodle is at least one of the top 5 noodle restaurants out here just because of there fat noodles. But the #1 is good though from the noodles to the broth and the meats they put in there, I mostly like the chicken they have in there but they also put in meatballs and pork as well but you also can ask them to not put in any of that if you want. The veggies is beansprouts, and cilantro mostly and they also add like 2 pieces of shrimp but if you trying to get extra shrimp do charge extra but other than that it's a well known old childhood spot for many local ppl that lives in Sac and to people that don't live in Sac likes to come out of to eat TK noodle and the broth is always good the way it is already. I usually don't add any condiments to my broth cus thats how good it should be already. Only cons I have is that I think their portion size became slightly a little smaller then how it was before and they need to separate the noodles more, I hate when the noodles are stuck to eachother because it makes it seems like you're eating the size of a string cheese flat looking noodle other than that 8/10
Even after my first review 8 years ago, this is still my favorite place to go for Pho. It's a very simple and inviting place. A variety of Pho bowls as wells as other Asian plates. Great prices. Very satisfying for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I always get the #8 with no beef balls. I really enjoy the delicious broth and al dente noodles. The atmosphere is upbeat with all types of people from every generation. I find it very welcoming for those who choose to eat alone as well. There is a constant flow of customers coming in to eat there and ordering to go. I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious and comforting bowl of Pho.
I stopped by here randomly for lunch because I was in the area for work. Ordered the #16 with a coke and overall really satisfied and spent under $16 Food was flavorful and I thought was going to be spicy but had none at all. Amount of food was great for the price. Was seated right away but don't expect the American style customer service where they check on you or do small talk; which I didn't mind but it's not for everyone. Atmosphere was friendly, ton of families with kids or grandparents. All in all Id like to come back and try something else if I'm in the area again.
Great food and reasonably priced. Large portions on the soups
Quick service and clean. Good food :)
I've been eating here since they opened decades ago. The food is always delicious and it's always a great place to visit
TK Noodles always hits the spot. They are closed on Thursdays just so you guys know. The service is fast and the food comes out great with amazing consistency time and time again. The seating is a bit of a pain if you have larger parties but it is what it is. Worth the hassle for the tasty bowls of noodles. Oh and don't forget to add some pork cracklings to your order to turn it up. Enjoy.
The one pho spot that always fills my craving, I’ve been coming here ever since I was a baby and will always come here if I ever want a pho bowl to die for. Highly recommend
I love coming here so much, ever since 2005, age 18, I've been coming here with my sisters, friends, family and now my children (4) The owner is so caring towards children, additional requests are easily handled. I highly recommend #1, their chow fun is super savory, their honey dew drink over ice is very delicious and can be ordered as a shake. Phi is one of the long time workers since day one, he's very sweet, efficient and always carried an amicable and professional demeanor. He might be the one who takes your order or rings you up after you're ready to close the tab. I know that this place is not a high end restaurant, that their style might even become offensive but they are more tuned into stocking up their ingredients and napkins while you're eating but trust me, they are constantly seating people which is high priority and making sure to give us the fastest service so a small interruption is nothing to us. This place is as authentic as it can get and feels so home like. The noodles are to be fixed to your taste, if it's your first time here, go for the chow fun or plates, honestly the broth and noodles are already a good taste. I like a bold flavor so I add lots of spices and hoisin. This place is cash only (ATM inside) and the portion is perfect and a bit more. 👌This place is one of its kind, not many places like this. Highly recommend, their menu items are exactly as pictured. Love it here!!!
The #3 with chicharrones always hits the spot. Always look forward to coming in for a bowl of delicious noodles. I stop by one of there other restaurants in San Jose and let’s just say it wasn’t the best experience. This one hands down is far better.
Been eating here for at least 20 years. #8 #9 & #20 are my favorites. Comes out fast & hot. Noodles are bouncy. I love all the meat, shrimp and garnishes that come on top. Portions are big and filling. I add their house made chili oil. Oh SO good! The place is airy, they're always refilling the condiments. Service is straightforward and efficient. Prices are cheap for nice big bowl of soup. 🍜 I'll always be a loyal customer.
