We were group of 6 people. Food was absolutely delicious and service was great . Mango lassi was amazing.
Best yet in fine indian dining💯
We were people of 6 really really had good food , amazing service everyone had pet fulll of food, naan and paneer was favorite for all of us , thank you so much guys for giving us family vibes
Excellent flavorful tasty Indian food. We are vegetarians, very friendly for vegans and vegetarians. Fast and fantastic customer service - I had to change my order a few times, but waiter was very patient and got my order correct. They gave us a complimentary mango lassi at the end, appreciate the thoughtful service. Very pleasant customer service. Clean restroom.
Best food in LA area Truck trailer parking available
Excellent food close to Loma Linda university. Loved the quality and taste. I had placed an order via Grubhub. Delivered on time. The food boxes were packed very nicely and had no spillage. As requested they even provided paper plates and cutlery. Good quantity. Even provided a complimentary dessert which was so delicious. Highly recommend visiting this place. Will definitely visit again when I come back to town.
Their lunch buffet provides an opportunity to try a variety of delicious Indian foods. Naan bread is served also. The service is excellent. They keep my water glass full, which I always appreciate.
Kenny was great! He was very informative and patient. I needed to cater food for my Mom’s memorial service and Kenny made everything easy. He even had his cooks come in early to ensure I had the food at the time I needed. Food was great and everyone loved how great it tasted. Would definitely recommend this place not only for your catering, but also to enjoy some good authentic Indian food.
This place is amazing! The owner knows how to run a business and the food is delicious! Drove over an hour to get there and it was worth it!
This place is absolutely amazing, Kenny the owner is one of the best people I've ever met. The food is amazingly tasteful. It is the best food in town if you have a chance to go you should. My fiance and I have been going for 2 years and we were treated like family since day 1. We try new things on the menu and every time it gets better and better I will be going back very soon. Also the staff is very respectful and caring you really feel like your having dinner with friends and family.
This place is absolutely incredible on so many levels. The management is generous and attentive. The food is amazing! And the price is very reasonable for the quality and service you're receiving. My husband and I love their buffet. That's not an option right now, so we did take out (which we still love). If you ever get the chance to go to their buffet, do it. You will fall in love with this place.
I have only ordered take out from here but it is hands down the best Indian food I have had outside the Caribbean (sounds weird I know). This restaurant is my go-to comfort food. The chicken Makhni and chicken tikka are my favorites. Vegetable samosas you cannot go wrong. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you for providing our area this incredible cuisine.
Fantastic food and great attentive service. Had a buffet lunch with wife. Great choices on buffer. Included tea and soft drinks. The Naan just kept coming
Food is very great i love to eat hare pls you also try you will also love it
I recently had the pleasure of dining at NewDelhi Palace Cuisine, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of elegance and comfort. The service was exceptional. The food was awesome, flavorful and delicious. Definitely come again.
The food was great, the Mango Lassi was scrumptious, and my overall experience was wonderful. Top notch service!
Wonderful food and amazing service, my wife and I love to get takeout on weeknights as it's very well priced for the amount of food you get. My friends and I love to dine-in on Sunday's for the buffet. Lamb Biryani is my favorite dish here, with some delicious Chai
It's a gem of an Indian restaurant in the area. Must eat here. Food are delicious and authentic. Service is great and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. He is very welcoming to visitors like us from Toronto, Canada. Food prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Have the try the garlic nan. Need to order twice. Chicken Tikka Masala was the best we have had. Unfortunately, we missed the lunch buffet and maybe next time when we're back in San Bernardino.
I don’t think I’ve ever had better service than this place. The manager or owner was very polite and funny. The employees are extremely kind and polite. Very clean environment, and they saw our infant and insisted on gifting us mango-lasey. We went during the lunch buffet. Super tasty and overall a great place. My wife and I have had Indian food all over this country and other countries. But what stood out the most was the great service and cleanliness. I truly recommend you guys giving this place a shot. Beautiful atmosphere as well.
Sat in for Sunday brunch buffet. Great options, fresh selection for hot food, and nice fresh salad ingredients as well. The water quality was excellent, and the service was superb. Hot chai tea was delicious as delicious. For 2 of us, it was close to $44.00 out the door. Plus, tip, of course. Don't forget to try the anise after dinner complimentary candy on your way out. It is also refreshing. Just make sure you have some water to rinse the remnants from your mouth after. It was very nice to see a diverse crowd as well. Everyone enjoying the atmosphere and friendly service! Thank you, staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My favorite Indian restaurant in the IE! Super attentive service and amazing food. I love the kaju khoya and the bhindi masala. Chicken makani is also a top contender.
