Ha sido una experiencia muy positiva. Hemos cenado entre amigos, pidiendo al centro y algunos individuales. Una especial mención a Laura que nos ha atendido fenomenal, no le ha faltado un detalle. Repetiría la experiencia.

Second time to this restaurant. Want to commend the lady wearing red was superb. From bringing us to seat to taking orders to making drinks to serving food to cleaning up to collecting bill. One man show except cooking and washing. Breakfast menu was good! Just fries was abit cold, overall experience was great. Having breakfast and watching the staff zooming around the restaurant soloing. Hope she’s treated well.

Very tasty food, quick and nice service (we were served by Gabriela and she was lovely!) and the Daily Menu is a great deal! I will be back whenever I feel like a hearty meal or a decadent breakfast! The location is also very good.

Great location with an outdoor terrace next to the Plaza Mayor for some lighter food options. They have great salads and rice & vegetable bowls which makes a welcome change from the meat and bread based diet on offer in most local bars. They also have burgers and sandwiches if you are hungry and some amazing desserts. We were served by Miguel who was friendly and helpful :)

A good place to eat if you are looking for a quick bite. Very friendly employees. Cool place to scape the hot summer in Salamanca. Daniela attended us very efficiently, very friendly and accommodating, specially for my kids that can't have hamburgers with any sauce!! :) Family friendly! Recommended!

Ubicación inmejorable, a un paso de la Plaza Mayor. Nos atendieron con amabilidad y rapidez. Las raciones son abundantes y la comida está sabrosa. Buena relación calidad/precio. Es recomendable hacer reserva porque se llena enseguida.

En general todo está bueno, atienden bien, porciones correctas. Controlan muy bien el tema de celíacos pero sin gluten no hay muchas opciones, hay tienen que mejorar.

Era la primera vez que visitábamos este VIPS y la experiencia fue correcta sin llegar a ser excelente. El local dispone de un amplio número de mesas aunque suele estar bastante concurrido. La comida está muy rica aunque por ponerle un pero llegó algo fría. En cuanto a la atención, correcta aunque se puede mostrar más simpatía a la hora de atender al cliente.

Excelente ambiente, servicio rápido, buena atención por parte de María y comida deliciosa.

As a tourist i couldn’t find breakfast or any other food around 11 o’clock. this place was offering incredible variety of food, especially American style breakfast. Really great quality and tasty however, expect to be treated differently as staff tends to get extremely rude when they hear English.

Nice place when you're fed up of tapas and more tapas. Nice selection of different dishes from sandwiches, burger, salad. Looks more like a chain so you don't go there for the ambience

If you grow weary of the constant barrage of tapas, jamon, tapas, arroz, tapas, jamon, tapas, jamon, queso, tapas, queso, pescado, tapas etc., this is a great option. Fresh food, tasty, very reasonably priced (particularly for the menu del dia). Contrary to what some others have said, the servers and front of house here were incredibly friendly and attentive. We encountered no rudeness whatsoever. Meals were good, and a much welcomed change from the food offered by literally every other establishment in this town, and you don't need reservations, and it seems to be open at just about any normal meal time hour.

After reading the reviews, I was excited to try Vips. But the food was sub-par and the waiters were not very friendly. The chicken in my burger was dry and rubbery and bland. It is quite difficult to mess up a classic burger however I was not impressed with their version of it. My husband got the oriental chicken bowl and it was also beyond average. Overall we’d give our experience a 3/5

Calidad de los ingredientes más que cuestionables para lo que custa. Jamón York y unos tranchetes . Unas migajas de carne (pulled pork😄) Se salva el sabor que deja de fondo. A domicilio; sin servilletas, nada para aliñar la ensalada. Lo que pides y lo que llega. En fin, para olvidar. Después de la respuesta del establecimiento y asumiendo en todo momento autocrítica, le doy una estrella más.

Esta mañana en el VIPS de Salamanca hemos tenido una experiencia muy decepcionante. Nos ha extrañado porque siempre desde hace muchos años ha sido un lugar impecable y excelente en todos los sentidos. Pero esta vez no. La cantidad de comida más que escasa en casi todos los casos; había sólo dos personas atendiendo una sala enorme, estaban desbordados, lógicamente. También hacía bastante frío. Esperemos que esta crítica sirva para mejorar y volver a ofrecer el servicio que prestaba antes y fidelizaba a los clientes. Gracias.

The burger I got was well below of an average taste and all ingredients on it were cold like if taken directly from thw fridge. The meat was tasteless and also not very warm when served.

Pedí las tortitas con yogurt griego y compota de arándanos y lamentable absolutamente. La compota brilla por su ausencia, tres arandanos guarros espachurrados y las tortitas secas que no se las doy ni a un perro callejero. 10 € por semejante despropósito de tortitas, para no volver desde luego.

En primer lugar, siempre íbamos a cenar una comida típica por así decirlo; hamburguesas, sandwiches, pasta... Es buena elección, está vez fuimos a pedir nuevas variedades y una decepción total. Los nachos como entrante pasados, estaban duros. El plato llamado Wellington; un hojaldre con una filete de vacuno crudo y un mojón de puré de patata con un precio excesivo. Y en otro lugar, el servicio, una atención indiferente, con altivismos, y gestos de pasotismo que no concuerdan con la imagen que teniamos de otras veces.

Incredibly rude staff. Waiters literally didnt want to take our orders and ignored us the whole time we were there. After waiting for almost an hour straight some lady came to us and gave us the most disgusting attitude possible. Especially if you are a tourist i DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Despite going there, waiting for half an hour, and calling for assistance multiple times, no one helped us. We encountered an extremely indifferent attitude and lack of interest. I definitely do not recommend it. Their behavior really not believable.

This place is an absolute joke! Wife & I went as it’s certified gluten free. 3 options on menu. €9 for 50g of nachos straight from the bag & some cheese sauce, which we ordered. Chicken bowl not available after waiting 20 mins for it. Finally served the only other available option club sandwich & fries. The fries were not cooked, I mean cold & raw potato??? But worse, the contents of the sandwich were FROZEN. Firstly how is that actually possible & secondly how can both meals be served and this is not noticed?? Worse than that they actually expected us to pay the bill! We did & left. Never again.