Food was good to me. The service can be a hit or miss from my experience. But it is most definitely a lively area and always packed. I always love me some warm noodles during the colder season so if you're like me, this is a good spot to hit up. 🤤
This place is my go-to restaurant for inexpensive, simple yet delicious noodle soup. I had the combo noodle soup. It had shrimp, chicken, and veggies; it was delicious. My partner had beef stew, which was also delicious. Give this restaurant a try. You won't regret it. 😋
I went to this place with my family growing up. Recently started going back last year at 28yo whenever I’m hungover or sick. I get their combination meat half egg noodle half rice noodle soup. Fixes me up every time and reminds me of my childhood 🩷
All are noodle, Interesting.i should try other menu. Look like I wanna try meatball noodle. Just suggestion, please make a hot chili sauce. Current chili sauce was not too spicy.
Absolutely love TK noodle. We always get number 3 with pork skin. Their chili oil is 🤌🏻
Wow this is a find. Amazing fresh food, great noodle dishes and soups, will be going back to try it All.
I come here periodically. The noodles, #3 is very good!!!! The pork rink is delicious too

Cashier has been a long time employee of this outfit and is always friendly. TK noodle has the best noodle soup! Whenever I can get out there, I always order my favorite combination rice noodle soup and it never disappoints. Prices have gone up, but it has to keep up with inflation I guess. Overall a great place for delicious and healthy soup.
They always try to get everyone seated as quickly as they can. The food is delicious. They also have long tables if you go in a big group or family. Continue to be one of our favorite places to eat! Our 3yrs old loves the soup here. Very family friendly.
This place is always busy and noisy during lunch time and dinner time. Sometimes you have to wait in line to get your table. We used to come here a lot before pandemic. Have tried a lot of items on the menu and liked most of them. They take your order and bring you food fairly quickly. Servers are usually prompt but not so courteous.
This place is a hole in the wall. I would never think to eat here until a friend of mine suggested it. It's a good spot when you want a delicious bowl of noodles quick, no fuss, and no reservations. You walk in, hold up 2 fingers for 2 people, and you find an empty table to sit down. Menus are dumped on the table. The waiter will come back before you're even ready. I ordered the #8 (I think), which is the combination with wonton noodles. I asked for the soup on the side because that's how I like. You get an assortment of meats; 2 beef balls, shredded chicken and pork, and 2 shrimps. The meat is a little bland, but I kind of like that because you can make your own dipping sauce, which is available at each table. The wonton noodles are good. My friend had the #1 with the soup. He had rice noodles and added fried pork skin on the side. I never knew pork skin tasted so good when you soaked in the soup for a bit. It gives it a bbq/smokey flavor. His meat toppings look similar to mind. They also have fried rice and vermicelli on the menu, but I was told the soup noodles are what they're known for.
Food was good, customer service was ok. Got seated right away, took order promptly and received food in a decent amount of time. Will come back to try more dishes.
Still the best Beef Stew Noodle I can find in Sacramento after all these years. I thought all places would make it somewhat similar. I’ve gone to other restaurants and the beef and tendon is usually quite tough to chew. Never had to experience that at TK Noodle. The beef and tendon is always on point and soup flavor is consistent. FYI, the order only comes in large so make sure you are hungry. The only places I have been able to find better beef noodles is in Vancouver, Canada. I have been coming to this TK Noodle since it opened back in early 2000. The service has gotten so much better over the years and no matter how busy, service is always quick. Make sure to waive them down if you need more water. They won’t come to you however there has been rare occasions that someone came to refill water without being asked. That’s how it’s always been though. So the Beef Stew Noodle comes with a piece of lime. I like to squeeze the lime juice into the soup and then put the slice of lime in my water. Just a thought for you. Unfortunately I only get the Beef Stew Noodle here because it’s the only place I can get my fix. Pho can be found almost everywhere.
They have big portions and it's definitely not lacking deliciousness. It is an Asian store, so language may be a barrier with orders, they have given me the wrong order 1/10 times. Definitely a place to come to often.
Noodles are good. This is not a great service place. People put up with the bad service because the noodles and price is good haha. As long as you go in knowing this, you should have a decent experience.