My wife and I took my mother to New Delhi Palace for their buffet lunch today. It’s as good as ever. I no longer live in the area, but when I’m here visiting family, I make a point to go to this restaurant while I’m here. Since it opened 12 years ago, this restaurant is a sure bet for a fantastic Indian dinner. The owner is usually there, knows his clients, keeps the place running at a high level of service, and that makes a big difference to the dining experience. If you have not visited New Delhi Palace and enjoy Indian food, this might become one of your favorite restaurants.
I drove over 30 miles from the Menifee area to enjoy their lunch buffet. I was not disappointed. Smaller buffet, but the food more than made up for selection. Everything was delicious and I'm an Indian food fan. I have had Indan food all over the world and this is very good food. Highly recommend!
Happily surprised at the fantastic brunch. Food is superb and the wait staff is more than helpful. Very friendly. Price is excellent. Highly recommended!
I ordered food for this restaurant and food is amazing! I had to call to complement the chef! Food is super flavorful! The right amount of spice! Thank you so much! Chef Lucky is an amazing chef!
It's the first time I have eaten Indian food. It was great. The atmosphere was really nice. The food was awesome. The service was great. We ate from the all you can eat bar. 😋 delicious
As someone who went to London for good, authentic Indian food and has been chasing those flavors ever since, I must say this is by far one of my favorite spots to order from in the states. Great flavors, knowledgeable staff that helps picks out dishes to try, generous portions - this place has it all. I can’t wait to try more dishes in the future, thank you for putting the care and love into your food. It’s something you can easily taste with every bite.
I would like to start off by saying thank you for giving me the best tasting experience I’ve received in so long. Not only was the food fresh but I had enough to last me another day. Which seemed as if the food tasted even better the next day! I ordered, Chicken Tikka Masala and rice, with garlic naan. Full of flavor and wonderfully seasoned. I would definitely recommend eating or ordering from this restaurant. Thank you for your service and wonderful meal. You will hear from me again. 10/10 $23 meal not including delivery fees
New Delhi Palace Indian Restaurant exceeded all our expectations during our recent visit. As a party of three, we indulged in a fantastic dining experience that left us completely satisfied and craving for more. From the deliciously prepared dishes to the exceptional service, this restaurant truly deserves the highest praise. The Malai Kofta, a creamy and flavorful dish consisting of tender vegetable dumplings in a rich tomato and cashew sauce, was an absolute delight. The Aloo Saag, a classic combination of potatoes and spinach, was expertly spiced and had the perfect balance of flavors. The Shahi Paneer, with its velvety texture and fragrant blend of spices, was a true indulgence. Accompanying our delectable curries, we had the pleasure of tasting their Garlic Chilli Naan which we had with no garlic :) It was a revelation! It was a delightful departure from the traditional naan and a definite must-try. To complement our feast, they served Mango Shake complimentary, and it was unlike anything we had ever tasted before! Throughout our meal, the attentive staff consistently checked on us, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their genuine enthusiasm and dedication to providing exceptional service elevated our dining experience to new heights. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or someone looking to embark on a culinary adventure, New Delhi Palace Indian Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be transported to a world of exquisite flavors, warm hospitality, and a dining experience that will leave you longing for more. New Delhi Palace Indian Restaurant has truly earned our highest recommendation. Hurry and make your reservation - your taste buds will thank you :)
The waiters were extremely nice. Treated us like royalty. This place is golden. They were playing music videos and it was nice because we had something to look while we were eating. One of the waiters ran after us when we left and gave us an ice tea to take on the road. Definitely try this place out.
I love this place everyone here is so friendly. It’s my every weekend dine out place. The Food taste so fresh and delicious.
I always order food from here and always I got very good experience with good quality food and service. It’s my one of the favorite place.
The food was great ..... the sauces were great also .... and the garlic naan was good as well .... the food was different worth trying ... the inside looks good as well .... there is a Communication barrier with staff but they can kinda communicate enough .... also they seem very busy even when empty but they got me what I needed so ..... under rated spot or just needs a better location place was kinda empty glad I came in
Its was so good experience with delhi palace … staff is friendly and the food was so good specially chicken tikka masla and goat curry .. i love to visit again 🙏
I took my Dad for his 87th birthday for the buffet. Both my parents really enjoyed the food. Naan was freshly made and delivered. The wait staff was really lovely and helpful. We liked it so much that we came back in 2 weeks time for dinner and had another amazing experience. Generous portions, great service and delicious food. It shows that the owner/management care about ensuring patrons are having a great experience.
