First time joining my family at this little gem. Amazing food at flexible prices. Definitely a must try if you like the diner experience with a touch of artistic flare.

The best breakfast in Safety Harbor! The best sidewalk cafe and OMG the food is amazing!!!! A huge thank you for offering VEGAN options and JUST EGG, we appreciate you. They have some reserved parking too. Creative fresh food in downtown with sidewalk seating. Go, just go.

We've been through so much lately with hubby in the hospital twice in the last few months and soon to have a brain tumor surgery and today was just delightful for brunch after visiting the safety harbor pier. We had the summer waffles, French toast and shirt steak Benedict and all were so delicious and the atmosphere was so cheerful and a positive happy vibe there with the unicorns etc. Beautiful murals on the outside and friendly service too.

My husband and I loved our brunch here! Everyone there was very sweet and attentive. My husband ordered the Pork Schnitzel Country Breakfast and they made a Mangocado Toast with 2 eggs for me. He had regular coffee and I got the Nitro Latte with vanilla and added Almond Milk. We will definitely return soon as everything was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing!

So glad to have found this little breakfast cafe. It’s a small business but the food was beyond delicious. Everything was made fresh and the presentation was nice. There are seats you can eat outside. Will definitely come back here again!

Absolutely the most enjoyable breakfast at a restaurant in my entire life…. Read that again. Charmingly artistic location in Safety Harbor, FL sets the table for many delicious and unique breakfast and lunch items. Our server Willow was super as was Chris (owner). Breakfast was from their daily specials, prepared fresh and most flavorful!!!! I would highly recommend going to their website and just take a look at the menu items………. Being newbie residents to the area, first time there and instantly our favorite breakfast/lunch hangout!!!!!

I was looking for a unique menu made with fresh ingredients and was excited to stumble across this little gem 💎 the spicy 🌶 black bean flatbread came drizzled with balsamic reduction 🤤 the sunrise 🌅 mimosa is a MUST!!! Chris the owner was very friendly and I loved his breakfast backstory. Breakfast backstory breakfast 🍳 Our server Ally was fun and authentic, she really cared about my experience - What a Treat!!!!

Avocado toast with mango salsa and cilantro was insanely good. Great food and great service. I got the salted Carmel latte and it was also amazing. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Safety Harbor for vacation & we love foooooood. I am going to say this place is hands down the greatest breakfast spot in FL. Best hidden secret. We got the French Toast Bacon & Eggs. So so so fresh and tasty. The staff are very welcoming. We will be back for sure.

The AC was not working but you did not notice. The owner had quickly brought in a portable unit to help keep the dining area cool. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. We both savored our delicious breakfast and will be repeat customers in the future.

Great casual place with reasonably priced food and drinks. I loved the pink lemonade, mimosa, and the Womlette. The servers are absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and very fast.

My lady loved the bacon and sausage. The fruit was fresh. Nice selection of unique items. I had the womlette. Eggs cooked in a waffle iron. Unique way of cooking them and it wasn't terrible but it was a bit overcooked. The ingredients were fresh, which is what made it edible and, albeit overcooked eggs, it was well made. The service was friendly and fast. Coffee was fresh as well. Cute atmosphere and the menu has a bunch of unique items. Will definitely eat again and try one of their sandwiches.

What a whimsical and fun place! Went here on a Sunday after church, on a recommendation from a friend. A downtown Safety Harbor little jewel. Our party of three were seated right away and brought menus. We scoured the menu and were brought drinks. My daughter chose the Black and Blue Bacon Burger, my daughter's beau selected the Bacon and Cheddar Burger, and I wanted to try the Womelette with Spinach and Feta. We chatted for a while and looked around the visually stunning room. There was a plush pony playing the piano, multiple unicorns, a psychedelic deer head, rainbows, and posters all around. It was walking into a My Little Pony dream. This also was the theme outside and even on their "company car." Our food came and the others were very impressed with the burgers. They were both tasty and did not spare the amount of Bacon! My first attempt at a Waffle/Omelet, the Womelette, was disappointing. I envisioned two halves (or whole) waffles, made from eggs alone, with the Feta and Spinach inside. Instead, they were placed on top of the waffle. This made for a very dry and disappointing taste. I'm glad I did try it. Luckily the others shared a couple bites of their burgers. A pleasant atmosphere, almost circus-like, and definitely eye catching. Service was great and I think it would be a great place to bring our grandkids.

As a local guide, I love checking out restaurants and most of the time I’m pleased and satisfied, sometimes pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case with Daydreamers. Food wasn’t bad. The eggs, tomatoes and bacon tasted fresh, that’s about it. The part that put us off was the service. The lady either was having a bad day or didn’t want to be bothered with customers, but she was so abrupt and never even cracked a smile. The worst part is that she may have been the owner 😱Safety harbor is full of great restaurants where people go, not only to eat but also to have an enjoyable experience and they like to be catered to by pleasant staff. If you’re one of those people who likes great customer service don’t go to Daydreamers Cafe.

I dislike leaving anything negative 💔 but I ordered the brisket burger the other day and the meat was spoiled. I spent the next 8 hrs throwing up and in the bathroom. I didn't finish the burger because it tasted off but I thought it was the seasoning .

Ordered the grilled cheese, seemed to forget the grilled part. The cheese was cold on the inside. Probably the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Thankfully, the server took it off the check. My family did not love anything they ordered, nothing special. Won’t be back again.
