I really enjoyed eating here with my grandson, the young man at the register was very kind. My food was ready right away and it was fresh & hot. The atmosphere was relaxing and before I left I got a tea refill witch the lady behind the counter gave me a fresh new cup filled with sweet tea and a big smile. The employees at this location are always very friendly and not just inside, but also thru the drive thru.

Out of all the McDonald’s I have been in…this location is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to. I chose to dine-in, the staff is the nicest McDonald’s staff I have ever interacted with. The Manger and her team gets a 10 star as far as I’m concerned!! Keep it up y’all!

Kinda pricey but I love the fish sandwichs. We had ticket 178 and spent $40.21 on a #7, 3-#3's and a chicken nugget kids meal. We are from harlingen TX and only came to San Antonio to get my son off the plane after a 8.5 hour flight with no food so a #3 was for him when he got off the plane at midnight. He was very hungry and didn't care but I did. I'm posting a pic of his #3. I'm not sure what could be done if anything but figured it should be brought up. It was pink which was more like medium rare

THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS!!! It’s rare for me to leave a review but this location is by my office so I stop here pretty frequently. The staff are always very friendly and greet you with a smile! I have NEVER had an order done wrong or had anything left out. I appreciate all that these employees do!

I gave a five star today because of Barb Every time we go and decide to go inside there is a super cute lady name Barb. She makes your visit so worthwhile. She is very sweet happy and attractive. We really need more Barb on every McDonald’s 🫶🏼

What can I say. It's McDonald's. Food was served quickly....albeit a lil' sloppy... but portions were good. Basket of fries not really a 'basket'. More like a LARGE FRY DUMPED IN2 A BASKET.... borderline false advertising.... All in all it's alrite value 4 ur $. I will say that thle Hot & Spicy McChicken sandwich patty was pretty darn big! Maybe they changed vendors? I don't know but it was def filling! Overall I give thisMcDs off IH10 & Wurzbach a solid 4.5 overall!

Came in through the drive-thru to buy some food and the employees were in the sweetest people I've ever met and they gave my my pups little pup cups and thank you guys for being so genuinely sweet to my animals and giving them the pup cups you guys are amazing and I recommend this place

I've only been ordering food through the drive thru so this is my first time eating inside the restaurant. The employees are always on check with the customers, everything is stocked and ready to order. I like this place a lot.

Place for families. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The Play Place is always clean. Touch screen games on the table. Food is nice and hot and quickly served (hence fast food), if you're coming for the food. Every Saturday they have different theme of crafts to do between certain hours. The kids like it here so we travel come to this location.

The last two times I’ve been here I’ve done a mobile order and the first window was extremely rude so I decided just to do a curbside today and the boy that brought my food out was so sweet and had me double check stuff and asked if I needed anything else.

Super excellent service. This location is on a main interstate, IH-10 by Wurzbach Rd.& is always staffed appropriately to manage the extreme high level of business. The managers are all working managers and are always available to correct any mixup with orders. This is my go to McDonald's location. I use the app a lot, so I use the curbside, but occasionally walk in to order. I am always satisfied with the quality and superior service.

This location has the best service I've had at a McDonald's! I don't expect good service when I go to McDonald's, but the staff here always have the best attitude and it's such a good experience. I haven't had one bad experience or poorly prepared food at this location.

I went inside which I have never done at this location and I was surprised at the layout. It was surprisingly clean and layout did not align with the traditional Mc Donald's store layout.

I always stop by this McDonald’s, especially late at night when everything else is closed or when I need a quick grab‑and‑go meal. The food is consistently hot and fresh, which I really appreciate. The only downside is the long wait in the drive‑thru, but overall it’s still a reliable spot for a good, quick meal.