I really enjoyed the food and service as they treated me with respect whilst helping me with all my needs. As well as that, the variety for veggie option was tremendous as I am veggie it can be harder to find places but this restaurant was amazing. Staff and atmosphere was very welcoming and I would most definitely recommend this to family and friends in the future. Food was cooked to perfection and very fair price for the quality of service you are paying for. Also the interior was very spacious with fantastic decoration all across and even offering a function hall which I noticed aswell. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this place. Very happy! Props to the owner himself who’s alway there working hard to ensure the business is flowing with no complaints.
I walked in famished....so i ordered my favs first. Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegie Samosa, Roti, rice and Lamb Dopiaza. Everything was just Fabulously delicious 😋 That Lamb dish was superb!!!!! Hats off to the Chefs in the kitchen. Thank you Hasn't for great customer service. P.s. the rice pudding very nice. This meal really hit the spot. See u again soon Chef Ann
The 3 of us had a wonderful all you can eat buffet for lunch. Workers are so friendly. Handicapped friendly facility. We will return here again soon. They have veggie and meat dishes. We are vegetarians.
I was excited; In a sea of restuarants that are either fast food eatery or mexican food, an indian resturant had popped up and I had been wanting to try it. It was worth it, the curry was great, I had a mango lassi, and some garlic naan. I need to come back here again because I had spoken to the owner when he came out to ask about the meal and he talked to my sister for some time, it was great
Such a lovely lunch experience. The new chef is doing an incredible job every dish had so much flavor and love in it. Felt truly satisfied and happy. Highly recommend this restaurant😘
When you walk into an Indian restaurant and found most customers were Indian, you would know it was an authentic place. The menu had a wide variety of choices and the food was overall tasty with very reasonable prices. Contrary to some other reviews, we received very good service even though their banquet hall was having a wedding. Overall a very pleasant experience, although their naans were not as good as those from a nearby restaurant.
While the food is one of the best Indian I have had outside India (and maybe London - and I live in the SF Bay Area that has some amazing Indian food), the SERVICE is bar none THE BEST I have experienced ANYWHERE! The owner and his son/nephew (?) Ritwik treated us like we were long lost family members visiting their home! When we asked for some onion, Ritwik brought out a platter of onions, lime and chili sprinkled with chat masala. When they saw us packing the last bits of our leftover they offered to make us some more! The paneer Makhni was creamy and sumptuous. The Chicken tikka masala had the right amount of spices and used good quality meat. The plain and garlic naans were fluffy and delicious. The rotis were dripping with butter like they make it in the village homes or roadside dhabas of punjab! The goat biryani was not the traditional lucknowi biryani but was more of a home recipe, but was DELICIOUS (even had cashews!). The rasmalai was light and the perfect amount of sweetness. AND, the prices were STUNNINGLY low, especially given the fairly large portions! Definitely going back there before we head back to the Bay Area! Thanks Ritwik and crew!
3/31/25 Update : For my Mom’s birthday we came back for some more delicious Indian food, and once again you have given us AMAZING service! The mango Lasi was very refreshing and the chicken curry was perfectly seasoned. The chef cooked the Tika Chicken Masala so well that I had to go back for a second serving. The chicken was so tender. And the food had just the right amount of spice. I highly recommend…if you haven’t tried it…you’re missing out. I gotta tell you how much I Love this place!!!! The service was quick and very friendly. They had three guys coming around constantly to see if we needed any thing. In my book this was my dream of perfect service and hospitality. The food at the buffet was hot like it was straight off the stove, and we showed up at 1:30pm. The flavors of each dish was Outstanding!!!! Very authentic and comforting. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. I will be coming back very soon. By the way…it never stopped with people coming in to eat. I totally understand why…your food is AMAZING and the service was top notch. Keep up the good work!
Really good curry, the rice is perfect, and the naan was fresh. Have had indian food at other places, but this one stands out. The flavors and spices are perfectly used. The prices are reasonable, but the plates don't come with rice or naan, which for $14 bucks a plate should. The naan is also ordered separate but are worth it. If you come here, be patient with the staff they can be a little terse or short. But the food you will definitely love, especially if you come during the week when they have the buffet.
