IHOP deff did not disappoint this evening! Me and my boyfriend went in, service was on point, food was amaz-za-zing. We almost went to Huddle House but IHOPs pancakes are better haha I’m glad we went. Good job people!

I haven't dined at IHOP in years, but we stopped in for breakfast and we're pleasantly surprised. I ordered the avocado toast, which was deliciously cooked perfectly to order. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. It to a while to get our food after ordering, but it was a busy Sunday morning. I actually look forward to visiting this chain again!

IHOP is always awesome. Service, food, atmosphere; all of it. Its my favorite place to go to for breakfast. I got the Mexican trees leches pancakes and they were delicious. The coffee wasn't the best today, it was watery and not very tasty but usually it's really good so I may have gotten a bad batch 🤷🏻‍♀️ it happens. The servers were really kind and thoughtful even offering my baby a toy phone to distract him while we waited on his fruit to come. He was getting fussy, and this wasn't even our server but she noticed it and came by with the toy for him. I just love their custumer service and their food. Plus they have great deals and prices.

Food was good, got seated fast. Only issue is that we got asked if we were ready to order 4 times in a 5 minutes span. Got our drink orders and asked, then brought our drinks and asked again, and then literally 1 minute after that asked us again after we said we needed time to look. And then a minute later she asked us AGAIN. I looked at my phone and we had only been sitting for 5 minutes. Felt extremely rushed and like she just wanted to get us out of there. Kristina needs way more patience.

The food was good and service was great. The restaurant itself is pretty run down and there is dust everywhere. Especially on lamps above the tables. It also doesn’t smell the best in there. Food was a little bit pricey for simples dishes. Overall, I would eat here again but would like to see some improvements.

Food was good other than it took long! Which it was 12 o'clock in the night so I understand!

We were excited to return after the remodel. We entered and we seated immediately. It was pretty open for a Friday night. Visited the restroom and the men's restroom smelled very unfresh. Sat a table and immediately noticed a weird bug crawling on the table. We left the establishment w/ o ordering. Sadly, we did not choose to experience the food.

Portions are so small. I don’t know if this is to make up inventory counts or a corporate thing. I can understand paying more but not paying more for less. All we ask is you look at what’s coming out of the kitchen. I’m not one to complain to get something free but complain in hopes things get better or fixed. We have door dashed 2 orders this month and both times sad when opening the boxes. Either missing items or very small portions. I wish there was a restaurant in town that was consistently good. I’m tired of throwing away money. Just wish people cared a little more.

I had a not so great experience here. We were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. You would think the service would be great. However that was not the case. Our waitresse was hands down the worst. We had to yell at her across the restaurant just to get the check after waiting 15 minutes after our meals were done. High note the food was great.

Ordered crepes, got pancakes. Breakfast sampler wrapped in foil. Pancakes weren't cooked all the way. This was a delivery order if that makes any difference. I know San Angelo sucks but at least be able to make a pancake if I can't get the crepes I ordered :) (this was around 5pm today)

Literally stood at the front waiting to be seated with my family and no one came for 10 mins. Then another family came in and jumped in front of us and got seated before we did after we already were waiting at the front for 10 mins. Not one employee said anything to us while they walked by but as soon as the other old couple came in they stood there for less than a minute then were seated. We ended up walking out. Terrible service at this location. And it wasn’t even crowded.

I had a really disappointing experience with this IHOP on Christmas. My partner and I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up. The lobby was packed with people sitting in the waiting chairs, not even at dine-in tables, and it quickly became clear there was a serious issue. We were told the kitchen was closed or backed up, and orders were not being sent out. After waiting an hour and a half, our food still hadn’t even been started. At that point, we asked for a refund and were told yes, they took my name down and said it would be processed. On the 27th, I called back to check on the refund and spoke to a manager who told me it would take 3–5 business days due to refund issues and that other people were dealing with the same thing. Several days passed and I still did not receive my refund. This was $40 that I never got food for. I contacted corporate, was given a personal number to call if the refund didn’t go through, and was told to call back after another 3–5 business days. I’ve called that number multiple times, left messages, and have not received a single call back. At this point, I’m extremely upset and frustrated. Mistakes happen, especially on holidays, but the lack of follow-up, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I’m still waiting on my refund with no answers. I will not be returning.

Me and my wife went there for breakfast Saturday morning. Server was great. The food was a different store. Had a hair in my eggs. Let the waitress now. She took it and had more cooked for me. This time the eggs were over cooked. One thing I have noticed on here the owner will apologize and tell you it help to know so they can fix things. But never try’s to make it right. Want eat there ever again.

The food is always good. The service is not. There were three families waiting for tables. We had been there 20 minutes & we were not the first. Don't know how long the first family had waited but the mother finally went to the kitchen entrance to get someone to seat them. The girl that came up said " I am not the hostess but I can seat you. I dont know where she went." Almost 10 minutes later the "hostess" came up to seat us & the others behind us. She didn't have on a name tag & I asked her name. She said Isabell. She was terrible! None of the employees knew where she had gone & the wait was ridiculous. Something needs to be done to make this placeore efficient

We ordered food from IHOP for delivery which ive done several times before. It’s never been perfect but it’s at least been edible. Not this time!!! We ordered two breakfast meals, a senior sampler, and a biscuit/gravy combo. First off, they left the senior sampler out of the order completely! Then all the food in the biscuits and gravy combo were ice cold. The container of gravy came straight out of the fridge, ice cold, I order fried eggs over easy (they came cooked hard) it was like eating cold hard boiled eggs! Sausages were cold. Hash browns cold, not crisp. Horrible, just horrible! I called the delivery driver and he was too busy to go back to restaurant. I called IHOP and they just said said I could come in another day and get a free order of a free senior sampler. All she asked was my first name. I ask if she needed any more info from me, or my phone number or anything. She said no.

If I could give this a 0 I would. As a party of 2 - We waited an hour for our food to come out just to have to ask our waitress for an estimated time when it would be done. She then tells us that someone got our order and they can have it out in 5 min. Please do not waste your time or money.

Consistently the slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to, regardless of how many people are in. Almost an hour for eggs, hash brown and pancakes? Editing to add I tried again and placed a mobile order. Order was marked ready at 8:51, I arrived and checked in at 9. It’s currently 9:45 and they won’t even give me a time frame. There’s also 5 other people waiting at the same time. There is absolutely no reason why this happens every single visit. Guess we will try somewhere else going forward, because over an hour is outrageous. The worst part is the food is ice cold, so it had obviously been sitting and no one bothered to bring it up.

Arrived at 10am on a Friday and the restaurant was fairly busy, but there were open tables and no one waiting. It took a few minutes for us to be seated. I asked if my omelette could be made without butter and was told the kitchen only uses butter. Then we waited and waited for our food. Looking around there were 8 tables on our side of the restaurant without food. At one point two different parties walked in and waited to be seated…there was one waitress in the dining area and she was clearing a table. Those two parties turned around and left. Our table and the two tables beside us paid for our drinks and left. When asked one table beside us how long they had been waiting on food they said an hour. We left at 11am with only drinks and no refills on those.

Tables waiting over 20 minutes for food watched people walk out after waiting and this was all while I was waiting to be seated. A few servers looking at me just to ignore me and act like I wasnt there. Do not recommend coming here huge waste of time.