I come by this location very often and most of the times I interact with this gentleman named James. He is absolutely exceptional. I can’t believe I get to interact with such a high quality individual like this at two in the morning. he gets it, he pushes through while wearing a smile and I know he has circumstances in his life that make it that much harder for him to work at this job. What I find interesting is that I only have that information because I was very interested in such an exceptional individual and so I went ahead and asked him about it and about himself. Not because he forced it on me but because I cared to pry deeper. I learned plenty from him and I was humbled by his attitude, as I myself am someone in the hospitality industry. This location has a piece of gold in James and I hope they recognize just how valuable he is because he is the type of individual that could make waves in an organization if recognized appropriately. Congratulations to the McDonald’s off I-10 by warzbuck because currently they are employing a truly special person. He’s the type of person that affects my interaction so positively that even as I sit here and write this I no longer care if my order is right or wrong or perfect or bad. I got to talk to James tonight and that’s more valuable than quick service or being right or perfect. We often forget these things, but every now and then we meet an individual that reminds us what it’s like to be human and interact with others. It’s interactions like this that foster community and individuals like James that are the catalyst for bridging these gaps. I often wish I had my own business and could steal/poach James and give him the life I believe he deserves. I hope this speaks volumes because that was my intention.

I had enough McPoints to redeem for a Quarter Pounder and we had spotted the McDonald’s near our Hyatt Place on I-10. The app made ordering easy and we saved a little bit with the redemption. Our food came out in just a few minutes. The young man who brought us our order was professional and friendly. When the employee saw our dogs he asked if they’d like a PupCup…he ran inside and came back with some whipped treats for the dogs. Much thanks for taking care of some hungry travelers!

Tried the new chicken Big Mac it’s good taste like nuggets with Mac sauce. This location gets pretty busy during the lunch hour I waited additional more time after my order was ready when I dined in. Definitely never again would I dine in, I would recommend order on the app instead.

I'm here almost every other day as I live close by..the staff is always super friendly and attentive, however when I went for breakfast on Sunday the 12th, I got the incorrect order and as I already left I didn't go back. It was just one sandwich I got an egg McMuffin but I ordered a sausage biscuit with egg, small mistake but I also ordered coffee with sugar and it had cream in it. Food was a little cold. Still want to rate high as I never usually encounter problems at this location,could have been a new employee,stuff happens, maybe use it as a training tool, but I will still frequent this location often.

Was short on time and needed something quick to eat. Placed our order for dine-in at the Kiosk and took our tent to the table. After 25 minutes of waiting for our food approached the front counter. Asked for a manager, was ignored, then was told that one of the young people working front of house, who seemed to ignore me, did not speak English. Ok, Grace given. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get to speak to a manager who doesn't apologize, just says that she just arrived. She did however take my receipt and I am certain she saw that our order had been served off and forgotten about. While we were waiting on our food three young men came out from the kitchen to greet their friends in the lobby and shake their hands and give hugs and then proceeded to give those people their food. They were not on break and I was without food and this frustrated me. Took an hour and 25 minutes to get two cheeseburgers, a basket of fries, and two snack wrap meals. Worst service I have ever received at this location.

This is one of if not the dirtiest McDonald's that I have gone to. Every table seemed to be dirty, and I did not see any of the employees cleaning up. They took longer than usual preparing the food, and I was missing two items from my order.

We were told we can't buy a happy meal toy by itself anymore ( sonic happt meal). We don't consume their food products. The atmosphere is nothing to rave about, although food network shows on the monitor. Transients are common at this location, so be sure to bring your own sanitizer if you eat inside. They like to hang out for as long as possible, putting their stuff on the table, floor, outside the door ( hence the no loitering sign). Cops were there when we visited to get a happy meal toy. So, sanitary practices are questionable as far as the dining area is concerned. Service is fine, didn't experience anything bad.

Understand I loath Kiosk ordering. We as a society have taken out any human contact which is not good. Other than that it's McDonald's, the order was wrong and it was ran by unhappy people mad at their life choices. But it's cheap and easy on the go.