Easy parking in lot. Walk in and seated fast. Service is decent. They are busy at times but staff are helpful and nice. The food is great. The salmon curry is delicious so soft and flavorful. The garlic naan is amazing but i didn't like the aloo parata bit bland. Paneer Tikka was good too but next time I'll get another curry No more dinner buffet when I called. And closing times depend on how busy or empty the place is. So call if you're going for dinner. Last time they closed early More options here compared to Naan Cafe which is more fast serve. This is more sit down formal Indian dinner. Came back for lunch buffet on weekend which is around $22 or so. There were many options. Loved the host curry. Will come back for sure for lunch buffet.
Spot the place during journey back to home. The beautiful and royal interior with polite staff. They have bar as well with Indian beers in the option. The food was tasty. We ordered chile shrimp and aloo chat for starters. In main course, we ordered Shahi paneer( additional spicy), and Chicken masala( additional spicy) along with basket of breads (garlic naan, paneer naan, and roti). The paneer naan was soft and tasty. The shahi paneer with extra spicy was the winner for me. Mango lassi was okay. I would not recommend Aloo chat. They have plenty of parking in the complex.
A decent Indo-panjabi restaurant. I'm their regular. They serves good Indian & Panjabi fusion dish. Good service and professional staff. So many varieties & options of the food menu. They serve buffets everyday till 2:30pm. Keeps bringing fresh. But, I suggest going earlier. After 5pm they start Ala cart (by menu order) only. To me & my family most of their items are delicious. The foods are fresh & really tasty. They have a good amount of sittings. Clean & tidy. The restrooms are also clean & well kept. They have a banquet / party hall too. There are lot of free parking. Easy & wheelchair accessible. Close to I-10 freeway. If you love Indian food or want to try them out. This place is for you. Even If you don't understand anything & know what to order, they're gonna help you out. Ask the staff to guide you for a nice journey of Indian taste.
Used to frequent across the street at the Clay Oven alot. But I never new this place was here. It's kinda hidden. Just as good as the Clay Oven. Nothing taken from them. But Delhi is also Supper Delicious. $20 for buffet. Includes your drink. Update 1-23-23 lunch buffet for 2 $43. With tax. Excellent meal it was
We love the food and service there. For some reason one of the managers there had the audacity to comment on how I looked and told me to cover my head. You don't have the right to judge others like that. I didn't say whether you should cover your head, keep your hair, or don't keep your hair. It's none of my business and life is everyone's own journey. No one has the right to hurt others just because. Please let all your staff know. You're creating an uncomfortable environment. Otherwise, we enjoyed the buffet on June 2nd. Thank you.
The food is plenty and tasty but the servers odd, they all stand in the front and stair at you yet they talk to each other. Also, they play some outdated weird singing vedio that if your American would not understand it.
Awesome selection of grub Indian food in the buffet. It used to be a more economical option before they bundled a champagne or lahsi instead of a soft drink, but still, $15 on the weekend and $10 midweek ain't bad for all that goodness, with warm, friendly, attentive service to boot. I've never rented the banquet room but it looks nice.
Delhi Palace offers a nice range of classic Indian dishes for their buffet. Staff are friendly and welcoming, always attentive to our needs. The variety of dishes available reflects the diversity of Indian cuisine. I can understand why this is a popular place and people continue to return here!
*A Culinary Delight in New Delhi!* I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Delhi Place, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic meal. *Food: A Symphony of Flavors* The food at New Delhi Place is truly exceptional. Each dish is crafted with love and care, and the flavors are a perfect blend of traditional and modern twists. I highly recommend the following dishes: - *Laccha Paratha*: Flaky, buttery, and oh-so-delicious, this paratha is a must-try! - *Tandoori Roti*: Fresh from the tandoor, this roti is soft, lightly charred, and perfect for scooping up your favorite curries. - *Tandoori Fish*: Melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful, this tandoori fish is a game-changer! - *Methi Malai Matar*: A delightful combination of fresh fenugreek, creamy malai, and sweet peas, this dish is a true delight. - *Shahi Paneer*: Rich, creamy, and indulgent, this shahi paneer is fit for royalty! - *Makhani Daal*: Slow-cooked to perfection, this daal is a masterclass in comfort food. - *Daal Soup*: A soothing and flavorful soup that's perfect for a light meal or as a starter. - *Paneer Paratha*: A stuffed paratha filled with creamy paneer and spices, this dish is a must-try for paneer lovers! *Service: Warm and Attentive* The service at New Delhi Place is top-notch! Our server was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to explain each dish and made excellent recommendations. Be sure to try the dishes I mentioned above, and don't hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations. Happy dining!
