When my daughter and I first walked in it was friendly and inviting!! Our server was patient with us, being it was our first time here. We built our own pizzas and everything looks and smells fresh. Our food came out fast literally felt like 2 minutes. But the food was amazing. We had pizza and my 6 year old is a little picky (which kid isn't) ate most of her personal pizza!! This place is fantastic!!

The general manager Tiffany provides the most exceptional service I’ve ever seen from a manager & worker in a food establishment. She made sure everything was exactly how I liked it, you can tell she takes pride in her work and her enthusiasm towards customers is why I decided this is the only urban bricks location I will ever visit thanks to her! She even provided coupons for my next visit!! ⭐️ Keep up the great work Tiffany! She deserves a raise ⭐️

If you were looking for amazing food with great flavors this is the place. The pizza and pasta and cheesy bread are phenomenal. Everything has such great flavor, and the fresh roasted garlic is incredible. Forget all the other Pizza and pasta places, this is THE ONLY place that me and my partner will ever go for great pizza pasta. The cheesy bread with the basil pesto drizzle is out of this world!!!!

Firstly, the staff here is great, and also very friendly. Clean tables, no lines, unlimited toppings. Urban Bricks made the fastest pizza i have ever seen in my life, i barely had time to sit down before it was done. Certainly one of my favorite pizza establishments.

The husband and I were in town for the weekend, and we were craving pizza. So, we googled good pizza places in the area. This place came up on the list and just attracted us with the pictures and reviews. So, we decided to give it a shot. We were so glad we did. The pizza came out so quick!! It looked good and tasted even better than it looked!! Then, the amazing gentleman who took our order and made our pizza asked us if we would like to try one of their new desserts. We, of course, said, "Yes, we would love to!" Once we were finished with our pizza, he asked us if we were ready for dessert. Not even a minute after we said yes, this yummy looking dessert was ready and served to us. We didn't get to take pictures of our pizza. But we will be dining here again when we return to San Antonio. The treatment we received as customers was exemplary.

Stopped by to grab lunch and try this place for the first time. Customer service was fantastic! They also had vegan options which worked out ever better. Got to customize my pizza and salad based on my plant based diet. Will definitely recommend and come back to this gem.

Went on a weekday, around 1:30 pm. Was promptly acknowledged by the staff. I had read previous reviews prior to going so I was prepared for a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised. The kid working the building station just started, so he was learning as he was going but overall did a good job. Patience is key, and we understood. We ordered three whole pizzas, two were foundation's and one was a cheese. One was slightly burnt, but not to the point where they aren't tasty. I personally like a little brown on my crusts. Total cost was around 25$ which is not bad at all considering the whole pizzas are the same size as any pizza joints small. Good sized personal pizza. Taste wise.... Its pretty dang good. Its different than the usual places, but not a bad different. Slighltu sweeter but still savory. A plus is that kids under 12 get a free pizza with the purchase of a foundation pizza at full price on Mondays. Overall the experience was great. Will definitely go back.

My family and I really love Urban Bricks Pizza Co. We've been here several times and the pizza is always excellent. This time we tried the Pat Booker Rd location and the experience was even greater. The customer service along with the food was 2nd to none. This time my wife & I had the pleasure to be treated with love & kindness by the owner himself. We will be back again & recommend to friends.

Really good pizza. Clean bathroom, with changing table. Climbing wall outside is cool but its for kids maybe 7 yrs or older. Too big for my 3 yr old.

Had a nice experience trying this place for the first time. It’s a somewhat fancy fast food restaurant with tasty pizzas, pastas, salads, and ice creams. The prices are more expensive than regular fast food restaurants though. Overall 4/5.

Food was good but when we went to pick up our order that was placed online they said they didn't get it since the print machine wasn't connected. They still made our food but forgot some of the toppings we had paid for and didn't notice until we got back home. But worker was very friendly and has vegan/vegetarian options.

Decent. Not great. They have good ingredients. And they have the ability to step it up but the follow through is not there. Asked for a crispy crust and what we got was droopy soggy pizza. We could tell that the ingredients were quality though. They just need to leave the pizzas in longer. The gelato is pretty good and the Greek salad was awesome. Might revisit them but still hunting for an awesome wood fired pizza spot.

The first thing that I liked was how clean and organize the atmosphere was. I went in for a delivery and I was the only customer in the building I didn't get a "hello" I didn't get a "thanks for coming in" I didn't get an "I'll be right with you" there was no "how can I help you.." I waited forever for a Nutella dessert pizza but she ran out of Nutella so she went for the backup and the backup was empty which told me she didn't prepare for her shift then she had to call "Mom" it from the back to save the day and the others that walked in after me all got "hello how can I help you". I would have bought some ice cream to go because it's homemade but I was already upset about the service which could have been saved with a simple I'll be right with you or any of the above statements but they lost to sell that day and if you do that every day you're working towards 400 sayles being lost in one year I'm just saying. I've worked my way up to kitchen manager at three different major restaurant chains I know what it's like and I know what I'm talking about..

Ordered delivery - the “whole cheese pizza” was uncooked… there was dough in half of it. One of the pizzas looked like a deflated football instead of round. The tase of the pesto pizza wasn’t bad. Definitely a miss on the part of the Pizzaiolo this time around.

So let me begin by saying your only as strong as your weakest leak. Weakest length is speed and customer service at 2 stars Price of pizza is 3 star stars Quality / taste of pizza is 3 stars. Went once and it was one too many times. No need for me to waste any more time on this place just do go. Go somewhere else and at the very least do it for your health cause it's not even clean.

The woman with glasses who served us was extremely rude and dismissive. I just wanted to buy pizza, and she treated me with racist and rude comments simply because I spoke a foreign language. Such a person shouldn't be dealing with the public; they cause the worst experiences.

Ordered via Uber eats. Pizza came wrong. Didn’t ask for red onions, asked for it to be cooked longer. Dough wasn’t even cooked, rubbery chewy dough. It was disgusting. Definitely don’t recommend. Stick with MOD pizza in the forum!
