The clerk at the counter was super friendly. I was behind a troublesome customer and she handled it all with a smile. The food is more comfort food to me. Rice and protein. Yum. The food came out very quickly and hot.

Good plate lunch. Huge portions. Laulau was overcooked but chicken katsu and Mac salad was bomb!

Kalua pork was a disappointment as it didn't have the signature smoke flavor. Chicken katsu was good.

Its great utility bbq. Don't remember the dish, but it came with 3 meats. Super tasty and large portions! Could have easily split it with my daughter. Would go again.

They could do better. Their chicken katsu and spam musubi is sufficient. The first time I had their cheeseburger, I was impressed by the freshness. So naturally I ordered it on my second visit, but was unfortunately disappointed. The burger was wrapped in a burger wrapper, placed in a container with hot fries, the placed in a hot and tied plastic bag. I only had a 10 min drive going home, but the burger look whooped. The bun was smushed in all different directions, possibly due to the plastic container it was it. It was super soggy due to the way it was packaged. The lettuce was so soggy that when I bit into it, the whole thing just pulled out of the burger. I should have taken a picture of that mess: I’ll prob’ give them one more shot, but request the burger to packaged separately and not in a sauna. The cashiers I engaged with were kind, prompt, and worked with urgency. Yesterday though, the lady seemingly paused her AirPod on a couple occasions to hear me better.

I ordered spam musubi and garlic shrimp and then went to the bathroom while I waited. The bathroom was dirty and did not have any hand soap. They had a big jug of hand sanitizer on the front counter but they should have soap in the bathrooms. The spam musubi was okay, but the garlic shrimp was not cleaned at all! I was literally scooping fried poop from the shrimp. The shrimp was way over cooked and I just couldn't get over the fact that they split The back end of the shrimp but didn't clean it. In other locations the food is fine. This one, I do not recommend.

Really bad service can’t pay with card in San Bruno I can’t believe that!! please update you employees and your sistema and the cashier MAHALO VERY BAD actitud I don’t know how she is there in that important posición she is making you lose I lot I never going back she trade me like I ask for free food no I didn’t, you need I cashier very cane and with good customer service happy to work not one that it doesn’t care your business she just need I check and she don’t care clients. Also the food to sample no flavor and the chicken to dry no goo to eat 😡😡😡😡 ….

I called multiple times and they didn’t pick up I ordered on Postmates for pick up it took an hour to get my order
