I’m giving 5 stars just for Kay who took care of me, and she knows really how to do her job and speak to tourists people, and she is the only one who made me comfortable in IHOP Miami.

They were AMAZING!! I came into the location since the order was messed up by the grubhub driver, food missing and bags opened. They were courteous, respectful and took the time to re do my order when they technically didn't have to. I give 10000000% stars if I could to Marlyn(manager) And Sanaa the server really made me feel like they cared and made it right. If I have to drive farther or pass 20 Ihops I don't care just to come to this one. They have a bad reputation because of all the "karens" and trolls but all it takes is talking to them as PEOPLE and not animals like most guests do. It's just so much easier to be kind than mean..thank you again and keep up the amazing work.

My First visit to this location, I called in ahead of time to make sure that I wouldn’t have to wait long to be seated.When I arrived there was no wait,we were escorted to table #42.our sever was (JADY) She did an awesome job,even though they were understaffed. 2nd day in a row eating here. Yesterday, our server was Lucy and she was attentive and polite. Our food had no issues and came out nice and hot. Today was a bit more crowded, but definitely worth the wait. Our server, Lisha made sure our order was correct and that we received our food as promptly as possible (it was really busy....mid-Saturday rush). Finally, although she wasn't our server, a young lady with a bright and bubbly personality had us and the staff cracking up...her name is Majela and all three of these employees deserve positive recognition. The teamwork that was exhibited by all members is worthy of praise. The next time I'm visiting the area, I/we will make sure to stop by for a bite to eat.

A simple IHOP in a decent location that’s very spacious and like other IHOPs. The whole restaurant seems clean and is mainly filled with booths to the sides and has normal chairs and high chairs towards the cashier and in the middle of the restaurant. I got a Cinn-A-Stack pancake, Original Buttermilk, and a Big Stake omlette. Everything arrived promptly and tasted fantastic. Their menu is quite large and has great options especially of pancakes (obviously) so it’s honestly perfect for families or groups to come together and try out different things. Overall, I think it’s a nice place to stop by for a sweet treat on the weekend especially.

So, I haven't been to an IHOP in a little while but we were all pleasantly surprised at this one, the food was terrific, everything was cooked well, and quickly, our server, "kay" was fantastic, super pleasant and an extremely hard worker, she was actually running around in order to keep up with the rush of the horse track letting out early Saturday evening, any establishment should be honored to have someone of that caliber working for them! Her and the cook, "T" are a phenomenal team, he was back there cooking, keeping pace with everything, didn't appear to be flustered one bit by the rush, he kept his cool and kept chugging along, and producing quality in the process. Our whole group thought the food was all prepared perfectly, and on a side note, the onion rings here are better than about 99% of what you will get anywhere else! The only bad remark that can be made is about the cleanliness of the restrooms, but considering that there's only the two of them there and they were totally holding down the restaurant, this can be overlooked. Food was pretty standard IHOP, Banana Fosters pancakes were tasty, eggs and bacon standard. The real star of the show was our server KAY. Great speedy service, kept our coffee and water fresh and full and overall a great attitude. Kay is the number one reason I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area, and the only reason this review goes from 3 to 5 stars.

I visited IHOP around 10 AM and the place was already quite packed, which usually means the food is worth it — and it was. Despite the crowd, the restaurant was clean and organized. I waited about 15 minutes for my meal, which was totally fine. The meat I ordered was delicious — juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The overall atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a nice spot for breakfast. Service was efficient even with the morning rush. Unfortunately, MANY things on the menu were sold out because of a busy weekend… we were here on a Tuesday so I think you should have been able to restock by this time. When the food comes cold, coffee cups dirty, everything else falls below adequate. Service was just ok because she was all over the place. I ordered crepes, they were cold; by the time my bacon arrived I was done eating crepes. This is only because I was really hungry. My mother's eggs were also cold. Never will come to this or any IHOP again.

We didn't wait long to be seated. Once we sat down. We waited about 15 min for a waitress. Once we ordered. We waited about 15 more minutes just to get a water. Then we got our food. Hashbrowns were under cooked. Bacon was under cooked. Toast came out after all did by like 15 min. The food took to long to come out. Waitress was nice. (Once we got one). All of them where hustling. Cash out was ok. 3 people in front of us. Person cashing out was talking to the hostess. Not greeting the people cashing out. Not a good overall experience.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had an experience like this at an IHOP. The food was just okay, nothing memorable. They forgot to bring the pancakes that came with my order, and we never received the water we requested. After our food was served, no one checked on us again. We ended up waiting for quite a while before getting up ourselves to pay, even though the restaurant appeared to be fully staffed. Overall, very disappointing service.

