scariest DQ i’ve ever been in, super quiet, all male staff who are over 5’8, no music, but had the most fire choco strawberry blizzard that was made in less than one minute.

I was tired from driving a long way so I was taking a long time to decide on my order and changed my mind at least twice but person who took my order made me feel like it was no big deal and it was nice. I am an ice cream lover so any review as far as that is concerned is gonna be good and dairy queen is no exception. The food I had was honestly ok because of the service ( she plugged my phone charger in and let my phone charge while I ate and she went out of her way to say hello to my dog and offered her a dog treat )

Only giving "atmosphere and service" a low rating because I personally feel that their employees should be more considerate and empathetic to customers that are people that walk. Perhaps not judge people so quickly and understand that sometimes people that have been walking a long distance (and people that regularly go there) need to sit and relax for a bit. If there are people outside not bothering anyone, not in any way making the facility look in any way negative.... Then they should allow them to relax, and not bother them and harass them and make them move. I understand that their are a lot of homeless people around and that they don't want to have people crowding and loitering... But maybe use your judgment a little better and definitely don't do it to PAYING customers. Because that's what happened to me .. I just ate there and paid and was waiting on a ride and was told I needed to leave. And then another time my friend was just done eating and I was giving him a ride, and I pulled in and as he was getting his things into the car , I was told that they weren't open yet by an employee and that I needed to leave. LIKE DANG! you have to go out of your way to be rude and demanding and have a power trip... Get it together and be a little more caring and nice.. but other then that. Most of the girls at the cash register are amazing and always nice when I'm ordering. And I'm addicted to their peanut butter sindaes 🤭🤫🤤

Brandon, 23 year old male. I went here to order and upon ordering there was a smug and arrogant male in the drive through acting like he is a brain surgeon and that his life is so hard by having to click an extra button on his touch screen im not sure how he will survive his endeavors and trials working his hard shifts at dairy queen. For future reference try employing people with less crappy attitudes and dont act like a six year old girl when someone is trying to order. And for Brandon stay in your lane considering you work for a fast food industry NOBODY needs advise from you just for future reference.

App says it closes at 10, Google says it closes at 10, the sign in front said it closes at 10. They closed it at 9:20 and cancelled the mobile order

Tried to go a few minutes before they were supposed to close and it looked like they had been closed for hours, even though they weren't supposed to be closed for half an hour. Managers need to do better hiring. Now I get to tear my entire kitchen apart at 10pm and potentially wake up my wife. Pathetic

The crispy chicken salad had one chicken strip. I explained the soda order several times and they were still messed up. I won't go to this location again. I usually go to the one on Biddle or West main and those locations have been decent.

We ordered 9 meals we have a big family. Wife and I have 7 children all living with us. So we ordered 9 meals and all the burgers were raw. I get it big order right. But still please take the time to do the job right. Things are not cheap anymore and we had to throw all that food out no to mention the hard earned money we spent to buy the food in the first place. So with that said I rate this experience a 1 star.

I'm just doing a review saying that they should update their menus with door dash and such. Why can one site allow a certain food for delivery and another not? That doesn't make sense.

MANAGEMENT, PLEASE READ - I just left this Dairy Queen. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff were nice enough, but the woman taking orders was making food without washing her hands: touching the computer screen, handling money, etc. and then making food. THEN, the other guy making blizzards and food (a tall, redhead gentleman with an ear piercing) WIPED HIS NOSE WITH HIS HAND AND CONTINUED MAKING FOOD. My wife and I both watched it happened and looked at each other in disgust. We tried talking about it loud so he would hear and hopefully wash his hands, he didn’t. I’ve never been so horrified at a fast food establishment in my life. If he had started making my food, I would have stopped him. But It should not be my duty to ask staff to wash their hands. He also appeared to be a manager (or at least employed longer), which I believe to be the source of the woman taking orders and not washing her hands. The example being set here is clearly as far below par as you can get. The woman should know to wash her hands, but if the manager is wiping his nose and making food, she’ll clearly think hygiene is not important at this location. DISGUSTED.