I HATE giving bad reviews but I just couldn't anymore, I ordered the Big Breakfast with pancakes and didn't get the hash brown and Sausage McMuffin bundle no hash brown. This is food for later at work and I don't get a complete meal. Also the drive thru girl and the one that takes it to you have no energy, no drive no good customer service. Just one of the most depressing good mornings and groaning. Just terrible start to a Monday

This location is easy to access, and the staff are helpful. However, major negative points due to the conditions of the restrooms. Filthy is too kind a word....gross, used paper products everywhere including all over the seats, unavailable soap, no towels (dryer did not work in the men's), bowls were partially obstructed by paper and visible waste. I dont recommend consuming food in or from a location that has visible filth everywhere that an employee would touch / be exposed to due to the high risk of contamination. I was going to take pics but frankly I was so disgusted that I was concerned about exposure via air particles so I quickly left.

Went thru drive thru ordered meal with milkshake which is an extra charge. Milkshake was nasty so exchanged it for Diet Coke and asked for the money difference back. Manager came out to my car and refused to give me the change back. She was RUDE when I asked for the change and told me that it’s only 80 cents.

I repeated my order to the cashier once I got to the window making sure he got my order correct. He stated yes with a attitude. I pulled up to the next window and I was told to pull to number 12 my order will be out shortly. The cashier brought my order out and I checked my bag and the order was completely wrong. I was trying to explain to the cashier it was wrong and it's like he had a hard time understanding me. I took my order and went back inside the restaurant. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she took her time coming to the front. This store always messes up my order. I would avoid eating here.

I have been coming here for years. Yesterday afternoon was the worst. In drive thru was told to leave drive thru park in take out #6 with someone already parked there. Went back through drive thru showed receipt explain what happen was told pull up to the car that was behind me. What??? Person came out multiple times with my order in their hands and refused to give it to me because I already had my drink. I was promised because of the delay they would make my order fresh instead getting my original order that was found in take out and was cold. This location is extremely convenient for me but with service like yesterday I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else

How are you advertising the snack wrap meal but when pulling up at the drive thru we’re told that it doesn’t start until tomorrow? Don’t advertise if you don’t plan on already selling. Let girl know there was a missing small fries in kids meal. Girl stated just started new batch. Never brought to us. Totally ignored it when confronted after her taking a different order when we simply asked for drink refills. Manager gave missing fries and took care of mistake.

They been getting orders wrong and doing whatever they want I order a 2b with just cheese bacon and ketchup and they marked the opposite and gave it to me with pickles and mustard went back to get it fixed and they still made it wrong it was a single patty they added another patty with mustard bacon pickles with no cheese so I still got my order wrong they basically dont listen at all!!

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. We were called racial slurs by customers and the manager on duty was one of the most rude and condescending people I’ve ever met. Most of the general employees were nice but definitely not the MOD. definitely thinks she’s too good to take orders and help customers. Dirty floors, sticky from the days spills. And smells of urine and toilet through entire restaurant

So normally I don't write reviews but I had a lousy experience with my meal. I ordered a quarter pounder, I received my food and noticed my fries were burnt, took a bite and they were flavorless and hard. Had spoke to one of the employees about it. and then I proceeded to eat my burger, that was lacking cheese. which I kept my composure and asked for cheese. While my fries finally showed up, employee hands them to me and starts to cough near me and the food. granted he did cover his mouth, but it just overall ruined my experience. And I would not recommend going to this mcdonald's nor will I be going back out of time and money wasted.

Was in line for breakfast in drive thru. Had 25 minutes to get a client to an appointment two blocks away…..took up the whole 25 to wait and never got my order. Had to leave and could not wait anymore. Cars behind me were being served and given their food while my client wasted for his sausage biscuit. But I guess making a biscuit sandwich takes a rocket science degree and takes an immense amount of time to make! You can keep my money McDonald’s, you obviously need it to pay your incompetent employees

I had to leave a review for this visit. After placing order at drive thru, pulled up to window to pay. Waited for a while, no one came. Pulled up to the pickup window and tried to pay, explaining no one was at first window. Extreme language barrier, as the employee did not understand what I was trying to tell him. (English is my second language, please know that I am not discriminating against this individual). After a lot of back and forth, a manager came and took our payment. We then were asked to pull forward to wait for our order. I am patient...but 24 min later...someone finally came out and asked "Can I see your receipt? What did you order?" I hope management makes some changes. Not coming back.