The service at the bar was not so pleasant. We sat at the bar for 10mins before any service was provided (please note we were the only ones at the bar at first). Finally, another waiter was asked to assist us after we sat there for 10mins at the bar. The frustration was not just us sitting at the bar but two other customers ordered way after us and they were served their food before us. That’s not what I call great customer service because we should’ve been informed prior to the other customers getting their meal that our food would be delayed. And for future reference - the waiters over certain areas should be mindful what’s stated in the midst of other guest.

The food was fairly typical but it took 45 minutes to get our food and that was about the last we saw of the waitress and then we had to beg for a ticket to pay to leave. We actually had to go stand at the cash register in order to be able to leave.

Forty-five minutes in two large groups came in so they worked on setting up tables for them. Half of the place was empty. They were clearly understaffed. This use to be one of my favorite places to go, today I just had to wait for like 25 minutes to be seated. I saw half of the restaurant closed and there is only one waiter to serve the side where they are sitting people. This is actually against any restaurant policy. Wth 🤦‍♀️ wow I use to smile when I came often with my kids but it’s like I will not return after today. That is unheard of to close half of the restaurant and let people wait because of management choosing to do this?! and only having one waiter. Very sad and disappointed ☹️

TL:DR; Friendly, but excruciatingly slow service. 22 minute wait for an online pickup order. This morning I used the IHOP app to place an order for three regular pancakes and four eggs with cheddar cheese. I set the pickup time as 11:15 and paid via the app. As I approached the counter at 11:17, I didn’t see any bagged orders waiting. The couple in front of me waited at the register nearly five minutes before someone walked over and actually took their order. While I waited, the hostess asked for my name and kindly went to check on the status of my order. She said that it wasn’t ready yet but they were preparing it. I stood and waited for another fifteen minutes and watched plate after plate after plate float past me and delivered to tables. I’ve had several frustrating online ordering experiences with IHOP over the past year and this is likely my last time placing an order for pickup. Clearly they prioritize customers who elect to dine in.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this IHOP. I called on 11/26/25 around 10:30 AM to place a pickup order and was left on hold for more than 45 minutes. Every time they finally answered, they would just put me back on hold without saying anything. I stayed on the phone the entire time while my sister went to the restaurant, and when she arrived, they were NOT even busy. She ordered normally in person and could clearly see the staff picking up the phone only to put it right back on hold. What a complete lack of respect for customers. I was calling to save time since I live far, and instead they wasted almost an hour of my day. Horrible customer service. Not recommended at all. This is the IHOP in Hallandale, FL.

This place is nothing like it used to be. The staff shows zero customer service, the floors are filthy, there’s no AC, the tables are sticky, and, believe it or not, there’s no silverware. They even wipe tables while customers are already seated. Ants crawl along the walls, and no one in the kitchen wears a hairnet. I honestly wonder how they pass state inspection. The only positive part of my experience was my host, Lucy, who truly tried to make up for everything else.

SHE REPLY YES IN A LITTLE WHILE AND CONTINUE TO FIXING THE TABLES AND AT 9:17 A LADY WALKED IN WITH BALLOONS TO CELEBRATE SOMETHING AND THE ENTIRE CREW WAS PAYING HER ATTENTION AT 9:20 WE WALKED OUT, GOT IN OUR CAR AND WENT RIGHT TO DENNY'S TO GET BREAKFAST AND IT WAS GREAT , WE WERE SEEN , WE WERE GREETED, WE WERE SEATED, AND WE WERE WAITED ON ,THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT , THE SERVICE WAS GREAT , GREAT AND GREAT AND OUT WAITRESS WAS AWESOME , AND BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS

My partner and I got there at 12:20 PM, about two sections of the restaurant were half full. We were sat immediately, but that was the ONLY thing immediate about our visit. We then waited 10 minutes to have our server, Jade, come acknowledge us and take our order. We waited 20 minutes for plain coffee and iced coffee, then an additional 5 minutes for water. Our order was already in, but after waiting over 45 minutes for our food we just got the check for both coffees and left. There were a couple servers and kitchen staff that were hustling and working so hard, but they were FAR overshadowed by the rest of the team. The rest of the team was gossiping loudly, talking about gross topics relating to the food, and picking on each other. There was no music playing, so everyone sitting near the bar/kitchen area could hear it all. The atmosphere was horrible, and I love diners of all kinds, but I mean HORRIBLE. They were “cleaning” tables by wiping the table’s food mess onto the floor and leaving it there. The floor was sticky with syrup, wet with water, and covered in food. My partner had all her silverware, but I did not, which never mattered because we left without eating. When we got up to pay at the register, our server didn’t even notice. Another server had to go get her, all the while I could hear a female server threatening to eat a customer’s French fries if someone did not run them to the customer soon. Our server tried to get us to stay by telling us our food was almost ready, which was a dead lie as we could see the kitchen and were listening to them the whole time. They had made one (1) side biscuit out of our entire order thus far. We recommend the Moonlite Diner in the Oakwood Plaza, they were PACKED by the time we got there and we were eating within 20 minutes.