The lunch buffet is so worth it. Variety of food options to choose from with great vegetarian options and meat options. The service is very friendly and accommodating. They came up to our table frequently to ask to refill our drinks for us. The ambiance is very social with music in the background and dancing on the big screen. Great place for socializing with family and friends. The garlic naan bread was fresh and warm. I don’t remember some of the names of the vegetarian dishes, but the Dal Makhni was delicious over the garlic naan bread with rice. For a buffet it’s very affordable. Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Cleanliness: 3.5/5
Ok for the price. Got vegetarian. Take out Palak Paneer : Good Paneer Tikka Masala : ok too creamy Paneer Makhani: Same gravy as Paneer tikka masala with some veggies Garlic Naan : good
Tried the buffet for first time. Unfortunately it came with limited options (compared to others in LA and Bay Area ). Naan was superb. Chicken curry was pretty good. And chai was flavorful. However, Butter chicken was mediocre. No biryani in buffet unfortunately. Goat curry was chewy, should be softer. Tandoori chicken was a total disappointment, it lacks flavor and isn’t grilled, and was cold. Sweets were all good.
Something changed No service just buffet no soft drinks offered food is bland I'm guessing new management but after years of coming I won't be coming back
The best thing here and most flavorful was the nan that they put garlic. Chicken tika masala tastes like cream only and chicken don’t taste like it was cooked or marinated in it. They don’t even clean the fat from chicken I never seen that before. The basmati rice the grain was to small and no flavor. They have like a mango shake with yogurt that is free with buffet and great. They have some mushrooms also and no flavor. I’m not sure maybe this place is Americanized but it really wasn’t good. They have some mutton and it was only bones! Service was fast and every time I stand up they pick up my plate and fill up my glass with water. They have a beautiful painted mural. The chili chicken was nasty as well it tasted like they coated in flour and then fried once again they almost do that with the skin lol since the fat was still on it. The fruit was fresh And maybe you will say it was buffet and only 13 dollar on Sunday dinner but still no quality! Tandori chicken was made only with thighs and legs and didn’t have the grill flavor
I visit here many a times and yesterday too firstly by checking your open hours on website but when i reached it was closed. Some people really come from far and its very disappointing!! If you people are not planned to open your restaurant, then update it on website. You are wasting customer’s time. I experience this multiple times. Improve your service.
New ownership is very bad , they don’t care about customers, they charges extra , food quality is bad .
Hi guys, I bought Aalu Gobi & Daal Makhni from here , worst taste ever I tried in my life , even I dropped in the garbage
Indian buffet food All Tastes like very sweet All dishes are sweet not spicy
Pathetic food with no taste. They prepare all appetizers in the same manner (red color gravy) and tons of artificial colors. We had a very awful experience as this was one the worst Indian food tried. Only good thing about this restaurant is the staff.
They serve me smosa chaat and it smell like very bad and stale too. The food is not fresh ..
Food is not very good. like no spices in any veggies and the main thing is if you have whole day to eat then you can go otherwise they took 1 hour for every naan or anything. Worst experience ever.
We booked the banquet hall for an event. Came in and the space has leftover food spilled on the tables. Looks like they had a party the night before and it's still going on. They are mopping while we're trying to set up for my event they have their food delivery service food out. It's unprofessional and I'm highly disappointed. For how much they charge. This is a disgrace.
omg....we walked in here after checking the thousand plus reviews expecting good food but what we got in return was one dish tasting worse than the other. I am really not sure if the quality of the food was so bad as we were the last customers for the day right at the kitchen closing time or this if this is the standard. We ordered Fish Tikka (bad), Garlic Naan (soggy), 2 chicken curries (both are equally bad and liquidy), mutton biryani (honestly this was worse than tomato rice). We had to cancel our order of kheer looking at the quality of the food.
I ordered chilli chicken and butter chicken, the chilli chicken was no good in taste and the chicken pieces were not cooked properly. I told them to make butter chicken mild but they made it spicy I’m not able to eat it.