I came by at 12:47am on August 15th and the manager there was RUDE!! She had nothing but attitude because I called a the new shake a damn smoothie and because I asked if the cookies could be fresh she speaks to the guy at the window terrible and poor management because he didn’t know what he was doing! I come here all the time and had nothing but good aspects about this place but this one late night run ruined it. I will not be back if I’m going to get nothing but attitude and her ugly looks. This was one of the worst experiences at any McD's I have had. We went in an ordered and paid. No receipt printed and an employee said they were out of receipt paper. When we went to sit down, the tables were blocked off. Further, no signs on the door that the dining room was closed. We asked an employee if we could sit and she said yes. A few minutes later, a different employee came and said we couldn't dine in. We told him someone else said we could, he rudely stopped us and said we couldn't. So I asked for a refund... and he asked me for the receipt. I told him that no receipt printed because they were out of paper. He signed and went to their screen, took a picture of it with his phone and proceeded with the refund. He then said that it would take 3-5 days for me to get the refund and if I didn't, he said to call back and speak with the manager; however, he added that he didn't know when she would be in so try and ask for Annette, that she might be in. Again... horrible experience.

Came here last night and the man at the register got my order wrong. It was a simple mistake as I wanted 2 happy meals not 1 and the man didn’t even repeat my order when I paid so I thought it was correct. I pull up to receive my order and this young man gives me one and that’s when he tells me that I only paid for one. I said “ok well I ordered two” then he says “well you need to go all the way around again and order because there isn’t a register here”. Mind you the line was long and that was ridiculous as he could have just walked to the register and corrected my order. I ask for the manager and she comes to the window and doesn’t even ask me what was the problem she just went off what he had told her and she tells me I need to go around. I told her “I HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE!” Then what really upset me was that she thought I didnt want to pay for it because she says “Well are you going to pay for it” LOL you have to be kidding me over a 6 piece happy meal I ain’t that cheap. This McDonald’s has terrible people working for them it’s not my first time here either but this one did it to give them a bad review finally.

I had an extremely poor experience with Julissa, an unprofessional employee. I placed an order through the drive-thru checkout, and the entire order was incorrect twice after informing the employee that I was missing items. The customer service was abysmal, and the store appeared to be extremely dirty. It is imperative that the store provides additional training to its employees to ensure proper order fulfillment and maintain a clean environment. There is also a need for better direction and oversight to ensure that all employees are following up with customers regarding their orders. [DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL !!!]

Apparently they don’t know the mobile app deal codes can’t be used more than once within 15 minutes? Was on the drive thru and they rang me up the full price and was asked to give the code again at the window. A new code generated and the supervisor or whoever said that i didn’t give a code when i did. When i told him to ask the girl that took my order he refused and was giving me a hard time. I explained the app doesn’t allow more than once code to be used every 15 minutes. He refused to listen so I guess he doesn’t know how the app works.

My husband and I go to this McDonald’s very often both for breakfast and dinner, and the difference between the two has always been appalling, but today has truly taken the cake. As soon as we walked in the door people at the counter were lined up with complaints of wrong orders and poor service. We ordered at the kiosk got our cups and went to the lobby to take a seat and literally every table was disgusting. This isn’t a new thing at night, but I usually get some hand sanitizer and napkins and clean a table for us but there was none to be found so I couldn’t do that. We find one decent enough so we sit down and our food comes, and the sm frappe (with caramel and choc syrup) I ordered wasn’t there so I told the girl and she looked at me and walked away. I waited and she never came back so I go up there. She’s up there bagging orders. She turns around looks at me and walks to the frappe machine and starts my frappe. I wait she makes it and hands me a medium with the syrups dumped on the top. Whatever I’m not expecting much at this point I just go back to my seat. We’re eating and I watch as 3 employees huddle up in a corner for 15 minutes on their phones. Manager comes up and doesn’t say anything. No one tries to even touch the lobby. The main girl who was taking orders on front counter stood there leaning on the register for the entirety of our visit only to come out to the lobby to get herself a drink and go back to leaning on the counter. She did hand out a couple online orders and while doing so she proceeds to take her gloved hands pick up her hat and scratch her head as well as touch her face and then continued to mess with peoples food. 15 minutes went by before we left and she still had not changed those gloves. Mind you we were there for almost 45 minutes and in that time I can’t count how many people came back up or came in from the drive thru because their orders were messed up. We love this McDonald’s that’s why we come here but the night crew is literally running this great store into the ground. The morning crew is amazing and we almost never have issues but the night crew is the opposite especially we’ve noticed when the manager pictured is on shift.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. This location, more than others, have messed up orders and on one occasion, when I had asked for a large drink, which was missing from the order that I paid for, they gave me a drink that appeared to have been grabbed from a table a previous customer was sitting at (drink was not filled up all the way and the ice was mostly melted). Will never come to this location again.