Just came for breakfast & it was very slow barely 8 people inside but yet they had us waiting long to be seated two employees ask us if we need seat but no one seated us & we were left just standing there. Both waitress were rude and I called to speak with the manager and he refused to answer or give his name. Very unprofessional and rude . Just go to the Dennys right across the street like we did . Excellent food & great customer service and also we were seated in less than 30 seconds at dennys.

Today on December 3, 2025 @ 11:15 am, we were seated at our table. Upon being seated, my husband and I waited 10-15 minutes before anyone came to service us. The manager took our order and left. Another 15 minutes passed and our waitress finally came to greet us. It took about another 15-20 minutes for us to receive our food. My husband and I both ordered an omelette with turkey bacon and pancakes. My omelette unfortunately had pork bacon which I cannot eat. Our waitress took the food back and explained to the cook that the omelette was incorrect. Instead of him just saying okay and making another one, he had a nasty attitude and started arguing with the waitress and manager. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable with him cooking my food. IHOP needs to do better with customer service, wait time and proper behavior in the workplace!

Ordered at 10:43 am on 1/31/26 and just received it at 11:53am. And the manager didn’t want to take accountability for why everyone after us was eating before us she just kept making excuses. The server is new and yet they left her hanging by herself. One of my sisters said no mushrooms because she’s allergic and they put mushrooms on her plate and she didn’t see it because it was covered by the steak and bit into it. I do not blame the server I blame the manager because she kept saying she was new and left that poor girl hanging, but she was making all the other servers got their food but ours. An HOUR WAIT!!!!!! Definitely disappointed anagin IT IS NOT ASHLEY’S FAULT THE MANAGER NEEDS TO DO BETTER

The food was decent but served luke warm. The atmosphere is that of a basic restaurant. Our waitress is what ruined the experience. Our server, Lisha, started off with a smile and took our order. When she repeated it back, she got mine slightly wrong but figured she wasn't writing anything down, why create confusion and said "sounds good". She brought a cup of coffee for one, didn't bring the side of water and didn't leave a coffee carafe. We received no refils or a follow up in the 30 minutes we waited for our food. We got the food and I attempted to ask for refills and syrup with no response. I tried two more times to get her attention in the span of 15 min. When she finally came over, she acted annoyed. I asked for the beverage refills as well as syrup. She dropped a syrup bottle on the table and the carafe and I said I would like new pancakes as these are soggy and cold. She scoffed and walked off. I said "thats a bit rediculous" and she snapped back saying "your rediculous". Minutes later she came with my soda refill and harshly set it on the table. 10 mioe minutes pass and I finally get my pancakes that she brisky threw on the table causing them to almost slide onto my lap. My fellow party said I should say something because this has been terrible and that was really uncalled for. When she never came with the check I flagged down another server who was so sweet. She asked me what was wrong as I said Im just trying to pay and leave and she noticed the pancakes with one bite take , so I told her the experience. She was apologetic and had my meal removed. The manager was too busy to engage and she apologized on the restaurants behalf. Even paying the bill was terrible as I guess the server who assisted you is to come to the register to close the ticket. She again ignored us and after waiting several minutes, I again engaged the nice server who said "Wow, I'm so sorry" and took payment. I thanked her for her kindness and left I stopped going to iHOP 15 years ago for similar negative experiences. I gave it a go as we were traveling but I see their practices haven't changed.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this specific location. Our server Reneè refused to acknowledge me or my family after 30 minutes of me sitting at my table. She chose to serve her own family before mine and they arrived 30 minutes after me. They received a warm welcome and had their orders taken and received drinks before I could even be acknowledged after raising my hand for service and eventually shouting across the restaurant. Worst part of it, it’s my son’s birthday and this was the first stop of his birthday and his experience was ruined.