I would love to give it more than one star, but I've been here 4 times now from 11:30 to almost 12 noon, and still not open. Called and they said they are open, but im sitting outside with their closed sign up and doors locked. So not sure if this place is a front, since they haven't been open the past 4 times I've come, when their door and Google say their open. So the guy lied when he said their open, bad business. Go if you want, it won't be open.
I ordered my regular which comes with solid chicken breast (chicken tikka masala.) I got chicken thighs or what looks like it. I even told my friend this looks like the dark meat that is off the bone. I introduce my friend for the first time to Indian food and th8s was her first restaurant my meal was 81 dollars and something and and I tipped a 20 dollar bill which is very well more than 21% to find out that guess what my guess that my my meat was wrong was correct I'm not happy at all if they don't make it up to me I will not be coming back. The only reason why I didn't get to make the review earlier than now was because I spent 8 1/2 hours on the side of the road shortly after leaving the restaurant cuz I broke down got to finally eat my leftovers today and I kept thinking during the restaurant man this doesn't look right it doesn't look right but I wasn't going to lose the atmosphere for my friend who had just got introduced to Indian food. I did not want to upset her and let her know that hey you can't trust the restaurant. But I'm home now and I got to eat my leftovers and I got pictures it is meet other than breast. Not happy at all.
They create fake accounts to give themselves 5 star reviews. The rice was hard and crunchy so when we brought it to the managers attention she said it hadn’t been changed since the morning. When we stated that goes against heath code violations, she started to retract her statement and tried saying it was fresh. I told her if it was fresh, that she should take a bite herself but she didn’t want to. So I asked for refund because I paid $60+ Instead she tried offering me free complimentary rice. She seemed very hesitant and scared when I mentioned that I was going to contact the department of health to inspect their restaurant. Then she started yelling at us that all we wanted was free food AFTER I had paid already. When I told my girlfriend to take pictures of the food, the manager became very suspicious and worried more about us taking pictures of the food vs actually providing service and resolving the issue. The manager made the issue worse, told me it was our fault. Horrible customer service! Don’t believe their FAKE 5 star reviews If you see this lady in the picture, she is unprofessional and scared of the health inspectors. REPORT THIS BUSINESS so the health inspector can pay them a visit!
Went in today for their buffet, I usually order over the phone and I’ve never been helped by the lady that helped us today. My boyfriend anssI both went in for a plate and noticed that the rice was really hard once we sat down and started eating, My boyfriend served himself one scoop of rice and about 3 cubes of tikki masala we brought it up to our server and said “Hey your rice is really hard, I’ll pay for this but can you give me a chicken masala to go with fresh rice” but he didn’t say anything so I got up and asked him again if I could have that tikki masala to go and he started maneuvering the spoon of the food that was on the buffet line for what I was assuming was my fresh meal to go. I went to pay and the total came up to 61$ and some change, the woman in charge had said something to the cashier and when we explained to her what the problem was she was very upset and started maneuvering the ride on the line and saying that the rice was hard because they hadn’t changed it since the morning (a health code violation since rice can only be held on a line for 2 hours) there was no visible time or temperature date dot or anything of the sort available to see to which now I got upset and asked sfor a refund of the two dinner meals she kept going back and forth with my boyfriend and I, refunded our money and started accusing us of just wanting free food, we went back to take pictures of the food and ahe started yelling at us telling us that why would we report anything if she has already given us a refund. She also came outside to watch us as we were leaving. I’ve never had this problem with anyone there before, then again I only order to go and it’s usually a man that helps me. I hope SB County Health inspectors see my comment and go check this place out.
Food is amazing and i give 5 stars for takeout, but I am reviewing on bad service from dine in not so long ago. The young waiter with middle part disrespected me he didn’t want to treat me and my family right the food was amazing loved the butter chicken as always very disappointed in the service this time I went also went to go use restroom and our waiter was using his phone right outside it and to make matters worse biting his fingernails. SO DISGUSTING!! Serving food with dirty hands, just not right. Again I come here 2-3 a month food is always the best of the best but service this time had me not wanting to ever come back.
We ordered online at 730 PM and a call center called to confirm our credit card. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was completely closed and no one would answer the phone, the doors were locked, and the number that called to confirm our card wouldn’t pick up. The restaurant is listed as 9PM closing time. If the restaurant is going to close before they’re listed, they shouldn’t allow customers to order.