Always mobile, they Miss up on my order , then they cancel, every time . I ask for a manager, and never get one, just say , he /she gonna say the same thing. Smh. Always disrespectful, no answers, just attitude, never A solution. If you don't like your job go some where else . INDUSTRY

McDonald's @ Fm 78 worst service. I order Happy Meals and verify the Toy we are getting but as soon we got our order the give us a different toy. They don't even advise us when we are picking our order and just discover it when we check. When ask them that's the only time they told us they run out of stock and we tried to return it and demand refund they told us they don't have cash and no apology just turn their back on us.

Waited in drive through for 5 minutes just to be told they aren’t taking orders anytime soon because the system is “rebooting” for breakfast. How long can that possibly take?! Just before that we were at another location down the road and they said there only accepting cash. Get it together McDonalds! It’s not rocket science…

The reviews are bad for a reason. We waited 30 minutes for our food, the line was busy so I can understand that but when we got to the window we waited longer because they lost our order. They forgot the sauce also and the lady in the window looked annoyed at us for checking our order when they lost it in the first place. Mc Donald’s is good but not THAT good also the location is probably one of the worst.

Manager Jose is very rude and shouldn't be going to work with the attitude he displays. Completely ignoring customer, prioritizing his ego and acting busy instead of providing adequate service to the customers. When I greeted him and said "Hello Jose, how are you doing?" His response was "What? What do you want?" This individual shouldn't be dealing Face to face with customers, much less managing. Please don't let this review unnoticed and Id like a follow up on this. Thank you

This morning we drove thru and ordered 3 breakfast meals. We were asked to pull forward and they would bring our food to us. After waiting for 15 minutes I went in to see what was going on. There were 3 other customers in the lobby all upset for various reasons, the manager apologizing to each one as she tried to “fix” their orders or to fill their orders. When she got to me, they had no idea we were waiting on our order, asking “you didn’t get your order?” It took another 15 minutes for them to fill it. Good thing I checked before leaving because the order wasn’t correct. The line stafff were argumentative with the manger and the place just seemed to be disorganized. While I was inside trying to get our order one of the employees came out and said to my husband he wished he could help but that’s how things run at this location. We won’t be back!

I am disappointed. I work in the medical field and I’m just getting off a shift around 10-ish. I go through the drive-through to order my food. I ordered a big Mac meal medium and then I asked for a small coffee. I get up to the window and the lady asked me if they already gave me a coffee. I told her no she kinda was disgusted not with me. I guess whoever should’ve made the coffee, but it was her window that gives me the coffee so I don’t understand. Then she checks the coffee maker there’s no coffee instead of offering me something else. She just told me to drive up and I don’t know if she told me to drive up to the next spot and stay there and wait or she said spot two regardless I’m sitting out here for a while and I thought OK maybe she did say too. I drive around to the front. There’s somebody in parking space number two. So I park I go inside. I wait for a while like other people are waiting and no one is at the front counter. I see the drive-through of course they’re busy. They look a bit confused with each other. She finally comes out to give someone else their food. Not very happy I imagine she does not like her job or it’s been a horrible night for her. Either way I stopped her on the way back behind the counter and said you were getting my coffee? She says yeah she goes off. She makes my coffee. She comes back and just hand me the coffee. No thank you sorry for the delay or anything. I get home. My food is cold, but guess what? My burger was never warm. In fact I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there because my cheese wasn’t even melted. It was that cold. I am so not happy. I tried calling, but I couldn’t even get anybody on the phone. The only thing that worked out was that I got my coffee but now I’m so mad I don’t even want it.

