Pandaderia Jimenez Coffee Shop

Super great service. Parking on Fredericksburg Road can be a little challenging, especially when you're coming out. There is parking in the back and side street, just FYI. Everything was fresh and delicious. One of my friends got a latte and said they really liked it. I had a Topo Chico, you can't find these everywhere, it was the perfect Afternoon Delight. As were the pastries. If you haven't had a guava cream cheese empanada, well then you haven't had one LOL, but you should. Pumpkin empanada and maranito for a classic. And you have to know that they serve kolaches because it's not written everywhere, but you need to ask. Have the jalapeno cheese kolache, don't eat this in your car because the flaky crust will get everywhere, and you don't want to leave any of that flaky crust behind. And it's not one of those little sausages this is a full size sausage buried in a Flacky ball of dough. One of my friends had the ham and cheese kolache, and they said it tasted just as good as it looked. Yum!. I think the young lady's name was Natascia, great customer service. Actually everyone who was working there was pleasant and courteous. Now I have to go back and try some of the other specialty flavors in the house.

Stopped by during the week while looking for a Panaderia in the area. Service was great, was immediately greeted and she gave some recommendations. Case was full of many different options from Conchas, Empanadas, Cookies, etc... They also had many hot and cold coffees and teas. Was picking up for a group, so ordered a mix of 2 dozen different items. Everything looked great and fresh, so ordered a little bit of everything. Everyone enjoyed them, especially the empanadas. I particularly liked the guava cheese empanadas and the hot matcha latte. Will come back again when in the area.

Had a wonderful lunch here with guests and got a large pastry box to go. It’s become a tradition to seek out this panadería, the staff is wonderful, the food is amazing, and the quality is worth the trip!

We had their mini conchas (with red heart) and mini marranitos for our wedding dessert table. Our guests loved them! 🩷 Very delicious! Staff was very friendly and nice when we placed our order! Great service - highly recommend!

I can't rave about this place enough!!! The store is beautiful, clean and cozy. The customer service is top notch!! My son got me hooked with just one valentines concha lol, now I will drive from the 1604/Helotes area just for the conchas and the tiny conchas for my tiny girl ❤ you will absolutely love this place!! We do!

Stopped in quickly for coffee and some sweet bread on our way back to Houston and this place did not disappoint! We were immediately welcomed even while holding our our frenchie since we didn't want to leave him in the car. They gave him a little pup cup which was so nice! It is clean inside, cute atmosphere, and the sweet breads were delicious. The blueberry cream cheese empanada was absolutely perfect, not too sweet, perfectly balanced with the right amound of filling and freshly made. We will definitely come back when visiting San Antonio!

We like to try new places. This place did not disappoint. I would post more pictures but we ate all the goods before we remembered to take pictures. The kolaches and pastries were so fresh and good. The caramel macchiato was the best coffee I have ever had. I highly recommend trying this place out. The girls working this morning were so sweet and helpful. My son who is a harsh critic LOVED the Turnovers. We will definitely be returning soon.

Delicious pastries, outstanding drinks, and an atmosphere that welcomes you and invites you to stay. The pastries are outstanding - I’ve come multiple times and they always taste fresh. Their Mexican hot chocolate is one of the best tasting drinks that has ever hit my lips. This place is worth coming from afar to experience. The staff is very friendly as well. I almost wish this Panadería was larger, but then again that would take away from the quaint bakery experience.

(Update 10-08-2022 The concha and cinnamon roll are the best. I'm a huge fan of the Cereal Milk Latte with cold foam. Yum! They've added fun seasonal drinks and pastries!) This place is bakery meets coffee perfection. Really good espresso. Delicious pastries. I was excited about the mini concha and it was so good! The layout of this place, the displays, and the quality of product is all amazing. It feels top tier compared to the majority of coffee shops in SA. All the employees were easygoing and attentive. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there. The specialty lattes are unique and fun. I talked to a couple people who visit this coffee place often and you could tell they were in love with their drinks and sweets. What an amazing atmosphere to create such joy in not only their customers but their employees as well. I've never been this impressed with a coffee place.

I got some pastries, hot chocolates, and kolaches when I went and they were amazing. I was shocked at how great this place is. Servers were so kind too! Art on the walls and music make for a great atmosphere where you can go and relax/ just enjoy yourself with others :).

This coffee shop is so good! It’s only 4 minutes from my house but I hadn’t tried it till this morning. The space inside is super cute. My brown sugar cinnamon latte was AMAZING. They have a big selection of pan dulce. So good. The blueberry cream cheese was my favorite.

Great little coffee shop! A local place with a Stàrbucks vibe. The service was outstanding. The pastries were wonderful. Tried the sweet roll, cookies, and apple empanada. All was sweet and wonderful. Such a great place and I love that it is local.

My wife & I just tried this place for the first time. Its a Beautiful little spot & they have a great selection of pastries & coffee. Highly recommended & will definitely be returning soon.

If you go here that is a must try. The strawberry taco is basically like a pastry filled with strawberry jam and sprinkled with sugar on top which was not bad. They have good options here.
