02.08.2023 Excellent welcome even though we didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was full. We sat on the lovely balcony. The ravioli were delicious. The wood-fired pizzas looked great. The service was friendly and quick. The price was fair, €12 per person for ravioli and a glass of wine. We'll definitely be back to try the pizzas.

A fairly nice restaurant; we go there for the pizzas, which are very good and quite large, with a thick crust and generous toppings. The service is a bit slow despite the number of staff. A major drawback is the heat when the restaurant is full; it's very unpleasant and makes the experience quite stressful. Please note that there is no parking or wheelchair ramp.

We tried this place during a quieter period, when it wasn't crowded with tourists. The traditional local dishes, from the typical "raviole" to polenta concia, were generously portioned. The charcuterie board was very good. And the homemade bread, baked in the morning in the pizza oven, deserves a special mention. The service could be improved; while friendly, it was a bit disorganized and slow (considering the place wasn't crowded). The restroom was neat and clean. Dogs are welcome.

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante consigliatoci per le ravioles Per iniziare io e mio marito chiediamo un tagliere misto di formaggi e salumi Ci arriva un piatto con 4 fette di porchetta(famosissima porchetta della val varaita) tre fette di salame cotto e tre pezzi di formaggi di cui non conosciamo ancora adesso l’identità….un po’ misero di contenuti no? Siamo in montagna mannaggia la miseria! Comunque proseguiamo con queste decantate raviole Non male ,anche se a mio avviso poco cotti ….ne ho mangiati più buoni altrove Lo staff gentile anche se nel momento in cui ci portano il primo avevamo ancora il piatto sporco dell’antipasto Insomma si può fare molto di più

The food quality was fair to good, but I must point out that the menu published on the website differed in both quantity and, more importantly, prices compared to what was offered. The wait times were almost questionable, as the interval between delivery of dishes for the same table members was extremely long and unpleasant (three of the guests were eating while the other two watched the others eat for at least a quarter of an hour). The excellent cleanliness of the restrooms was much appreciated, and I highly appreciate it. However, the prices listed on the official website differed from those actually offered (the latter were obviously higher!). It's a shame. Clarity and transparency are essential.

I would like to point out that they do not accept dogs of any size, they are mandatory. However, they kindly set up a table along the street to accommodate us, we ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses: mortadella, spicy salami, cheese with chili pepper, cheese with fennel which are not local... I understand the convenience, but the expectation was totally different. Agnolotti with ragù that the waitress asks if we want cheese on top... And polenta with stew that did not make me dream: snowy polenta with grana and stew sausage and meat drowned in tomato... The bill: for the cheese on the pasta they asked for €2 more... I will not return to this place, too bad.
