The Food was amazing, they give it very well served and everything is fresh, this is my Favorite location, also because the customer service is amazing, the workers always have a great attitude and they always offer the good deals they have, I definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Wow. Not going to lie wasn’t expecting much considering the city it’s in. This place was immaculate coming in (around 10:30). Got myself the 5 dollar bowl, and let me tell you!! It was DELICIOUS. Chicken was fresh! Not just the burnt ends i get at other el pollos. Salsa was fresh. Tortillas. Just come in!!

This El Pollo Loco was on point! Great service food was hot and fresh. Order was received in a timely manner. The order was filled correctly. Overall, it was a great spot for some grilled chicken.

8.12.21 @6pm - We ordered double protein bowl and a 3-piece meal with flour tortillas, rice, pinto beans. Great food at a great price ($13). The bowl had fresh avocado and large chunks of chicken breast. I would eat here again.

Pollo loco has gone loco with the prices, I spent $39 for and 8 PC family meal add $3 if you want a mix of leg thighs a breast. Chicken needs more flavor.

Chicken was undercooked. My burrito was cold. Iced tea had a foul smell and when I took off the lid there was mold in my drink! Never giving business to this chain.

I had to throw food away The lady tossed the bag with food and the table and didn’t give the receipt 🧾 I called and asked what was the problem she stated being way too friendly

There was hair in my food. I know accidents happen...but you should always offer someone something for the inconvenience. After all, I had someones disgusting hair in my mouth. She didn't comp the meal. She asked me if I wanted something else...my lunch was almost over...I had to settle for ordering something else ..I couldn't enjoy it, because all I could think of was that nasty long piece of hair in my mouth

Haven't been here in over 2 months and I just went and my total came out to $6.25 gave the cashier a $20 bill and RIGHT AWAY I handed her the quarter so she says she going to get my change and goes by the drive through window and comes back hands me bills with NO receipt and says: Have a good day.. she didn't hand me loose change so I counted $13- I said this is wrong, I gave you $20.25 where's my receipt and she says: ohh that's right it's missing a dollar right? and she hands it to me and then puts the receipt on the counter closer to her - I had to reach over to get it. I heard another employee call her by the name of ERNESTINA she didn't have a name badge. If she does this to 200 people SPECIALLY during lunch hour rush this woman is making money off stealing from the customers COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE WALKING AWAY FROM THE REGISTER- they tend to just hand you the money NOT ALL CASHIER'S ARE HONEST this woman is light complected, speaks spanish, is heavy set about 220-250 pounds about 5'2 wears heavy makeup- dark lipstick light brown hair and I believe she had light brown eye color. This is the first time this happens to me HERE because other cashier's have been honest. This certain cashier knew she owed me money she just thought I was stupid and didn't know how to count. Foods great... I love the Chicken Avocado Tortilla Wrap.