Had the #6. Have been here every now and then for the last 10+ years thanks to a friend who introduced me to this place way back. Ive only tried their noodle dishes and I've had overall more positive experiences than negative. 4 stars means food is good and would come back again but did not blow my mind. Service is also hit or miss but today it was quick and the food hit the spot.

My mom and I hadn’t been here in years, so we decided to stop by. My family used to come here often, so it brought back a lot of memories. Crazy that the same staff is still here—and they look exactly the same! 😂 I ordered #1 and my mom got combo #3. Portions were big, but the soup didn’t quite taste like it used to. It seems like the chili oil might have changed, which gave the noodles a slightly off flavor. Still, the food wasn’t bad, and it’s always good to support a local spot. Service is the same as always, yell to find someone if you need anything, and pay at the counter. Simple and straight to the point.
Went for lunch today, super busy! There are 2 entrances expect to be seated after others who arrived after you. Enter where the cashier is, in hopes for a better chance. My table was given away after cashier told me to sit at a dirty table. My order was left at another table and then brought to me. Do not go to this place between 11am-2. Food is delicious!
The food was good and the service was fast. It had a very clean environment and a great atmosphere. The downfall was when we ordered our dishes, one of our dishes had a full-blown toothpick in it.
We shopped at SF supermarket and saw that the restaurant was crowded. So, we decided to try it for lunch. We were lucky that we were seated right away despite the line. We ordered combination crispy noodle & fried rice. It took some time to get our food after we ordered (about 20mins) but we understood that they were quite busy. Service was really non-existent - we had to call the servers for extra plate & water refill. - combination crispy noodle: ok. The noodle was crispy. It had some pieces of protein and lots of cabbage. Could have given a little bit more soup so it’s easier to eat the crispy noodle. The taste was full on MSG and salt. - fried rice: portion was small with very little pieces of protein & egg. The taste was pretty bland. We won’t be coming back since the taste was blah…
The #3 is the best bowl with extra pork skins. I love the fat noodles. I wish the staffs were friendly but they can be rude or indifferent. Is it that hard to refill my water. Sheesh. Other than that, 4 stars for the noodles.

Several friends have told to me try this place. Noodle soup was OK. The taro cake was think sliced and not too many pieces. No taro flavor but tasted peanut. It was $10! I didn't get to see the bill when I paid, it had $3 charged on my bill??? Didn't see it till I got home. Felt they are not very honest. Won't go back again.
What happened to this place? We used to come here frequently many years ago when we shopped for Chinese food next door. At that time, the food was higher quality, fresher and service was better. Came in today for lunch and ordered the combination chow mein dish @ $8.50. The restaurant was about half full at the time so it wasn't like the waiters were struggling to keep up with the orders. My dish was a little slow to arrive but it did arrive hot and I am giving it a star here for the large portion size. I didn't order the crispy version of this dish but the noodles around the edges were crispy anyways. I poked around to dig out the noodles hiding under the meat and veges. I was expecting to encounter a stir-fried texture but was disappointed to find them waterlogged and soggy instead. The meat was ok, a little bland but nothing that couldn't be helped along by the various condiments arranged against the wall like sriracha, vinegar, Chinese chili sauce, etc. Biggest disappointment was the shrimp. The thing about shrimp is that it has to be really, really fresh to taste good and that just wasn't the case here. In addition, the proper way to prepare fresh shrimp includes thoroughly removing the black line that runs along one side of every shrimp. That line is the shrimp's digestive tract so what you are removing is actually shrimp poop. You can see where I am going here. The few shrimp that were on the plate all tasted yucky and when I found out why, I stopped eating them entirely. The broccoli and other veges were good - crispy and fresh so another star for that but all in all, I will probably pass on TK Noodle in the future.

Our food take forever after we made the orders they need more cook back there not only one old guys as a cook
Really overpriced for a soup, rice dish and 2 drinks. The flavor for both dishes was tasteless and boring. I had to dump a lot of hoisen sauce in the soup due to how bland the taste is. The service was horrible and the woman behind the register rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat the price again. The place also seemed very unsanitary. Would not come back here again, very disappointing.
