Best super seed bagel! With their remodel, store looks very nice with larger selections of juice and drinks! Always a friendly staff! We've become quite the regulars over the past couple of years now and love the boba smoothies in the afteenoons! Great place!

Edit: A change of ownership.. and things aren't what they should be. I can't recommend eating here any longer. I grew up with enjoying this company, always good. They sold it and things changed for the worse. So glad now that everything is back better than ever. You'll enjoy the extensive menu & staff!

I knew him when he was in his 90s, 40 years ago. Although decor and personnel have changed, the bagels are still the best damned bagels I have ever tasted.

As close to a NYC version as I’ve tasted after moving away from my birthplace. We only go to the BB at the Sand-dollar center. Between Starbucks and Chipotle

I have become a regular, around 6 or 630 would give 5 stars if the prices weren't mildly high. This place is very good, great service always welcoming, great coffee. The food is very good. The turkey bacon avacado, is worth the price. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

I haven't found a place to serve better bagels than Bagel Bakery! They're so delicious and fresh and have a very smooth and creamy cream cheese that they use. Although the service can be a bit hit or miss (which is why I put 4 stars instead of 5), they serve amazing food and would definitely recommend coming here!

Although the service can be a bit hit or miss (which is why I put 4 stars instead of 5), they serve amazing food and would definitely recommend coming here!

Lately the availability of selections has been limited, especially in the afternoon. Not much too chose from, will try earlier in the day

If your hungry, dont go to this place. They are the only bagel bakery have heard of that has no bagels to serve when you get there. This has happened over a dozen times. Why would you even stay open if you dont have any bagels to serve. Rediculous. I would suggest THE BAGEL CORNER. They will always have bagels to serve you, even right before they close.

This place is awful. The owner is worse. I placed an online order. When i arrived, it was poorly packaged. Leaking. The owner said. Too bad you already paid. I'm reporting him to BBB. Stay clear of this DUMP!

I used to like going to this place but after today's experience i will no longer go here. I get the same stuff every single time i go here but today i was overcharged by $8. I asked why so much and the lady spoke chinese or whatever and couldn't explain why.

Worse Bagel I ver had was hard and old. The drinks were also not very good either.

The staff is new and verrry rude. Won't be back again sadly, used to love this place. 👎👎

I called and talked to a man who said "come tomorrow I replace". I went in on 9/1 and told the girl exactly this. A man came out and told her to replace it but not before turning to me and saying "I reviewed the video and there was tuna, but whatever I replace it" and waved at me basically calling me a liar to my face and in front of other customers. I couldn't believe that this man, whether he was the owner or not would speak to a customer like this. The old owner was so nice and friendly. Sadly this will be the last time I come to this location. ..I will drive out to the Constitution location instead.

If I could post zero stars, I assure you that would be generous. I started enjoying this location of the Bagel Bakery in the early 80's. Warm bagels after church were a lovely treat. Fresh made bagel sandwiches for lunch while attending Salinas High, yum! I have been a loyal patron for decades. In the 90's I introduced my children to bagels and even took bagels with spreads to their birthday parties at Toro Park - San Benancio rather than cupcakes etc. Today this Bagel Bakery lost a customer. The Asian gentleman that works there treated my daughter like garbage. He was so blatantly rude, the other patrons we're commenting out loud. She went in about 1:10pm and placed an order. It was loud and rather than try to shout over the din, she showed the precise desired order typed out on her cell screen. When she was being handed the bag with her order, she asked if her order had been made to her specifications and was told no. It was clear he had not read her order fully. One of the sandwiches he made had both mayonnaise and cranberry sauce on it, for an example. She again showed him her phone that asked for the cranberries to be held. He got angry with her, told her he had already made her sandwich and would not make her another. He then asked her rudely, if she wanted the food or not. She declined. I repeat, this location lost a loyal customer(s) today.

Hands down the absolute WORST breakfast burrito I have EVER had. Ordered 2 bacon and sausage breakfast burritos and the ENTIRE burrito was egg. No sausage and no bacon. Paid $1.00 for each meat added too and they forgot to put any in there. It was bland and flavorless and was slimy and disgusting. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Customer service was garbage asked us four separate times if it was to go or for here. We told them FOUR TIMES to go and they brought our order to us on plates to eat in. Complete garbage
