Max was outstanding, friendly, engaging, and genuinely fun to talk to. He made the entire experience feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. Kim and Samuel were just as impressive, and it was clear that kindness and professionalism are part of the culture here. The space itself is beautiful. The interior design and presentation are striking and create a memorable atmosphere that elevates the whole visit. The food was very good overall. While I’ve had steak in San Antonio that I personally preferred, this was still high-quality with great flavor, just a bit richer and oilier than my taste leans toward. That said, it was far from disappointing and clearly prepared with care. If you’re looking for a place that delivers excellent service, a warm environment, their desert was also INCREDIBLE, especially the cheesecake brûlée. A visually stunning setting, this is absolutely worth visiting. I’d definitely recommend it.

Fogo de Chão delivered an absolutely wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm, and incredibly professional. Every member of the team made us feel welcomed and well cared for, anticipating needs before we even had to ask. The pacing of service was perfect, the explanations of the cuts were helpful, and the staff’s enthusiasm clearly reflected pride in what they do. It elevated the entire meal and made the experience feel special rather than routine. This is hospitality done right. We’ll absolutely be back, not just for the food, but for the outstanding service that made the night memorable.

We always receive EXCELLENT service that is very personalized and treated like family every time we come! The market table is phenomenal, and always fully stocked. Awesome first experience! Our servers Jocelyn and Rolando, and the Customer Service Manager, Kim, were so attentive. We wanted for nothing. I had their signature drink (in the picture). Loved it! The food was amazing, but our favorite was the lamb chops. *chef’s kiss* With dessert (key lime pie), I ordered decaf coffee (which is a big deal for me), but they only have one coffee pot so there was a little delay. Overall, it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

An extraordinary experience at Fogo de Chao! The food was amazing, every protein that came to our table was bursting in flavor and tenderness. My favorite was the lamb chops! Kim made sure our dining experience was phenomenal and that we were able to get what (including the grilled pineapple!). She is truly so kind hearted, empathetic and a great listener. Celebrated my niece 18th birthday. It was my first time experience, our waiter was super nice and patience to explain for us. We also ordered creme brullee and chocolate monte cake as dessert, and the creme brulee is on the house because of my niece birthday. The meat quality is supper good. I also love the salad bar.

We treated ourselves to a special dinner at Fogo de Chão after our maternity photo session, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and celebrated. The bartender was absolutely wonderful she crafted a delicious mocktail for me (since I’m expecting) and a refreshing mojito for my partner. Both drinks were spot-on! Around 8 PM, we were surprised with an incredible view of the fireworks from Six Flags. As huge fireworks fans, this was such an unexpected and magical moment that made our evening even more memorable. We ended the night with dessert to celebrate our first pregnancy, and it felt like the perfect sweet finish to a perfect night. Thank you, Fogo de Chão, for making this milestone evening so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Our dinner was outstanding. The quality and flavor of the food were exceptional, and the salad bar offered one of the most diverse and well-presented selections we’ve seen. Every cut of meat was perfectly prepared, but the grilled pineapple was the highlight—sweet, caramelized, and bursting with flavor. However, it did take quite a while to receive it after requesting it multiple times. Given how popular and delicious it is, it would be even better if it were part of the regular rotation with the meats rather than a special order item. Also, the Chocolate Lava Cake was amazing! Overall, an excellent dining experience, we look forward to returning soon. Many thanks to Kim, Joseph, and all of the servers. :)

Celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at our favorite restaurant but at their newest location. The staff was amazing. Kim really made us feel welcomed and attended to all of our needs. Orlando was on top of his game! Highly recommend this location. The view of sky through the beautiful tall windows was so breathtaking. Coconut mojitos are amazing!!!! Definitely will be coming back!

We visited Fogo de Chao over the holidays with a relatively large group. The food and ambiance were great although the service was lacking for the price we paid, almost as if the server already had a minimum set gratuity for the group so they focused elsewhere. There was a customer experience person who came to our table and gave us $20 off coupons for the next visit. Will not bring a large group here again.
