I was impressed!! Didn’t know they had smoothies and Belgian waffles! This is like a SUPER SUBWAY!! You should come check them out, not only for the food but the Service was amazingly pleasant!!

I had such a great experience at this Subway Café. The restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to make sure my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it. Everything tasted fresh — from the bread to the vegetables, you could tell quality and care went into preparing it. I also loved how quickly I was served, even though they were busy because it was shift change in the hospital. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back regularly, not just for the food but for the positive atmosphere. EVERYONE was nice and ATTENTIVE! Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to!

the customer service was great! The staff were so sweet and made funny jokes and really brightened my day, I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and a smoothie, and it came out great. Ashir is the one that made everything (he is a very handsome gentleman.), he was very patient as it takes me awhile to think, and he told me that I can take my time. and he was very sweet and quick to serve me, he didn’t rush me or made me feel rushed when I was ordering, and he made me feel welcomed. So sad I wasn’t able to get his number, but atleast I’ll have the memory lol. The place is so clean, and im glad I was able to come! Thank you!

This location gives the best customer experience. Monte made my Tuna sandwich so beautiful that it look like a picture from a magazine, talk about the art of food presentation. Where is Gordon Ramsey? He need to check out this young man skills. Monte is definitely a delight he kept a big smile all while making my sandwich his customer service is superb.

Not 1 cookie in the case. The special of the day said it was supposed to be the Baha Chipotle Chicken but it was actually Pepperoni on Thursday 6-19-25. The condiment case by the drinks just bad salt & pepper in all the cubbies, unlike how it tused to be. !!!!The soup we got was filled half-way!!!! We got in there and had a coupon and the guy and girl kept saying we couldn't use a coupon with the Beast sub that I wanted but didn't even know what coupon we had. Why would buy Any 6 inch have anything to do with a free chips & drink. Especially if we are buying the more expensive sub. Just doing what they're told...Yea, go ask Mike lol! Then the guy looked at the coupon to see it was only for 2 certain locations, which is dumb anyway lol. The pickles looked gross. Now they got a cover for the whole meat section so you can't see what any of ot looks like or what they are putting on your sandwich. Not sure if that's to keep heat or cool in. I won't be going to to this one and I don't evem want to go back to another to use my coupons. Only reason I came was to use it.

Disappointed.. I come to this subway often and I think Subway can do better. Calling a meatball pepperoni a 6 inch with only 3 small arse meatballs in it, to me seems insane. I'll take my money across the street to Jimmy Johns where they actually started toasting sandwiches. And at the same time giving you what you pay for by stacking the ingredients!. Stop short changing customers subway. Give fair and fresh portion sizes. 2025 and these large fast food corps just don't learn. Instead find more and more corners to cut. I weigh 150 pounds and ate the meatball 6inch sub in 3 bites. The service is mediocre at best and the atmosphere is just boring. Zero uniqueness.

Bread is so stale that I bit it and only the veggies came and the bread still intact. I gave them a list correctly showing them the things I want. 2 sandwiches same cheese same sauce apart from one and same toppings they gave it to me no mustard and I had to go somewhere to get mustard.

The most blah service I’ve ever encountered. There’s nothing in this place to make you smile . This is a hospital setting most of the customers have love ones here as patients . Walk up order your food , leave —- no greeting just out right depressing, in an already depressing place .

Staff refused to add more olives… Staff said it’s company policy… I told her I’ll pay extra I don’t care cost I just wanted more. Staff said no they aren’t allowed to cause there is no button to charge the customer…. Customer should be allowed to pay for more vegetables if they want to!!! I can pay for more protein but they told me no I can’t pay for more vegetables….. :/ THAT IS RIDICULOUS!! Just my opinion

Ordered food at this location through the app . App said my food would be ready in 15 minutes when I got there I waited an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready ! The guys there were extremely lazy and slow . They only had 2 options of chips . I didn’t open my food until I got home & this is what I opened up . Super sloppy and absolutely disgusting . I definitely will not be returning to this subway ever again .

Horrible customer service, I’m actually calling the store right now and no answer AFTER 5 calls! I had an online order and showed up on time… so why is my bread ROCK hard? I would have simply just taken my replacement order but now yall have a worse complaint as a review. I know it’s late but even more of a reason to guarantee freshness. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Why have a food handlers if you can’t tell the difference between fresh and NOT FRESH BREAD! I never leave reviews like this but 5 calls later I’m not having it.

Tonight at around 230 my wife and I walked in for a to go order. Instantly the staff behind the counter ignored us. We waited 20 minutes before we got service.he was busy with online orders but still at least a hey hello give me a second. Why did we wait? We did an order for a friend working down the street who really wanted a sub. We eventually got our order but this was the worse service I've seen in so long. I personally will not be back.

rude , no greetings whatsoever, not acknowledging anyone as they were doing orders and when they did look up they looked outside, as customers were waiting and leaving still no response, which i walked out and went elsewhere because I wasn't asked for my order. 02/28/26....

I had an online order and it wasn’t ready. I Had to wait behind four in-store customers. Very little customer service, and felt like I was an inconvenience to them by a young female and male working the Friday evening shift @ 7p.

So, as of 02/26/2026 at 2:32AM….im not very impressed on how shitty my salad came out (ordered from Uber Eats) first I didn’t get the drink I paid for the employee couldn’t been at least smart enough to tell the uber driver about my drink AAAAANNNNNDDDD when I opened the package , my salad was not to my expectations, this salad looked like it didn’t have any oil or red wine vinegar, and plus this salad BARELY had chicken nor beacon….well damn subway lmaooo

Who the heck wrapped sandwiches like this? The sandwich looks so disgusting and an un edible The bag the employee puts it in has a hole in the bottom. Luckily I caught it but it looks like a fifth grader put the sandwich together.

Today is 8-23-2025 I was done at H.E.B. and I wanted to get a sandwich for myself and a different one for a friend. The girl that made my sandwich could have let me know that the bread was hard, hard as a rock!!! Bread Freshness=0 ! ! ! And why do you have a phone number that you don't answer? ? ? I'm on the bus but I will go back to let y'all know just how hard this bread is because I'm going to take the bread with me!!! I'll be feeling the bread from now on !!!