This is a fairly large restaurant. We were seated and wanted. Before I knew it we had waited 30 minutes without a server coming over. Finally after a little while longer I started to look around and no one else had food or service. One lady went to the counter to retrieve some of order. Finally my daughter asked where is our server. She was busy is what we were told. Finally a kind young server came over and took our order. But she said she wasn't our server and would take our order. It still took another 25 minutes to get our food. Our server came once and never came back. After an hour and forty minutes we were finally out the door. After we mentioned this to some of our family that lives in this area, we were told this is a regular occurrence. Bad service and long wait times. Although there were at least six people in the kitchen our total wait time was still almost two hours. However, Katelyn came and gave great service despite the situation. Our actual server never came back

My recent dining experience was appalling and unacceptable. I witnessed multiple serious violations of basic food safety and customer service standards. First, a waitress openly ate French fries directly from a customer's plate. Second, kitchen and wait staff were handling food without hair nets, posing a significant hygiene risk. Third, the front-of-house and kitchen staff engaged in loud, unprofessional arguments in front of patrons, revealing a chaotic and poorly managed environment. Additionally, I waited ten minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence to take my order. The overall disorganization and lack of hygiene were so alarming that I chose to leave without eating. This establishment urgently requires an FDA inspection. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid it."

Awkward and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Took about 7 minutes to even be acknowledged at the host stand. Received a cold “Someone will seat you soon” from a lady at front cashier. Waited about 5 more minutes to be seated while available servers debated about how they were not going to take our table because it was their time to leave. This was audible from one end of the restaurant to the front. No shame whatsoever. Ashley eventually attended to us. Although she was pretty gracious, she did rush us and even dropped the check before I finished eating. I was never promoted for dessert or asked if I wanted anything else. Wait staff not wanting to take our table because they were clocking out, yet lingering in premise having inappropriate conversations in front of the few guests that were present. NO SHAME WHATSOEVER. I felt embarrassed for “assistant manager” who seemed to indulge such behavior. Zero class, zero professionalism, very trashy behavior at a corporate establishment like this is beyond sad. Higher ups really need to look into this venue. This tarnished my impression of this company, and I will never set foot in any IHOP ever again. Disgraceful beyond words. I can’t even express how awkward this was for us. We had to get up and fetch syrup and ketchup from neighboring tables due to lack of service and attentiveness, but then most tables didn’t even have condiments on them and were not even wiped down. Between servers eating in the back, being on phones, and talking about how they wanted to smoke, service was lacking. JUST HORRIBLE! 😞

We are visiting from California, and IHOP is one of our favorite places, which is why we chose to come to this location. Unfortunately, this visit was the exception and did not reflect the positive experiences we have had at other IHOP restaurants. From the beginning, the service was poor. The server walked us toward a table while seating another guest and then told us, “Wait here, they’ll clean the table shortly,” seemingly expecting us to stand and wait for someone to clean the table she intended to seat us at. There were many empty and clean tables available, so we chose to sit at the table next to it. This location clearly needs better customer service and more staff. There were only three employees working: one in the kitchen and two handling the register and front desk. Because of this, several tables were dirty. Additionally, the front staff were talking to each other from one side of the restaurant to the other, which felt unprofessional and negatively impacted the atmosphere. It took approximately 15–20 minutes to take our drink order, another 20–30 minutes to take our food order, and a similar amount of time for the food to be served. Regarding the food, we ordered steak with broccoli, but they didn’t have any broccoli, so I opted for the house salad, which was very basic—just lettuce leaves. My husband ordered an omelet with hash browns, which were very dry. He also ordered crepes, but they added too much cream inside and excessive honey on top. It was lunchtime, yet the restaurant was incredibly empty.

IHOP is usually one of my favorite places for breakfast, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this location was the exception. From the moment we arrived, there was no one at the front to assist us. With the restaurant practically empty and plenty of available tables, we decided to sit at one of them. After about 20 minutes, a waitress finally approached us—only to tell us that we were not allowed to sit there and that we had to go back and wait in line. Due to the lack of attention, poor organization, and overall bad service, we decided to leave. We then went to another IHOP location and had a completely different experience. The staff welcomed us right away and provided excellent service from the start. Special thanks to the team at 2754 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33020 for restoring our faith in IHOP. If you want a better IHOP experience, I highly recommend going to that location instead.

No stars on no days for me. Where did this IHop learn about presentation, culinary skills and effective communication. I came in was seated and asked for 3 buttermilk pancakes and hash browns with onions. The pancakes were pancornbread. It crumbled just like cornbread. When my hash browns came out, welp the picture is attached. They gave me onions alright. Red ones and cut any and every size I can imagine. They must have assumed I would be impressed. Not at all this is something as a waitress I would not have even served. She didn’t mind serving this to me. Really disgusting food, presentation and customer service just horrible.

They take ages to seat, serve and charge u. The women bathroom faucet is bad so it splashes u all over your clothes instead of your hands... Waited 20 minutes to be seated, they brought the wrong order, couldnt find the waitress to change it for another 15 minutes, im writing this in the line to pay and finally leave but its taken 20 more minutes for someone to let us pay... dont waste your time here, not worth it. The workers dont even try