What’s the point of ordering ahead on the app and paying ahead if I can’t even get my order. I ordered breakfast before breakfast left the app because I know by the time I got there I would be 5 minutes past breakfast. But since I didn’t show up to McDonalds before 10:30 I couldn’t get my order. I arrived around 10:35 the latest and was told no I can’t have my order they already canceled it. When I asked for proof of cancellation I was then shown how to cancel the order on my app and I had to cancel it myself.

This is supposed to be fast food, but every time my husband comes here he waits at least 5 minutes for his order. There are plenty of employees, yet the food still takes forever. There used to be no waiting spots — you got your food and left. Now you’re just standing around wondering what you’re even waiting for.

My daughter ordered 41.00 worth of food that was delivered thru Door Dash. The burgers were dry, cold and one was missing bacon. The fries were cold and tipped upside down. We called and spoke to manager three times. She kept on disconnecting and said she refused to correct the order. I am going to health department.

I placed a drive-thru order for four people, which included six chicken nuggets. When I got home, the nuggets were missing. I went back to the restaurant, (drive thru again) and they told me to go to the second window.. I explained the situation, but the employee didn't say anything and she closed the window in my face. They opened it again, handed me the box, said "thank you" and then closed the window in my face again. They didn't say "I'm sorry" or "my apologies," nothing. I got home again and there were only FIVE pieces.. I'm not surprised they have so many bad reviews because of the same situation.

Omg we’re do I start Walked in and 6 people in line no one helping, I waited 5 min and still no one help not 1 customer in line. So I skipped everyone and asked is hello! Is anyone going to help us ALL out. The girls with Hijab on there head just looked back like they didn’t understand me or the customers and walked away. Finally I asked for a manager and after 1 min or 2 some young girl helped out. But we decided to order on screen when it finally opened up. Place could use some wipe downs on tables we sat down in kids section because it was the only table clean. Could also use something for muski smell. But not wiped I wiped down my self. The Food took about 20 ish min to receive- the girls with the Hijabs had family waiting for them in kids playground and kept taking them food and stayed to talk w them instead of getting our food. We finally got our food after I went up to ask how much longer. Food was ok not great for the wait. The whole hr I was there they had a line. It was ridiculous we wanted to order a pie and ice cream no one was helping on counter it’s like their focus was just drive through. I was over it by then some boy came out from the back just to give his friend or relative a drink and shake and when I said can you help us, he said oh I’m not in the front counter. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager never came out. I will never stop at that location ever again.

They asked me to pull up and continue waiting for my order and the order never came. I had to call them and remind them they had me waiting out side for over 15min. They had no idea, didn't have my order that was paid for. Then I had to wait another 10 min for them to "make" my order. Which now I'm scared to eat it. Gave this location another chance.... went through the drive thru for my order, only to be told to go sit in curbside parking and wait... for 20 min. This is ridiculous.

I’ve tried giving this McDonalds so many chances but the service here is just not good. The first two times I went they messed up my order not one but two times. I came another time they forgot items in my order and the bread was hard. This time I came and the bread is hard again and sticking to the bottom of the carton and there’s onions on my sandwich that haven’t even been cut from the head of the onion. I’m not one to leave reviews ever but this place is a different level of terrible because you would think it would get better but it progressively gets worse

Went through line asked for a triple cheeseburger. Got to pay window asked again if they ordered me a triple cheeseburger. Got to pick up window manager there says double cheeseburger. I say no I asked for triple cheeseburger. She said well u asked for a double. I said no ma'am I even asked again at the window. She then takes my burger yells at guy I ordered a triple with ketchup. She gives me my burger. I get home and " look how they massacred my boi". I don't know it with ketchup a code to say screw this guy but I asked nicely 3 times for a triple they gave me a double with a bottle of ketchup
