We went to celebrate my son’s birthday and they were so nice at accommodating our larger group. I called the night before and the person I spoke with (sorry didn’t get her name) was so sweet she took my information down so the next day they would have a heads up. When we arrived we got sat quickly🙌 our waitress Jazmine was so sweet, attentive and on it with everything 💕 thank you Jazmine! My son had a great time thank you Parry’s we’ll be back again!

From the moment we walked in, we had an amazing experience. The door was opened for us, and we were seated immediately, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. Our server, Amberly, was fantastic. She asked if we had been there before, and when we told her it was our first time, she made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and checked in at all the right moments. The manager, Ariana, went above and beyond. She came out personally with a complimentary appetizer and took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu. She was incredibly knowledgeable—from the drinks to the pizzas and calzones—and did an excellent job comparing options and making recommendations based on our preferences. Every suggestion she made was spot on and absolutely delicious. On top of the great service and food, the atmosphere was perfect—plenty of TVs with multiple games on, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy sports. Huge shoutout to Amberly and Ariana for making our first visit memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location! 🍕🍻👏

I’ve visited a dozen different Parrys Pizzas, but this one consistently stands out as my favorite. The food is always fresh, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is fantastic for watching the best games. Today, Maddie went above and beyond to take care of my mom and me. She was incredibly attentive and friendly.

Perry's Pizzeria is a great place to have lunch or dinner. We dined on the patio area. This is a great location located right on the corner easy to find with ample parking. The staff was helpful.

My friends and I sat at the bar tonight for the game and let me tell you the service was amazing. Three bartenders Sarina, Julian, and Brandon were great and our drinks and food were top notch! You can tell that this restaurant is run by some good people. Your managers whom we also had the pleasure of meeting are some very beautiful ladies. Karina introduced herself and let us know if we needed anything to let her or her fellow manager Ariana know. Ariana made her way to us also and also a pleasure to meet. We had dinner here tonight, and it was such a great experience! Ashley was our server, and she couldn’t have been more pleasant — upbeat, genuine, and very attentive without hovering. She made us feel completely relaxed and taken care of. The food came out quickly, everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a comfortable evening out. Janie, the manager, was visible throughout the night, chatting with guests and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. She even stopped by our table to thank us for coming in, which was such a nice touch. You can really feel the sense of pride and teamwork here. Between Ashley’s amazing service and Janie’s leadership, this place easily earns five stars.

Great atmosphere. We are here to watch the Dallas Cowboys game and this place is buzzing with plenty of football fans. The nachos and pizza are very good. Our server named Gerardo is taking care of us and he is very attentive. Great food and fantastic service are a great combination to watch a game.

Pretty impressed! The Parmesan bites were so delicate it was like eating donut holes with Parmesan. Soooooo good! We got the Margherita pizza! Soo good!! BUT!! Our server Amy was sooo awesome! We tried Parry's for the first time today after hearing they had excellent gluten free pizza. We were NOT disappointed! The pizza was excellent, our server, Jasmine, was knowledgeable and attentive, and we even got to enjoy wings after learning they have dedicated fryers here. So happy we tried this place! *If you are noise sensitive, the music is very loud.

Very pleased! The wait staff was so helpful and the manager on duty came out to tell us that there was a mistake with the pizza and they were remaining it! We ordered the Mexican yankee pizza!! Highly recommended!! To be honest we went to watch Billy Madison live! We were hungry and no tables.. we were looking for a place and well here we are!! So pleased!! Keep up the good work! Amazing service all around. Beverly was our server and so amazing in her service and attitude and attentiveness. Jessica was very knowledgeable in helping in anything else. Music in the background wasn’t too loud and tv were on the best sports channel. Drinks were a perfect as well. 👏🏼👏🏼

Our servers were Beverly & Emily they were super nice and attentive to our order. The training kitchen manager brought out some parm bites for us 7/10 they were really good it'd be awesome to be a little garlicky , cheesy bread 10/10 the basil complemented it so well and added a little oomph to the flavor. Finally we ordered the Pearl pizza it was perfectly crispy and not overly thick, the pizza had a good weight to it nothing slid off of it every bite was perfect. I also enjoyed how colorful each item was. The place itself is pretty nice, very clean. There are high ceilings but music helps drown out how loud it is without it being overly loud. It'd be a great date night or family place to go eat. (Also happy hour everyday except Saturday)

I have eaten Parry’s in the past with no issues but they might have lost a customer. When I ordered online it switched my location to 1604 instead of 281. My wife went to pick it up and found out that it was at the other location. I called and they confirmed that it was there but neither location offered to help out. When we finally got our food home it was ice cold because they don’t have heat lamps in the to go area. The salad wasn’t even in the box and the French dip lacked meat and was awful. The kids ice cream was missing the topping. I was less than impressed and probably won’t come back.

EDIT in response to feedback: Why do I need to reach out and contact you AGAIN to get our refund? I already have 2 times on the phone and 1 time IN PERSON, and each time you said it was going to be done THAT DAY. You already have the info from 3 different employees. That's absolutely rediculous. Like I said, TERRIBLE customer service. OG post: Ordered a pizza (11-14) for delivery and it arrived cold, dry, burnt and looked like it was 2 days old. How cold someone working have taken it out of the oven, said "this is fine", cut it, boxed it and then sent it out like it was nothing?? We instantly called when it arrived and they said they would issue a refund and they said it should clear after 24-48 hours. Well, it didn't. So we called again, and they said "sorry, not sure why it didn't get processed, it will be available in 24-48 hours." We thought maybe it was just our bank, so we waited 7 days this time. Still nothing. So I went in personally this past Monday (12-1) and talked to a Reuben who said he was a manager. He said he had to run it by a higher up and it should be applied by yesterday 12-2. In any case, he said he will call me and let me know it was done 12-2. Now it's the evening of 12-3 - No call, no text, STILL nothing. This is absolutely rediculous. We have eaten here several times in the past and this will be the last. Terrible customer service. 100% would not recommend. Awful company.
